I ordered tree in March, but still waiting to be delivered. First shipment was never arrived. Tracked Fedex and they told me the box was empty without content, so its undeliverable.
I called customer service and nice lady answered phone and she helped me to ship my order again. Now I am still waiting for the delivery and hope I will get it. I will keep you posted. Its been a long wait
I ordered six trees, all of which arrived in one box. Easy website to use, with excellent information about the plants.
One of the six trees (well, saplings, really) lost some of the soil from its pot, so it was lucky it survived the shipping journey.
The trees looked healthy and are now in the ground; we'll see how they turn out!

1. The trees were shipped a week later than promised. When I contacted Customer Service, they wrote that the trees would be shipped the following week, without explanation. I had placed the order about four weeks earlier, so I was eager to get them!
2. I think I read that the trees would be sent 1-2 day shipping. They were not. They were shipped on a Saturday and I received them on a Wednesday (they were originally scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday, but FedEx got them to me sooner). I wonder how many days they could survive in the box?
Also: my 1'-2' tall trees were all 1'. Not a big deal, but somewhat disappointing.
Will I buy from FGT again? Probably, as they offer trees unavailable at my local nursery.
I understand the perils of shipping, but I expected an excellent specimen of a 12" crape myrtle tree for $39 than what I got. It looked pathetic.
My adorable little plant arrived loosely packed on top of dirt with zero root structure. It's few straggly roots were resting gently on top of the pot full of dirt and fell right out and over as soon as it was opened. Transplanted it but don't have really any hope for survival.

Ordered 20 1 to 2 footers, just a rooted branch. Ordered 10 3 to 4 footers and they are half the size as what Walmart sells for half the price

The plant arrived on time but many of its leaves were broken or "eaten". Also, the stick that keeps the tree straight, came broken too. This was a birthday present so it didn't look like the fig tree advertised on your website.

Trees were smaller than expected, many were spacey and not full. One developed a black spot still not sure what it is. 4 were just green at the bottom then huge space and then green. Like a twig barbell. Just disappointed. Maybe we expected more. The website really gave us buying confidence but the product was less than.
The items arrived in time and in good shape,,, there were no problems with the shipment.
The trees were shipped ground from South Carolina to California it took the trees 4 to 5 days to reach California in a unrefrigerated trailer, then they sat at UPS warehouse for another 4 to 5 days. I called UPS, it turned out there was no special handling on the shipping label for the live trees, UPS stated that they didn't know they were live trees or they would have been handled the trees differently, because they were shipped ground UPS has up to 14 days to get the trees to me! The trees were dead at this time I called UPS, so I had UPS shipped back to sender.

I ordered blackberry plants and they were delivered very fast and in perfect condition. I have ordered blackberry plants from other online stores but have never gotten the quality plants I received from Fast Growing Trees. I will be ordering from them again.
The Representative that helped me with my order was very patient, extremely knowledgable & was the best Customer Representative that I've dealt with anywhere. I usually don't get that level of knowledge assisting with anything. Please pass this onto that Representative! Thank You Again!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
