Easy to order but apparently you have to sign for the delivery
We ordered our filters and they were on back order
When they finally shipped them we were on vacation and could not be there to sign so the returned them
Probably better off paying a little more at the big box stores and having them in hand instead of waiting two months for them to refund your money
I ordered a part from Filtersfast, and it was not even shipped until 12 days after ordering. Even the slowest shipping option indicated that the part would be received within 8-10 days. I inquired of course, and received a reply indicating that they would try to make their shipping info. More clear on their website. (There is no shipping info.at all on the website that relates to promptness of shipment). Also, at the time of ordering, there was a popup indicating a $10. Discount if I ordered within 30 minutes. I ordered within a few minutes and NO discount was applied. Their website says they respond to inquiries within 24 hours. I waited over 60 hours for a response. I'm still waiting on the part which was ordered on Jan. 19,2019. Today is Feb. 4 (16 days later and counting.) I'm going to suggest they change the name of their company. Perhaps "FiltersNextYear" is a good option.

Ordering the products was easy and much cheaper than other places. However, Filters Fast is not really fast. It took a good week for the products to ship and another good week for delivery. The products were what I purchased and installed with no issues. No other issues to report

I ordered a PH******* for GE refrigerator from Filters Fast. The inner seal surface is not flush in the recess of the filter. So it will not install in the refrigerator. Poor supplier and manufacturer. No way to get in touch with them to give them feedback.

Filtersfast sent me wrong filters. I used their website program to determine correct filters, besides sending me the wrong filters, they sent two when I ordered one. Website is horrible, they don't give you any customer support number and website is inadequate. I sent filters back and I had to pay shipping. They received it two weeks ago and I still don't have refund.
Ordered the 2 to 6 day shipping, paid the extra price. This was on Monday. They ship it out Thursday - which means it will arrive a week and a day after I ordered it! I call to complain and get "Well it will arrive 6 days after we shipped it!
I found the web site easy to use to find the filter I needed for my refrigerator. The price was very competitive with other sites. The shipping time was very reasonable and the filter was exactly what I needed. Will use this site again when I need more filters.
I bought 3 filters for my refridgerator they arrived in a gray plastic bag. When I opened it one filter was out of its box and had a big dent into the end that connects to the refrigerator so it leaked. So you pay for three and get to use two if they don't leak and you get to throw one away. FiltersFast you need to really reconsider how you package your products because I will not recommend your company and I will not buy from a company I can't depend on receiving quility products that are not damaged. Our website states that we stand behind our products and should you receive anything damaged or not up to your expectations, we issue a full refund - all you have to do is contact Customer Service and let us know so we can reship or refund the product. Please email us directly at Support@filtersfast.com and let them know you received a damaged filter and would like either a replacement or a refund to be issued.
I ordered a filter for my Kenmore refrigerator water filter and it did not fit. The directions to force it in and have someone else try to fit it in. It did not fit and when I asked to return it the reply said to keep it and that they would give me a partial refund.

Placed Order July 2nd. Order has not shipped yet - as of 7/17.
Called and was in automated 'loop' for 1/2 hour and still didn't get to talk to a person.
Am attempting to cancel my order and have my CC refunded.
While I tried to be patient and kind, I have had the worst service that I have had with any company. I have tried to stop my service about 4 times and I am still being charged and sent filters. Never bye them again.
I have used this company in the past and was pleased with products and delivery. This time; I was not pleased at all with the delivery. Unnecessary delays in the shipment. I will have to think about ordering anything again because of the delivery.
This was a damaged box sale and the filter arrived quickly and the box was damaged like they said, but the filter was perfect. I have ordered other items from FiltersFast and will continue to use them in the future.
I ordered a filter for overnight delivery. There was a different billed to and ship to address. FiltersFast transposed the ship to address and used the street address of the ship to address but the city and state of the billed to address. The first time I called customer service- it took forever to get a response, when they answered they said they would fix the shipping issue. A few days later, I called FedEx because the shipping status had not changed. FiltersFast said I had to take up the issue with FedEx. Because I was not the shipper, FedEx will not correct the problem. I never received my goods and still had to pay. You will be happier if you use someone else.

I ordered 16x40 and 20x40 air filters. The 16 and 20 inch dimension is 1/8 to 1/4 inch to large. I called three times and two e-mails later, well over two weeks, finally they agreed to refund my money.The problem is they only gave me a refund for the 16x40 filter, I am still waiting for the 20x40 filter. So far I emailed three times but no reply yet. As you can see in the photos the 20 inch side is to large. The customer service is way to slow if you have a problem.

Fridge is telling us we need a new filter, so I heard about this site and decided to give them a try. Placed my order on the 16th with 4-10 day shipping option, it's now the 31st and still hasn't shipped. Good thing this isn't a dire need item. Filters Fast? More like Filters SLOOOOOOW!
You're better off going to Lowes or Home Depot to get your filter.

Service was fast. I was a bit concerned at the package inside the bag was pretty beat up and the filter inside the box was half outside of the box. The outer packaging of the filter was intact. Have not installed the filter yet. But, I feel it will be just fine.
So I received the 20x25x4 filter. It was delivered as specified... 19 3/8th x 24 3/8th x 3 5/8th. I did not see this until after I received them. Well, Ok, I will use them I guess. Put them in my furnace and they "flap" inside the unit as they just don't fit the "slot" well. See comparison picture to a 20x25x4 Filtrete filter which fits perfectly. When I asked why there is a difference I got this answer "Unfortunately I do not have an answer for you. We do offer custom size filters by searching for custom filters in the search bar"... Almost comical, I don't want a custom filter! No problem, I have options obviously. I guess they want to cut costs? Who knows. Just speculation since they didn't want to give me a real answer. Avoid using them if you have good options.

They used to be a great reliable company, but I ordered a water filter that was shipped on 12/1 and was damaged. I'm still waiting for a response to my email with photos of the broken filter, so I called today. I was on hold for 40 minutes, was told that they needed to why the filter hadn't been replaced and then I was put on hold for the rep to check. She put me into a survey and I got hung up on with no answer. Back on hold again. Will never order from them again.
I just received a notice that they were informed in February 2020 of a data breach. I ordered in April 2020. They didn't fix the data breach until July 2020, and didn't notify customers until August.
Even before that, I wasn't impressed. When I ordered their site claimed delivery within a week. I didn't receive a shipping notification for 2 weeks, and delivery was about a month. What I did receive right away was a daily barrage of marketing emails.
