For the first time, I ordered photos to be printed on metal. OMG! I am thrilled with the clarity and the way the photo "pops." Very pleased.
I ordered a print by Doug Krueger of the Chicago skyline. First, the colors online are super vivid; the colors in real life are quite muted. That would have been okay. The print I received has a brown splotch in the sky which I'm guessing is supposed to be seen as a bird. However, that "bird" is not in the online images, nor does it actually look like a bird. Further, there seems to be a water stain around it. It's definitely a mistake that the artist tried to cover up. I'm waiting for customer service to reply. I went to UPS to send it back, but price was too high. FAA should cover it. We'll see.

Ordered an item online 11\30. After no pkg arrive@ middle of Dec., called and was emailed a tracking # w\showed it was in transit since 12\7. Emailed customer service who never replied. Finally put in dispute thru PayPal and rec'vd response 1/8 saying they w\offer me a replacement. Stated to refund price back into my act. It proves good customer service is a lost art.

Found exactly what I was looking for on Fine Art America, right before Christmas. My order was delivered as promised, with updates and tracking. Recipient LOVES the gift. Overall, a great experience!
We purchased a 30" x 40" Giclee print from FineArtAmerica of a photo taken by a friend who does excellent local photography. It was pricey at $561 including delivery, and for that we were expecting a nicely crafted product. However, what we received was junk.
Upon unboxing and inspection, we noted that the frame was poorly constructed of low grade wood with ill fitting joints held together with nothing but small stables. No appropriate wood joinery, metal angle brackets or glue was used. All of the 45 degree corner reinforcement braces were loose and separated. The print fit poorly on the frame and, for some reason, the photographers signature appeared at three different locations on the canvas.
Two months after hanging the print, both of the top and bottom 40" wood frames sections have warped. There is now a 1" gap between the print and the wall on the both the left and right sides and the print is lose and wavy. Sending it back would be time consuming, difficult and, frankly, it would be unrealistic to expect it would be any better upon its return. As a result, we'll re-frame it ourselves using higher quality materials and better craftsmanship.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
