I order 10 tote bags for gifts. The pictures were spectacular. The tote itself was very good quality and huge, 18"x18". The cost for the bag was reasonable, $24. All just fine. But, the shipping was crazy. They evidently have a per item price for shipping. Each bag was $7 shipping. They were in individual plastic bags and then all 10 were put in a plastic shipping bag. I couldn't have weighed more than 3 or 4 pounds. Total shipping charge - $70! Had I not promised these bags as gifts, I would have left them there.
I liked that I could thoroughly look at the products before purchasing.
I recently bought and received a beautiful thick wooden 4"oval ornament for one of my grandsons for Christmas. The art work is a male character in Asian art or something like that; it is his favorite thing. The ornament is very high quality & can't wait to give to him close to Christmas. I just bought a 2nd oval wooden ornament yesterday for the other grandson who is an avid Star Wars fan and loves Anakin Skywalker. Bought THE perfect ornament for him. I am extremely happy with the beautiful items and the price/shipping and quite pleased with FineArtAmerica and recommend highly.

This was just a beautiful card, gorgeous picture of a Klee Kai that my son and daughter in law thought was a drawing of their own dog. It was perfect! Free shipping is a huge plus.

I've used them for a variety of occasions. The price is quite reasonable. Shipping is always spot on. I can choose to have it delivered to me or directly to the recipient. The artwork that I received was spot on with my expectations. While not on the inexpensive end of the spectrum, I find you get what you pay for when it comes to dealing with fine art America.
The site was easy to use and I received a receipt and confirmation of my order immediately. I was delighted with the quality of my purchase - it was exactly as pictured on the website.
I have ordered from several other art places online and have always been fine with the price and size of the art ordered. The piece that I ordered from FineArtAmerica seemed expensive compared to the size that I received. I ordered from your site because of the artist. I noticed a photo of the art on Facebook, it was not advertising the art yet the artwork was accompanying a poem and several people had inquired as to who the artist was. I was directed to your site after researching the artist and this is how I ended up ordering from your particular site. I don't know if I could have found it to purchase less expensively somewhere else and I am not someone who typically would return something especially when bought online so I am keeping it and enjoying it yet wishing it had not been so expensive.
I have ordered three times from FineArtAmerica and I have have great experiences each time. Everything has come on time, intact, and appropriately packaged. The choice of selections each time was plentiful and each piece was as beautiful as advertised. Thank you, I will definitely be back
Quality mug with an excellent message. Removing the monuments was a tragedy. You can't erase history.
Easy way to search by theme through a great selection of artists. The only two things that I would suggest are:
1. The inability to send a short note with a gift purchase. That's probably dictated by the artist through.
2. I kept getting reminder emails about returning to purchase an item in my cart that I had already bought. Just a glitch. I'm always hesitant to make a purchase from a new website for fear of getting spammed by emails, but FineArtAmerica has been one of the best besides the aforementioned glitch.
I was looking for something red with the superman shield referring to superman's cape, but the only ones who had something similar and special were you. So I decided to buy it. The only thing is that it was blue when Superman's cape is red. But believe me, I didn't find it red...you should be the first to make it red.
This site has tons of artwork to choose from...many artists...and frames to choose from! I usually receive my art within a week of ordering...and their customer service has been exceptional! Thank you!
The website had the exact thing I was looking for. It was easy to choose the size, frame, and matting. It would also show previews of my choices hung on a wall for scale. Shipping was quick and my art arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
