Been using Fetch for a few years now. Attached my email and Amazon account and haven't gotten ONE LOUSY POINT for EITHER! I finally disconnected my email. I figured what's the point? No need to be giving access to it if they are keep going to REFUSE to give me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF POINTS. I habe complained SEVERAL TIMES about it. It falls on deaf ears! So if your not giving the points promised and you REFUSE to correct it. That tells me one thing. THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO CHEAT PEOPLE!
As of this moment there is a receipt from Amazon that SHOULD be getting 200 points per dollar? That would make it 2000 points they are screwing me out of.
I requested a $50 Amazon card and then Fetch removed over 14,000 points from my account and said I didn't have enough points for the gift card. I created a ticket and inquired; they said I didn't follow the terms of service and refused to say what I did. I continued to push the issue and was then told I submitted fake receipts. I have NEVER submitted fake receipts, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. What a scam! Then they deleted my ticket with me questioning what they did. Beware of FETCH!
First card, I very disappointed that they never tell me about the expiration on the card.
Second card, it already expired on the same day the send it to me. What's lame.
Ripped me off big time huge waste of time bad system didn't reward me very rude would recommend you stay away
I had over 12,000 point and all of a sudden my phone is not good enough for there app. This is ridiculous all the time I spent taking pictures of the Receipts. Don't waste your time with this fetch
I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Fetch, and unfortunately, it has left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment. I have been a loyal customer of Fetch for quite some time, and up until recently, I had enjoyed their services.
However, my experience took an unexpected turn when I discovered that my account had been deactivated without any prior warning or communication. This occurred when I attempted to redeem the rewards I had diligently accumulated over time. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the reasons behind the account deactivation has been particularly disheartening.
I understand the importance of adhering to terms of service, and I am more than willing to address any concerns or rectify any unintentional violations. What has been most frustrating is Fetch's response, which has been vague and unhelpful. It feels like a significant oversight on their part not to provide any warnings or notifications before taking such drastic actions.
As a consumer, I believe in the value of clear communication and transparency from the companies I engage with. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning Fetch's commitment to these principles. I hope that my review serves as feedback for the company to improve their customer communication and support processes.
While I have enjoyed Fetch's services in the past, the lack of communication and abrupt account deactivation have significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I hope they can learn from this experience and take steps to ensure better communication with their customers in the future.
I wanted to write this b/c I've reached to fetch as they deactivated my rewards I had lost my data on my phone so I attempted to reinstate my old account but instead they stated they deactivated my old account I could not remember which email it was under but I think I remember now please becareful with fetch! I had over 17k in rewards btw!
I did absolutely nothing wrong and they deactivated my account for no reason! They're trying to accuse me of using the same receipts over and over again while I have not done so. And I do not have multiple accounts! I'm very sad as I thought this company was good, BEWARE OF THIS APP AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!
(In Canada) Fetch by the Dodo (previously known as Petplan) is an unethical, untrustworthy and horrible company. For someone who is planning to enroll pet insurance, it's better to avoid this company.
I enrolled the pet insurance for my dog aged 3 months in 2021. At that moment, there was no medical check up report request but I was asked for it when I submitted a claim after 4 months because my dog got diarrhea. I felt upset and frustrated as there was no point to get a medical check up report after a vet visit with spending additional $200 for claiming $150.
The most ridiculous point was that a medical report was not required when the pet insurance was enrolled. But you will be asked for it when you make a claim" That was totally unacceptable. They just don't want to give you a claim!
I received the announcement from Petplan by an email about they exited Canada business. This was a release to me as I do not have to deal with this company anymore. However, they took my card info and debited the annual fee again and refused to refund. I have never authorized Fetch by the Dodo to make a payment from my card after 2021.
I called the customer service for a negotiation. Of course, they refused to refund. They have never provided a proper service to their customers but keep stealing the money from their pocket.
Recently, I found out that there were a lot bad comments about this company. I write this as I wish no more pet owners will be another victim.
As a pet owner, I just want to get a protection to my dog but I am kinda getting in a scam.
I wasted money on name brands I nwver use and of course didnt get any of the points! Around 4 or 5k I believe. So disgusted with this fraud app. Just don't!
Received confirmation of a reward from Fezch which they never honored. They sent same scripted responses, no help.
It takes forever to get enough points for a gift card. It took me like 2 years for a lousy 25 gift card
It took me over 2 years to get enough points for a lousy 10 dollar gift card that I cant even access. I'm done with them
I have racked up over 58,000 points. It seems like every time I try to snap a receipt it claims I have reached my limit. Well Fetch should make that clear when someone signs up. Today again, I tried to snap my receipts and it stated May 13, it's been saying this for days. I tried to snap a receipt and it went through. Then a message said unable to snap again until May 14th. WHATEVER!
OMG! I am highly upset. I sit here and check my emails and see a message from Fetch stating I snapped a fraudulent receipt. How do you snap a fraudulent receipt? Seriously. And to accuse and make a false accusation like this is unacceptable and untrue. I submitted a reply stating so. I then cashed out of a $50 gift card, in which I better receive. To make a false accusation like this when I know it in fact Isn't so. Fetch are liars and I will be letting everyone know of this false claim.
NEVER WILL I REFER SOMEONE TO THIS BOGUS APP. I am NOT the only person who feels this way. They also steal and refuse to give you your earned points. I had to reach out to them numerous times and so have my friends.
They deducted ******* plus points saying the receipts broke the rules after I put in a claim to redeem gift cards! This is BS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Fetch has new products weekly. Some great places to use rewards if you just want a fast food meal. I like that I can get a Visa or MC.
3 out 5 rewards don't work. They don't fix it and you don't get your points back. Believe it's really a site to promote Walmart. Waist of time!
Don't waste your time with the scammers
Thy never going to give your rewards
They going to give you the same reason over and over without no fact
I used to love Fetch and have been a long time user. However now the problems overshadow any possible positive experience. When I joined I thought the rewards you could get were very tiny seeing as how most receipts are worth typically 10-25 points. For example, you need five thousand points for a $5 Amazon gift card. Ten thousand points for a $10 Amazon gift card. That has now gotten even more ridiculous and honestly I find borderline offensive. Still using the example of the Amazon gift card. You now need five thousand points for a whopping $3 gift card to Amazon. Try not to spend that $3 all at once ladies and gents. They have completely done away with the $10 gift card. So now if you want to cash in your very hard earned ten thousand points you will only get $6.
For months now I have been unable to put in my Amazon e-receipts. Let me clarify that I have done ALL of the troubleshooting techniques MULTIPLE times per WEEK trying to make this app work. I have to contact customer service at least 5 times before they manually put the e-receipts in. I will be very descriptive as to every single thing I have done regarding troubleshooting. For example, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fetch app, I have disconnected and reconnected my Amazon account, I have reset my wifi, I have made sure that I have ALL emails related to the order like the order confirmation email, the shipped email AND the delivered email just hoping it will work. Inevitably I email them that and they send me a link to do the troubleshooting I have already done and listed.
The tiny and I do mean TINY rewards you get are not worth the grind. It's laughable to be honest. So I'm done.
Answer: This is all a scam. They use your purchases to track what you buy so that they can sell your information. You will never get the rewards.
