I ordered NAVY BLUE $#*!ies Women's EMT Uniform Pants. This organization promptly shipped BLACK. Great fit, but I am REQUIRED to wear NAVY BLUE, not BLACK. After talking to the courteous customer service, I returned the hemmed BLACK pants requesting a credit for a replacement order. Promptly following the return, I received notification from customer service that the pants were LABELED as navy blue (clearly visual inspection is not required) and they returned the pants to me. I have pants I can't wear that I spent almost $50 for and they have closed the case. The positive comment I can make is that the pants fit great and the product was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the organization only stands behind product labels. Will NOT do business with this organization again, nor would I EVER encourage anybody else to throw money away.

Hi, you must've ordered from a different company/store we do not do such thing. Firstly, we do not send emails saying item will be dispatched. That is not how we respond for something that we are about to ship. You should be checking your email for a confirmation if you really did a purchase from our store.
Most if not all of their products are fake. The color combinations of plants they offer do not exist. Please do not be fooled by this site.
I was surprised when I received my order a day prior to my delivery date. Excellent work fire store.
I ordered a gear bag and never got confirmation that the transaction went through. I called them and couldn't reach a live person so I left messages trying to confirm the order went through. I needed the bag so I bought it from another vender. Two weeks later, tne bag I ordered from firestoreonline.com shows up at my door. I waited to try and return the bag and after two week I finally decided to return in, still new with tags and unopened in the plastic bag it shipped in. Firestoreonline customer service representative to. D me since it was 30 days past the order date I could only get store credit! I had him check the shipping date and he confirmed I had only had the bag for 12 days, but their policy is 30 days from the when the order was place. Ridiculous! After some back and forth and talking with a manager, they agreed to refund my money but only if I fill out a return form and email it to them. 3-4 days after emailing the return form I've received a return authorization that shows I will only be getting 75% of my money back ( due to a 25% restocking fee?) and that they need to receive my return by the 11th. Today is the 4th and it's also the Friday before Labor Day weekend. So basically I have 4 business days to ship a bag across the country ( the same bag that took 2 week for them to get to me) in order to get back 75% of my money. Absolutely absurd! I feel like I'm being scammed. Don't waste your time or money on friestoreonlne.com!

Hi, this is a mistake you might have ordered from a different company. Most of our orders are taken care of. We usually update our customers if we are going to have some delays or if items were not available. You might have placed your order somewhere else.
