I was delighted to explore so many great options on FineArtAmerica - presented and created by many gifted individuals and creators. I purchased a memorable box of brilliant greeting cards with an original image that caught my eye - and others. I would never have found this selection in other settings, so feel I stumbled onto a gold mine.
Everything I have ordered from fine art America has been incredible. Wonderful quality and beautiful looking.
I found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. The ordering process was very simple and the package arrived quickly. It was a gift for my nephew who lives in Poland and he loves it!
I know this artist personally and I ALWAYS buy whatever she is selling. I LOVE her style, and she has many different interests in what kind of art she produces. From Assemblage to Paining from Art Journals to Pillows and Book Bags. She is very talented. I like how this company Fine Art America carry's her cards. The only thing I hate is the price for shipping which the package hardly weighed anything. TOO much postage and taxes.
Love all the art choices! I have ordered greeting cards multiple times. One time there was a single card I was slightly unhappy with and customer service was great!
I felt totally comfortable through the process of viewing wonderful artistic products, arranging for payment and shipping, and then receiving my choices. I am absolutely happy with Fine Art America in all they do.
From art by talented designers or DIY, the merch is always top tier. AAAA+++ They provide a large variety of gifts to choose from. Fast shipping.
My was validated by an email that said order has shipped on March 7th, 2025. Today is June 7th approximately 2 months. Although I have contacted fineart American, which said please wait a little longer because this is a international shipment. I have previously ordered men T- shirt and delivery occurred about 3-4 weeks after that shipping date.
The framing was done perfect! Ready to hang right out of the packaging! Looks Great on the wall! Definitely will be getting more items!
Fine Art America had great products and a good variety. I would recommend them to anyone including artists.
The Mission Impossible ornament is the perfect gift for an IM fan. Hang on an X-mas tree, on a wall, or because it is also a magnet, post on your fridge. One surprisingly nice touch is that it came with two strings for hanging. One red and one jute-colored for a less Christmasy look. The ornament is well-made and creative. Reasonably priced. Fast delivery, well-packaged to prevent damage. Came in a sleeve that is perfect for storing the item. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
We purchased the puzzle and it arrived in excellent shape. We bought it for our son who will be attending a DMB concert at the Gorge over Labor Day.
The Fine Art America site is so easy to look through. Once a suitable picture is chosen the process designing it to your wished is stress free.
The company give great communication re the order and the time between ordering and receiving is brilliant. The package is very sturdy and protects the picture well.
A super company that i have used about eight times and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
My order of cards and journals was filled promptly well packaged to prevent damage. The quality of paper used for both the cards and the journal is excellent. The journals included a happy surprise of having two internal "page-pockets".
In all 5 of my orders over several years, my artist beach towels have always arrived promptly. The quality is consistently good which is why I keep ordering new towels.
The quality of the puzzles are good. The shapes are some of the most unique ones I've seen! There were quite a few pieces still stuck together in our last puzzle though. We had to break up more pieces than I would have liked to.
I am very pleased with my custom phone case with Vicki R. William's original artwork on it. The picture is very clear, the colors true, and it's a very sturdy case. It didn't take long for it to be delivered. Very happy with my purchase!
I love my Bierstadt print! Love the light on the tree and the feel of the forest! You really have to be careful who you buy prints from! I bought the same exact print from a print company on Etsy, and wow, what a difference! The FAA print is much better quality, and the colors are just perfect. The other one I bought is kinda blurry and the colors are off, too intense and really rather ugly. I highly recommend getting your prints from FAA!
I ordered art prints for a graduation gift. They arrived exactly when they were promised, and were wrapped incredibly well. They were padded and insulated. No cracks, no scratches, no problems.
I ordered three canvas photo prints, and am very pleased with them. The site offers a wide variety of sizes and formats, and my prints arrived in a reasonable period of time and were packed securely.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
