I call it my Roga mat. It has a wonderful image of an eight rowing shell on a yoga mat. I'm getting many compliments on it.
The product came OK and was as described. However, the customer service was terrible (spent about 5 hours over two weeks). They offered me a 20% discount which they said would be automatically applied to my order (it was not)--I called before ordering and the service person said to go ahead and order but send an email about the discount and they would apply it. I sent the email the same evening. They wrote back asking for proof of the discount offer. I took a screenshot and sent it to them. They said they could not open my screenshot, so I needed to go to a site and send the evidence that way. The site did not work, so I wrote them again saying their link didn't work. They asked me to send the evidence by email--I sent the screenshot again. They said they couldn't open it and I had to go to the same broken link I tried before. I explained and I forwarded to discount email to the same customer service email address. They replied to my explanation saying they could not see the email I forwarded. I asked them to check their system and gave them the date, exact time and subject heading of the discount email I received. They said they were unable to search their system for any email I was sent. I asked what proof I could send that they could see, and they said they were sorry, they couldn't help me, and besides, the discount was already expired (infuriating, because it was not expired when I first wrote them as instructed!). I told them it had not expired when I first wrote them. They said again they could not help me. So I refuted 20% of the charge with my credit card company (which had no trouble seeing my screenshot of the offered discount!) and they refunded my money. After my credit card had agreed to the refund, I get a message from Fine Art America that they had reconsidered and decided to offer me the discount! What a waste of hours of my time. Terrible service.
Found two great pieces of art, lots of options for sizes, reasonable prices, and delivered on time. The prints are great!
The ordering process was seamless! Great selection of artists and pieces for purchase. Picture arrived in excellent condition due to packing that prevented damage. Thanks for a quality product!
I was looking for a larger print of William Blake's The Temptation and Fall of Eve. The work belongs in the public domain, but Fine Art America offered many versions by many different artist/vendors... I opted for one with cooler tones of brown and black. The were many framing choices (mat, no mat, frame style) and I was able to really customize my order. The shipping was expensive, but (to be fair) it was a larger piece. I was VERY pleased and surprised by the quality of the print and frame when it arrived. The frame was quite solid and the piece had satisfying weight to it. It looks and feels like a high-end framed art piece. I've ordered from Framebridge before, and Fine Art America delivered a more luxurious experience and product. The frame is a gorgeous champagne silvery gold that looks vintage. I am quite pleased with the quality, craftsmanship, and expediency that Fine Art America delivers and would order from them again.
Well packaged in fact almost too well packed. It took a little effort to get the pictures out of the packing box. But better than receiving a damaged item.
Bought an Bukowski painting shower curtain through FineArtAmerica. Website was easy to navigate and my shower curtain was delivered in record time. Good quality and rendition of the art as well.
I was looking for some B-17 art to honor my grandfather who was a tailgunner on a B-17 during WW2. The search engine took me to Fineartamerica that had the most bad $#*! black and white "Artzy" picture. It was perfect! I was able to pick out size, frame and matting. Shipping was reasonable and it was shipped very securely. I looked through there website and found hundreds of other topics for framing; music, aviation amongst others. I will definitely do business with Fineartamerica again. 5 stars easy!
Extremely happy with purchase. Arrived quickly and packaged well. Exactly as presented. Kudos to this site!
Fun, easy, lots of beautiful inventory and many choices all a delightful experience and will recommend to my designer colleagues.
We found a beautiful piece of artwork on the internet and ordered it through FineArtAmerica. The delivery was quick, the packaging was very sturdy and safe, and the artwork arrived on time and in excellent condition. All communication was precise and professional, and we are very happy with both the product and the service we received.
I just recently discovered FineArtAmerica. I am blown away by the huge array of beautiful art by such talented artists available in different mediums. I already have a wishlist, which literally grows daily, of pieces I will be purchasing in the future. So glad to have found this amazing art marketplace.
I always appreciated the various rare items I receieve and the great careful packaging from Fine Art America. Great quality material and many choices to choose from.
I have to admit that I was bit skeptical when I placed my order. The pictures looked amazing but, how would the final product appear? The answer is, it looked incredible and exceeded my expectations! The artist perfectly captured the essence of Ayrton Senna! Beyond that, the quality of the shower curtain was outstanding! Looking forward to ordering more from FineArtAmerica very soon. I highly recommend that you give them a try! You won't be disappointed…
It was such a wonderful experience with the company, Fine Art America! Excellent service and quality products to give as gifts and for yourself and your family! I would highly recommend them for friends and family! Top rated experience and fantastic prices!
Specifically I ordered a 28x42 inch early 20th C reproduction poster. Paid $85. Was dubious about the quality bc you never know. Now I know. At least for the poster choice you get your money's worth. It's gorgeous. Vivid without being garish. Hats off to these people.
For years, I have been looking for artwork of a very specific landmark in Chicago! I finally found it on Fine Art America! Upon choosing my canvas option and purchasing the artwork, I was hoping the quality of the image used would be clear and vibrant upon arrival…and I couldn't be more pleased! The art is so beautiful as the image is vibrant and clear and perfect for displaying in my living room! I would order from again and again! Thank you!
I'm so glad to've discovered Fine Art America. They have provided great surprises and many laughs by being the source of the best New Yorker Magazine cartoons and art. I know great care is taken in the production of each piece—I've sent pillows and mugs—so I'm always confident that I have given a quality gift to a friend. (Besides, what other online catalog keeps you laughing as you shop?)
It is so nice that they have made t shirts available which represent a significant aspect of San Francisco history. I love my t shirts, one with a picture of Liguria bakery and one of Stella's pastry. Both places I know. The t shirts are of good quality also. Love them! Thanks.
My order was easy to make and then to pay for. Communication on delivery got a little confusing but when I reported my concern it was taken care of.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
