I've been using Fetch for a couple years, and the last year I've had nothing but issues with getting Points for the rewards advertised on the app. Although I have my Amazon and my separate email and all my other apps used for purchases connected through that email, when I click to upload receipts, they are not accepted. The response from Customer support is that I need to troubleshoot on my own, and I need to figure it out on my own, and I'm not rewarded for the purchases I make. I'm sorry, but this is not how you run a successful business. You don't advertise and then not come through for the customer. The app needs work, the customer service is terrible!
Paid for coverage for over 10yrs. They declined every claim ever based on the fact none was over $300 (which I was okay with, it's part of their policy). And once my cat got liver disease when he turned 17, they declined covering his disease as there wasn't a constant annual vet visit due to covid. Scammers.
Everyone I know that uses FETCH buys items advertised to get high points but FETCH refuses to honor the advertised points. Instead of getting 5000 point you get 25. Email them 24 hours to respond and they NEVER RESPOND or fix. Same with AMAZON ERECIEPTS. I have sent dozens of emails no response. Report FETCH to the BBB, FTC, ATTORNEY GENERAL, CONSUMER PROTECTION, post issues on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMSand CALL THE COMPANIES THAT FETCH ADVERTISES.
USE OTHER APPS.
Fetch rewards took all my points away and deactivated my account. They said I was using 2 accounts and I was not. They won't return my emails when I asked about this so called other account. It took me a long time to get those points built up. So disappointed, I would not recommend Fetch to anyone.
I use the Fetch App to receive points if I buy products & scan receipts on the app. My local market, has a promotion where I would receive 5000 points for using their online "to go" feature. I ordered $80.00 in groceries, online and had it delivered within the promotion time. I scan the receipt and I received 35 points. I contact CS chat and they tell me I can only use emailed electronic receipts. It clearly states on the Fetch app "receipts that are scanned and uploaded by Oct. 31st". I sent a picture of their own offer and still wouldn't honor it. They then told me it was for online orders only. I sent them a pic of the online delivery. They refuse to acknowledge their own offer and kept giving bogus excuses, contradicting their own offer. I wouldn't have ordered online if I knew they wouldn't honor their offers.
I've been with Fetch for quite a while. Everything has been fine until I cashed in 50,000 points to get a $50 gift card to Amazon. Turns out they charge 3,500 points now for the gift card. They did not let me know this. Then I noticed that they took 4,495 points from me and said I had submitted a fraudulent recipe. I asked for a review and they determined that I had a history of submitting illegal receipts and they deactivated my account and it's permanent! I just wanted to see what I submitted that they deemed fraudulent. I still have almost 50,000 points that they won't give me because they think I'm trying to pull a fast one on them. Anyhoo, I will not recommend them to anyone.
I used to really get excited about scanning receipts but not anymore. They raised the amount you need to get gift cards and they now take away offers before they end. I was half way through a couple offers and they just deleted it so I couldn't Finish. They also make it so you have to correct almost every reciept because it doesn't give you the correct amount of points you earn.
The app crashes a lot! The Customer Care Specialist had me disconnect my emails from their app, clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. The app didn't work. Next they want me to sent them my receipts tell then which products I am requesting points for and provide the total. I don't work for Fetch Rewards and I already have a job. No thanks!
Been waiting 4 months to redeem a $10 gift card from Fetch rewards never got my token digital token not cool I end up deleting the app operator light to me
Customer service is what it comes down to the gift cards got me locked outta my Amazon prime account all the had to do was give me anything that said the gift cards were mine but refused to do so so not only did I not get to use the gift cards lost oun my two month prime membership which Amazon is getting pretty bad on customer service as well
I have used this app with out any problems, but if you end up with a problem BEWARE! Customer service will not be willing to help! I recently had 2 gift certificates "denied" when I took printed versions to the stores. The only "help " I've received from Fetch is that it's MY RESPONSIBILITY to reach out to the retailer! This app is advertised as easy & fun to use, but not when you have a problem you need help with! Very disappointing!
At first, it was a good app, but then they switched things so your points weren't worth as much. Now to redeem points you have to pay extra, so if you want to redeem to Amazon for instance, and you have 10,000 points, it'll cost you 12,500 points to get the $10 gift card. To make up for that, when you upload a recept every 24 hrs you get to spin a wheel for extra points. Trouble with that is, you'll most likely only get 5-10 points at each spin. It takes a lot longer now to build up enough points to redeem.
Earning and getting ahold of a representative (whom is VERY friendly and professional) is easy!
- It often takes 4 times for a receipt to upload properly.
- Points are very very very inconsistent.
- If this site could hook up to my shoppers club cards, it would be PERFECT and so much more convenient (and pssst Fetch, people couldn't be dishonest b/c you'll have proof)! ** Do this and I'll change this to 5 stars.

This is the worst company on the planet! They lose packages and NEVER ANSWER THR PHONE! Worst customer service ever! I honestly don't know how the hell their still in business! IM NOT GOING TO RENEW MY LEASE BECAUSE MY APT USES THIS POS COMPANY! I wish I could give ZERO stars!
Fetch app stole my mother 47,000 points from her phone. Run from this app. Tried to contact these people & got zero response. Shame on u for not helping her...
I have used this app and promoted this app in the past to my family and friends. I thought it was a great way to earn rebates on groceries. What I do is accumulate my points throughout the year and then cash out those points in November for my Xmas shopping. Well, Fetch had other plans. I attempted to redeem two $50 Amazon gift cards a few days ago. Without any warning or communication, my points were stripped and my account was deactivated. Without giving me any type of opportunity to prove my points were valid, Fetch decides to ban me. Amazon, Kroger, Sam's club and costco all keep a record of my purchases through their apps. All Fetch had to do was ask me for further proof of they thought my receipts weren't genuine. This app coerces people in to buying certain brands of products with the promise of rebate points but does not hold up their end of the bargain. It took 2 days to get a response from them to find out what was going on. Waste of time! Thanks for ripping off me and my kids! Scam!

I bought a amazon gift card and they never gave me the code after 2 months, and I tried from another account and my account got banned. Don't waste your time on fetch.
My pet was covered under Petplan. Now petlplan is FETCH. I have had coverage since 2017. With 90% coverage unlimited. Now Fetch increased my premium and increased my deductible and the worse part they capped my at $10,000 per year anything more than that I have to pay out of pocket. When I reached Fetch their response was you should be greatfull we did not drop you completely, do not believe this advertisement, it's false advertising:

This used to be Petplan's promise not Fetch. I filed a complaint with the better business burau and will file a complaint with consumer report for false advertisement. My dog now is 7 he has allergies and the change in policy clearly shows the Fetch does not care about pets.
Don't even bother to do this app. You work really hard to get as many points as you can, and then when you request a gift card they lock your account up..
I was told I couldn't snap reciepts on March 9th for two days. On March 11th I snapped only two reciepts and was put on ban again. I believe this app just doesn't want to pay members for rewards. If this keeps up I'll just delete it.
Answer: This is all a scam. They use your purchases to track what you buy so that they can sell your information. You will never get the rewards.
