Purchasing on line was easy. Lots of great options for the print I wanted. Quick delivery and excellent packaging to keep the print safe.
I bought a print one of Jeff Hughart's work -- JeffHughart.com -- and the item was well made, delivered quickly in a well wrapped package. The whole experience was great.
I had a premium account on FAA for more than a year. Till one moment, when out of blue, my account was closed without any season. Since that moment, NOBODY responded to my emails, offered any help, support or a decent explanation, it is like I vanished and no one care about this matter.
Still, my artwork is showed for sell without my consent, still I had same print sold that I will never receive my money for. The lack of respect and consideration of the administrators is without limits. Nobody can imagine till will happen to them. I watched the artists discussions on this site, they are monitorized non stop by a clan of people from FAA in the same way as in a comunist regime. I don't recomand this site to anyone, artist or costumer, for the costumers the printed products are not all good quality or sometimes they pay and don't receive the orders. Any asking for support and help is ignored by FAA. Thinking of the tens of millions of dollars profit on the back of artists work, people would expect more a safe modern place and a better comunity. Well, none of these.
Delighted to find an unusual phone case available at FineArt America. Good quality product and great service.
Easy ordering system. Excellent quality print. Good shipping
Most disappointed there was no response after the sale. Did not use non-glare glass. Terrriable glare everywhere the picture was hung. Misleading return policy. It is not 30 days. Return starts from time of receipt of order. So, one is at the mercy of production and shipment. Bad deal for holiday gift. Actual time to return is about 19 days. Big disappointment with no response after sale, not using non-glare glass and return policy. James Watkins
The card was so beautiful and better than what I expected! I will be ordering more very soon... Thank you so much...
I ordered an art mask for somebody for Christmas on December 2nd. When the mask came on December 12th it was damaged so I immediately filled out a report online and included a picture and then called them to let them know. They said they received my complaint with a picture and that they would take care of it. I told them this was a Christmas present and they told me that they would contact me within 2 days to give me the details about the new mask and assured me I would get it by Christmas. That's the last I heard from them. Never got an email and over the course of the week or so I emailed them about 10 times, called and spoke with four different people and even left a message for the supervisor but never got any response. Luckily I had paid this through PayPal and so I open a complaint ticket with them. Several days went by and I still never heard anything so I called fine arts America again today told them that I had opened a complaint against them through PayPal and reported them to the Better Business Bureau and miraculously I got my refund. Just takes persistence and a little threat or two and although I'm happy to get my refund I still don't have a Christmas present for somebody because of this company. I will never do business with them and will also discourage others from doing business with them.
The artwork was finely reproduced onto the great quality tote bag. It was a gift for my mom who is friends with the artist.
I just love the unique piece of art I purchased for our new remodeled basement/bar area. The website was very easy to navigate and had lots of different pieces to choose from. The process was simple and the delivery was very quick. The artwork was packaged so good. You can tell they wanted to make sure it got to me in one piece. This was my first time using FineArtAmerica and I would definitely use this company again for any future artwork. Excellent Experience!
FineArtAmerica is a fantastic site that presents the work of a great variety of contemporary artists. Their reproductions are carefully produced and packaged well. They are easy to deal with and are really at your service.
Its such a pleasure to go into this site and view all the beautiful art until you find some that just jump out at you saying, I'm for you... take me home. Thank you to all the talented artists for sharing with us.
Art is expensive. But through FineArtAmerica you can get good quality work in attractive frames for a fraction of the price of a gallery.
Easy web site with so much to choose from. Already telling people about this web site and all the artists. So glad i found it.
Having reviewed several artists' work online at Fine Art America, I purchased two different greeting cards. It was easy to order the cards. They were mailed safely and promptly. The photos were stunning, clear, colorful, and so realistic! I've purchased art from Fine Art America online before, and always been pleased; these greeting cards were no exception.
Great selection of artwork but then I can buy items like notebooks greeting card, mugs, stuff like that and you can't find just anywhere.
I recently decided to re-do my huge bedroom wall. Fine Arts was the answer to my love of music and specific musicians to put on my blank canvas.
I ordered over $500 worth of puzzles for Christmas gifts. The website stated that they would ship in 2-3 days. Almost a month now, and they still have not shipped. And 13 Christmas gifts will not be given. They have no phone number to call and my emails are given little answer. They don't initiate shipping email information. I think I can only ask for a refund. But wait, refunds are only good for 30 days of order date. At the end of 29 days, I don't even have the items to ask for a refund.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
