I shudder, when I hear, delivery is per FedEx... Last incident: on 12/4 received a "Delivery was made" text messg... was home all day waiting for it, but neither one of my TWO Ring cameras recorded anything. When I filed a claim, FedEx didn't even have the delivery instructions correct, so I knew it went to the wrong address... I called the seller, they agreed graciously to replace the order. Stayed home again for delivery, heard Ring camera and was behind front door, when the package hit it with a thump... I opened door, delivery guy was already walking away, I asked why they never ring bell..."we don't have to, unless a signature is required" (!) I told him UPS & Amazon DO!... It is now Dec. 12th... my NEIGHBOR calls, they have a package that belongs to me!... It is the FIRST, WRONGLY DELIVERED package from early December, being redelivered, but AGAIN TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!... Is there anyone at FedEx that gives a...(whatever) what is happening to their customers and to their company?
BTW, my former bus. Partner received a wrong package recently, he called FedEx several times to pick it up... it took them almost a week to pick it up!... Someone certainly was waiting for that package also!
FedEx can not seem to deliver a package successfully which is awful for a package delivery company. I never have any issues with UPS or USPS but something always goes wrong with FedEx. Whether it's not leaving a clearly marked perishable box that does not require a signature, or just plain losing packages, there is always a problem. Even there 1-800 number doesn't work. The recording cuts off randomly and says it doesn't understand you when you have not had the chance to repeal yet. Again, horrible.
My item was shipped from London to the USA. The package left the facility and traveled to Memphis Tennessee, where it cleared international import. A day later, my shipment went from "will be delivered on X date" to "pending". "The package has no contents" so magically my box, which left the facility with a good amount of weight in it, got to fedex import where they probably open packages and all of a sudden it's empty? It's not only this, it is the fact that they didn't even bother updating the tracking to "package will not be delivered" or anything. Just sat and waited. Even better, we paid for international priority ($$$) which YOU CANNOT GET REIMBURSED by the company. So they know they cannot fulfill their promises but will charge you anyways! Now we will have to submit a claim, which will probably take weeks as Fedex doesn't seem to care about their business or their customers only to have my wife's custom-made gift to be late (if we will ever get it at all); absolute trash of a company.
We shipped trusting fedex urgently needed blessing for my nephew to NYC from SF overnight delivery paid top dollar never happened. Late by 4days but they charge and refused to refund. Better-off use USPS priority mail. Why pay 5-6 time more and if no guarantee. I am so pissed off and there is no regulation by us transport Authority
Absolute dogsh*t of a delivery service. Gave me the wrong delivery date, tried to deliver the day before expected date with no warning, tried again with no warning, as I was at work. Tried twice and gave up as they "reached the maximum amount of times they could attempt the delivery." They couldn't switch my address to my work address, couldn't leave it at a hold location, and couldn't deliver on the weekends. So after three extremely unhelpful phone calls, I got a message stating that they will in fact leave it at a hold location, but have no date in mind, no eta, and just said they will "let me know when it's on its way." It's been a week since their last attempt at delivering my package. It's been a painful experience and will not be ordering from any place of business that uses fedex.
Ordered 3D printing materials from Prague on 11/26/21. Shipped 11/30 for deliver in Virginia on 12/7/21. Materials have been sitting in Frankfurt for 7 days! It's now 12/13/21... no package. They lost 1,000 pieces of our product. 3 boxes were on the pallet, they were wrapped very well, only 1 single box delivered. The pallet and 2 boxes are missing. An employee sent us a picture with proof that a single box was delivered yet they denied our claim saying the whole pallet was delivered.

Saturday morning it stated expect package Monday by the end of the day. I leave and go out of town only to get a text message stating that it was delivered. I drive an hour back home because they are large packages (bicycles) and I don't want anyone to take them. I pull in the driveway only to see two large packages leaning up against the garage door, in plain view of everyone passing by. Which means they didn't even go to the front door and ring the bell. Can you please just leave the package at the front door?

Every single delivery that has come from Fedex has been at least 3 days late... that in and by itself is lousy, but the fact that the customer service reps have repeatedly LIED -for my last shipment for 4 days straight saying that the shipment was on the truck for delivery that day DEFINITELY and it still has not arrived. I have had two items in the last six months sent to me via FedEx. I get a ton of stuff delivered via USPS/UPS/Amazon and NEVER have issues. With Amazon stuff actually shows up days BEFORE it is supposed to! The exact same problem has happened with both deliveries. I am provided a delivery date when I make my purchase. The morning I am told my package will be delivered I received an update text stating my package is on a truck and out for delivery within 10 miles of my house. The package will not show up and I will receive a message that it is delayed and will be delivered tomorrow. The next day the package doesn't show up and I received a text update stating the package is delayed and it will be delivered tomorrow. And so on and so on. So my package is sitting on a truck within 10 miles of my house and I have no access to it. The first package this happened with wound up sitting on a truck for 16 days! For 16 days something I paid $500 for I had no access to you as it sat a few miles from my house on a truck. I am now on day three with a television. It was bought for my parents for their anniversary which is today! I was supposed to have the television two days ago so I can give it to them for their anniversary. I now get to walk into their anniversary party empty-handed while their television sits on a truck a few miles away from my house as I am now told my TV that was supposed to be here two days ago will be here on Tuesday (it is Sunday). I can almost promise you it will not be here Tuesday. This is one of the biggest corporations in the world. How do they have a less than two star rating? And why are they not doing anything about it? Somebody please help me understand!?!
They dont deliver to your door, only to your neighbor and the box will arrive extremely damaged. FedEX customer service is outsourced, and they often just hang up when you have a problem. I NEVER got a resolution to a missing amazon package, and the amazon seller just deleted my review and FEDEX never got back to me. What happens when I've finally had enough and assault either my neighbor or the FedEx driver? I bet customer service magically show up then. I also have a video of me opening my door, not seeing the package and walking to my neighbors house to find it, DAMAGED! I will continue to do this until either the cops get involved bc ive assaulted a driver and now some sort of resolution needs to be made or they just have me SIGN FOR THE FCKING PACKAGE whatever happened to that?

I have plants near my front door and Friday 12/10/21 at around 4pm there was a delivery, where the person literally put the packages in front of the screen door where if I open it they will fall. They also broke my flower pot and stacked them together so nobody would notice. This is unacceptable and explains why people don't recommend using FedEx but I had no choice this time.
Paid extra for a delivery window of 5-8pm for a signature required package. Was outside in my yard starting at 330, got a text saying my package was delayed shortly after. Call in and the driver claims they attempted delivery at 4pm but no answer. 1) 4 is not 5.2) Two of us and two dogs outside, no honk, no yell, no gate rattle, no truck in driveway or one of us would've heard it. 3) Delivery instructions clearly state to CALL upon arrival. First cs rep says to me just go get it at the depot. Lady, I live an hour from a depot so NO. Second "manager" tries the same thing... finally get her to acknowledge that even if the driver had followed instructions, delivery attempt was outside of the window. She then claims there is no way to get ahold of the driver, send them a message, or get ahold of the depot to reschedule and I'd just have to wait-I said that's untrue, she tells me "This line is recorded"... I said good! Glad to hear! Finally get her to transfer me to delivery dept, guy almost immediatly tells me they messaged the driver to deliver the package by 8pm so he had my transcript. So we literally wait outside until 8pm... surprise surprise no package. Call again and get told AGAIN to just go get it myself. Currently am waiting for the depot to open so I can try to get them directly and get it redelivered. Oh, and it's Fedex Express and cost me $65 to ship. This after weeks of boxes being thrown 20 feet down driveway, driver laughing at people as he is tossing tires at them, boxes being found by the side of the road miles away from delivery spots, and every one of my packages not being delivered in less than 2 weeks if at all. UPS can tell me my drivers name and shoe size and fedex can't even do a simple delivery. PLEASE stop shipping items to customers by fedex!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
