I could not be more disappointed with the level of NON professionalism. If it was simply human error fine, we are all human, but the reactions given when people ask questions are immature and childish. As well as ill informed. If you are using things that don't belong to you, BE SURE you understand what fair use is and isn't. Instead, they simply belittle people that disagree with them, or even politely point out issues. A simple, "oops, we didn't know we'll be more careful in the future!" would have gone a long way, instead I saw and got replies from this company and it's people that make me believe it is being run by a bunch of ignorant high schoolers! On a side note, no I am not a child, as they tried to state, telling me how long they have been an advocate. As a matter of fact, I am OLDER than you are! Old enough to know what the hell STONEWALL is and why you should not be stealing from them! Grow, the hell up. You can't advocate for anyone when you can't be an intelligent, well informed, and professional person yourself.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered something from them in March of 2013 it's now the end of July and I haven't received my order! I've sent numerous emails and haven't got a single response back! I don't even want the shirt now... I Do NOT want to wear anything representing this company.

First, I love fckh8's videos. I've seen them all and I love what they're doing for homosexuality but as far as ordering from them. DON'T DO IT. I ordered one shirt and one pair of glasses which I paid full price for there were no discounts at the time. I paid for express shipping expecting to wear the shirt to school the next week. Nope. I ordered my items in March of last year and I had to wait until the very beginning of October before I received my items. I got an email in June saying that they had run out and they would try to get my items to me as fast as possible so I'm thinking okay it will get here in a week or two.
NOPE! I called and emailed and I finally got an answer back in mid August through email saying that I would get my items and free stuff since it took so long. I waited and waited until October when the package FINALLY came in and I got two free stickers and those little bracelet type things. I waited six months for two free stickers and a bracelet. Six months. But they had NO problem taking my money out the very minute I ordered. I wouldn't do business with them again even though I've seen some posts that they've changed and it's not like that anymore. I wouldn't chance it either.
On October 12th I ordered a tshirt, two buttons and two bracelets. On October 20th it said it was being shipped. Two weeks later called to see why the tracking info said it wasn't shipped. They said it would ship by the end of the week, in time to give to my gf for her birthday. Two weeks later it still did not ship. I called to cancel and they said it went to the warehouse to ship. I've emailed and called every week since and they claim it will ship by the end of the week. Took my money October 12th and now, December 26th, it still has not shipped. They refuse to refund my money, calling the better business bureau today!

LOVE MY SHIRTS!
I was nervous when I ordered the shirts Monday, December 22, needing it by Sunday, December 28th (a present I would bring abroad) and the website warned to expect 2-3 week deliveries. However, the notifications also suggested emailing in if it were priority and it worked out great for me! I got a nice email back the next day saying the company would put out my shirts ASAP.
Anyway, I received my package today. Both of the shirts are super comfy (I got a 100% cotton and a flowy racer-back) and I'm proud to sport that this is what a #feminist looks like.
As a point of reference for future customers, my medium cotton t-shirt is a little snug. It's very comfortable and fits well, but if you're wondering if the sizes run a bit big or a bit small, it's small. Incidentally, the racer-back style truly is flowy and allows more room because I ordered that in a size small and it fits just as comfortably.
I'm generally scared of ordering online but have been proven wrong in this case. :)
I bought two t-shirts from you guys recently, and i love them! The quality is great, the fit is great, and the comfort is great. A+! I love a clothing with a strong positive message!
I ordered a sweatshirt and a wristband from this company TWO YEARS AGO, and I've only just received a package from them three days ago. I knew I'd be waiting a while for my package to come because of the high volume the site gets, but two years? REALLY?!
This is after emails going back and forth with *******@fckh8 AND *******@fckh8 both saying they would refund me the money (which NEVER happened) but that they'd send me the products I ordered anyway.
I did get a package. It was shipped to the wrong house, it was the wrong size, AND it was not what I even ordered.
I keep trying to call and arrange something, but no one ever answers, and their voicemail is full.
I don't even want the refund, because I want to support the cause, I just want the items I PAID for.

I ordered 2shirts for myself and my girlfriend on10/22/12 on 11/15/12 I still hadnt received anything so I contacted them and Nikki Tyler got back to me and gave me this whole spiel about how they have a brand new team and they would put me on the priority list and I'd get my shirts no later than xmas well needless to say after unanswered emails and phone calls I still have yet to receive my shirts.im so beyond upset because I support the cause and this is what I get in return all I want is my shirts and since I couldnt get them I disputed the transaction with my bank. I am a great supporter of many campaigns out there like Human Rights Campaign and Greenpeace, and when I heard of FCKH8 I loved what they stood for. I have ordered from them before and I never had an issue with that order. Well in JULY I decided to buy one of their tank tops and I was hoping to where it throughout the warm season and its not almost Halloween and I have not received it. I have called many times and I have emailed them countless times, because #1 I payed for that item and #2 it should not take that long to receive it. One email good ol' Ryan sent me ( which seems like everyone else gets it as well) stated that they were backed up in orders, well if the company is having high demands then they need to higher some more employees, they are loosing a lot of customers because of this.
Well today, I called about 10 times and no one answered the phone so I decided to call my credit card company and told them about it and they are going to dispute the charges made to my credit card. Its said to say that I will not be buying anything else from FCKH8 :(
I ordered a shirt from here on November 11,2012. It is February 26,2013 and I still have not received the shirt. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, and when I realized it wasn't going to get here in time for Christmas, I tried to call and cancel my order. They still had not processed the order, so I thought this process would be quick. WRONG. My call was sent to voicemail and I never got a call back. I tried calling 2 more times on different days and I emailed them NUMEROUS times. I got an email response back after the first email I sent and they told me they were going to send me stickers since they still could not send me my shirt. Of course, the stickers got here in no time. I never received a response to any other email or call. I got an email a couple of days ago that said my shirt was being printed but shipping it to me could take several days. Ugh. I love what the business stands for, but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

Terriable. I orderd a shirt from them to help support. And i was charged for 4. Was almost 100 dollars. Took 3 weeks to get a refund from them. Also very hard to get them to pick up the phone.

Sorry, mistakes with banking do happen from time to time I am sorry. Please believe, and the refund was a testament to this, that it took so long cause we process hundreds of orders every week and it gets hard for our staff to do everything when the support grows so quickly. I am sorry you had to wait and glad you got a refund for the money that was taken out of your credit card by accident.

I had ordered a sweatshirt from fckh8 last year it took over a month to receive and I kept getting fed crud about not enough merch. In stock, or it got lost, or they will send it right out. Blah blah blah. This website and what it stands for is beautiful. However, its more about getting the message across in very blunt ways, but they are based on sales of their products. They seem to never had in stock what you order. THEN I went this year Aug. 12th to order another hoodie once I read their ship time are way better and stuff is in stock, so I fell for it. It's now sept. 20th and I just cancelled my order after being told last week he was getting my stuff sent asap and had no idea why it hadn't shipped and my tracking info would be updated in a day or so. Another week later. And no-one still has no idea why my order hadn't been shipped. I called their costumer service line where you can't talk to a human and they don't call back. They prefer emails so they have records. Anyways enough rambling this website has a great message and a horrible everything else. Enjoy the videos. Just don't buy from them.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We always try to ship items within 21 business days, sorry it took 4 weeks for your first order and a bit longer for the second, so that you felt the need to ask for a refund and for us to agree that you were in your right to ask for one. There are times when we get swamped and it is hard to keep up with all the orders.
I would just like to highlight that we are not based on sales ie we don't sell t shirts for the hell of it. We sell a message to politicians and homophobic people through our t shirts. Selling items is a way to support the cause and the people that work for it.
