I love my FCKH8 Gear! Great company that supports all that have been treated with inequality and their supporters! I don't know what the shopping experience was like before new ownership, but my gear came on the first day they said it would! I love my hoodie so much, I'll be wearing it everywhere! #doinggoodieinmyhoodie!

I'm all about supporting gay rights, speaking out against racism, and feminism - but I am of the belief that these people are only in it to bilk well meaning people out of their hard earned money.

These people had no issue charging my card first chance they could in September 2013 - but only sent one of the two shirts that I ordered (in retrospect, I'm glad that I only ordered two shirts). I didn't receive the shipment until early November - so I contacted them to inform them of the missing shirt. Over the next few months, I received multiple excuses about how I will be contacted again, or that the shirt shipped - yet strangely enough, I received no usable shipping tracking information. (Really, is it that difficult to ship ONE shirt?) I still received advertisements to throw more money awa -- er, I mean, order more stuff with them. Aside from those, and the auto-mailed excuses, nothing. The telephone number listed on the invoice wasn't functional, and it wasn't until I started complaining on these boards, that "Santiago" (someone besides the "Ryan" persona) contacted me, apologizing, and promising to send the shirt via next day (with a few trinkets for my trouble). After another week of nothing (no response, no tracking number with which I could check on the shipment), I just requested my money back - only to be ignored again.

The Better Business Bureau was a waste of time - it wasn't until I had to cancel the charge with my bank--a year later--that I was able to obtain some relief. I don't care how many renovations that you're going through - it doesn't take A YEAR to send a customer ONE SHIRT THAT THEY PAID FOR. These guys are LIARS and THIEVES; it wouldn't surprise me if we found out that the positive testimonials were from people associated with the company, working to pad their low customer service scores (which you'll notice started coming in AFTER they noticed that they were getting a slew of bad reviews)...

Helpful hint to the company: actually work to resolve the issues with those customers who had a bad experience - that will probably gain you more credibility than the transparently obvious attempt at repairing your bad image.

As for me, I will be jumping in with my story (and saved documents) the NANOSECOND I hear of any lawsuits against this company, as I don't believe for a second that they've changed.

Helpful hint for anyone thinking about buying their stuff: do it like I did, and make your own printed stuff! After all, do you really want to support a company which has no problem stealing intellectual content, and not crediting the authors?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! We ordered a hoodie with express shipping from this site on November 4 of 2012. Four months and still no hoodie. In December we got an email stating they have a new shipping and customer service company to handle their overwhelming orders and please accept these stickers, your order is on back order and will be there by Christmas. Valentines Day is about to pass and we still have nothing to show for it. No reply my attempts via email or phone. BBB is the next step, though reading the other comments here, I am not holding my breath with that either.

I reviewed fckh8.com on FEBRUARY 10,2013. On OCTOBER 10,2013 came the following response:

"Ryan S. [Fckh8.com Rep] Hey, Most of the issues on this site were fixed after these posts were made and I want to make sure yours was taken care of like the others. We ship out hundreds of orders every week to supporters around the world and sometimes human error or mix ups happen. E-mail me right now at *******@FCKH8.com and I will handle it right away for you. We love people who support the cause and we are all about FCKing H8, not FCKing up your order. Let's get this fixed if it wasn't already :)"

My response:
I hardly know where to begin, Ryan, so let me say this: were you truly interested in rectifying any issues I had with your site, the ordering process, my customer service experience, or your product, you or a member of your staff would have contacted me personally or barring that, written something other than a weak, whining, public-forum-style form letter laden with excuses. Had I received resolution, you could have then invited me to share that resolution in this public forum, so that others would see that your company is willing to go the extra mile with improvements made in any areas that needed improving, such as your customer service and ordering departments. As it stands, you have succeeded only in making your customer service look lazy, weak, and lacking since even your job title is abbreviated as "Rep" rather than Representative, this follow-up message reads "most of the issues were fixed" which means obviously there are still issues so expect broken promises, and this weak attempt at communication took more than eight months.

Now all that being said, I do want to give an update: I placed my order and credit card charged November 4,2012 for my daughter's hoodie to be express shipped (thats the 3 to 4 DAY option) and paid extra for that option so it would be here in time for Christmas. We received the hoodie MARCH 26,2013. So much for express shipping, and while there were many emails and phone calls during that time, no offers for resolution or refund for the extra service I paid for and never received, only excuses, broken promises, and a few stickers ever given.

The customer service representative I spoke with at the time DID take my complaints in stride, was polite and respectful, and did keep me hopeful that any day our mailbox would contain the hoodie we wanted. The hoodie itself is EXACTLY what we wanted; fits well, looks good, is warm and soft, and wears well so we are happy with it. Still won't be ordering from this company again.
