Wife order a embroidered Hat in November 2021 just got in mail may 25th 2022. Multiple calls to them with no response. No discount after bad service. Very unresponsive. Will take Business some place else. Told local fire department to not order from either. You are in the customer service business. Might want try harder.
Tip for consumers:
don't do it excuse after excuse. Should not take almost 8 months to get a One hat made. Plus call after call was told was in the works, What joke
