The site is asking for feed back! I just barely received my trees yesterday and they have not even been planted! They came in four boxes, They were packed somewhat decent, but to give a good review time needs to go by to see what happens
The tree arrived in excellent condition. The root ball is well formed and there were little leaves starting to come through. Once in the ground, it immediately put on a lot of leaves!

Neglectful customer service, all I need is an answer, if magnolia tree they sent me has suckers that need clipping, I sent a pic of the green shoots coming from base, Idk if these are branches or suckers, they claim good customer service & well pruned trees, I went through this before w/ my cherry tree last year, didn't get an answer til I came on here, then they finally answer saying to clip, the sooner you clip suckers the better, that's why my cherry tree is still shooting out suckers because they waited too long to respond, same w/ this magnolia still haven't responded, finally after 3 days sent me a link saying "this link don't exist" in 9 different languages.
I was looking forward to receiving my tree especially after seeing all of the positive reviews on to this website however when I received my lemon tree and took it out of the pot this soil was not compacted together! The roots and everything were broken up & the soil just feel everywhere. I am very worried that the tree will not grow. I usually dislike leaving negative reviews for the public to see however I reached out to them privately but they did not respond
This past winter, for the first time in over 30 years, the deer must have been starving and damaged many of my shrubs and trees. I decided to try the deer repellent spray-on product, but will not be able to determine its effectiveness until next winter. There was no need for a timely shipment. The box containing two bottles was crushed on one end but the product inside was properly and effectively protected so there were no issues.
Fast growing trees calculated my shipping zip code growing zone as zone 5. My property is zone 4, which I denoted when placing the order for a May shipment. Blackberry bushes arrived in early April fully leaved out with blossoms. Temperatures day of arrival and week after in 30s with nighttime dips into the 20s. Will be surprised in plants survive.

The tree is losing all of its leaves, it lost all little lemon buds it came with. It is also crawling with centipedes or millipedes so it cannot be an indoor tree.

Most specimens I received were really good except one that was place in a box with other tree and was merely a stick. I believe they did that so to reduce their shipping cost. I would have liked to received a better Cercis Forest Pansy instead I received only a stick with no branches.
I ordered two concord grape vines. I planted them along a fence with compost and potting soil in the holes. One is doing nicely, the other died. Everything was the same. I am a fairly experienced gardener. I do not believe it was anything I did.

First, I want to say that the Meyer Lemon tree I ordered is beautiful! It was packaged beautifully and arrived safely. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the website indicates shipments are shipped in a few days. I ordered my tree on March 27 and didn't receive it until April 15. I was getting ready to travel and wanted to be sure I had plenty of time to bet the tree planted. Thankfully I was able to do that.
The box showed up to the wrong house. The box with the dog wood and pom. Tree was damaged. The pin. Tree was infested with tiny black bugs all over it and I've treated it since and still have not been able to get rid of the infestation on it. I thought the tree wpuld be treated before arriving, I transplanted the second day after arrival and its been kept inside. All my other trees were fine this is the only one that has bugs. I've treated it since having it to try to kill/ control the issue to no success. I'm pretty disappointed.

Last year the Flame thrower Redbud I ordered died & they were not available for the remainder of the summer. I was excited to be able to replace it this Spring. Do fare it is doing well.
I bought two 2-3 ft Tall maples. I basically received two brunces with roots a few roots. I was very unhappy, but I went to my local nursery and found two great sizes of trees for same amount of money. I would have returned the two tiny brunches I bought from you, but the return is not allowed for in insatisfaction of the product. So now I four trees, two trees and two little brunches that I doubt will survive.

Being the first time buyer, I ended up with large purchase (31 trees/$600) to avoid visiting local nursery during pandemic. The advertisement was good, ordering experience easy and website well laid out. Unfortunately other aspect that matters were not great. It further for complicated by FedEx delaying delivery by 3 days. The trees 1-2 ft were all barely 1 ft, the 3 ft weeping cherry had very unhealthy looking leaves and a supposedly/promotional ‘free' 1 ft Dogwood arrived as one stick with no leaves. Hence the end products (tree) were very disappointing for price I paid as even Costco and Local Lowe's carry better looking trees at better price. Our nursery's trees are much better quality for same price - no not sure I will ever buy from FastGrowingTrees again!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
