The trees were very green and seem to be in good health. I hope they produce and grow big and strang.
I planted a new backyard garden with trees from local suppliers. But this particular tree was hard to find and FastGrowingTrees appeared to be in right place in right time. The tree - well developed 6' apricot- arrived extremely well packaged with roots still moist and green leaves looking good. I planted it immediately and in two days it was doing good so far.
Shockingly poor response to non delivery of a tree in my order. 1st said it was shipped, then that it would be shipped next day, then that they consider the 'tickets closed because they hadn't heard from me, then sent me a link to their customer service Zendesk that didn't work. Pathetic response.
The tree was grown to close to its neighbor then pound improperly. When I said I was not satisfied the process made it impossible to get anywhere!

This tree does not look like a Colorado Blue Spruce at all. This tree is green not blue.
It came with a label called "Apache". I am very disappointed.
I wanted a true BLUE Spruce.

I was very disappointed in the sad shape my 7 avocado trees arrived in. The top of one tree was severed. Another tree has what appears to be black mold growing on the trunk and leaves. It looks very sick. I've ordered before from your company and have always been pleased, but this time was definitely not up to your normal standard.

The quality of tree is very good and we are quite happy with it. Their staff was friendly. I think they need to a few things that will greatly improve customers experiences:
1) If you are ordering a product that cannot be shipped to your growing zone, that information and date needs to be given to customer at time of order. I was told that my tree would ship in two days, but it didn't, my growing zone was not open for shipment. My order taker should not have told me that the tree was shipping in two days if it wasn't going to.
2) Clarify message about growing zones being opened. I received email about my growing zone was open for shipment - I did not understand what that meant - email needs to be specific - at the time I got email, I did not understand that my tree would not be shipped until zone was open.
3) When a customer asks for a ship date, give them the actual ship date, do not give a generic answer of one to two days - I call three times about ship date and every time I was told one to two days - the tree did not ship on time for any of my calls
I do want to be clear - at this stage, I am very happy with the tree - it arrived healthy and well packaged. I could not have picked out a better/healthier tree myself.
I was able to discern what trees I could grow in containers in my "zone" and was very pleased with the condition of the plants when they arrived...
The shipment was prompt and we liked the e-mail information received during the shipment stage. The trees were carefully wrapped, and are doing well after being planted.
A tree I ordered was damaged during shipping. Called Customer Service and received replacement tree the same week.
The tree has rust spots on the leaves and the dirt was soaked. Hope the tree bounces back

I ordered a tree from Fast Growing trees online, and it was shipped and received within a week! The tree came securely packaged and protected from jostling around in the heavy-duty shipping carton. It's 5' tall, exactly as indicated on their website, and there were no broken or dead branches. It's a very sturdy little tree, and I can't wait to see it grow!
Our tree came in a box with the roots secure in a 1 gallon pot. When I unboxed it and took it out to the back yard I noticed there were thorough instructions included that gave info on the size of the hole etc. After planting it and watering it, we didn't any changes for about 2+ weeks but just yesterday it started sprouting its first little leave which was a great sign (I think). Would for sure buy from Fast Growing Trees again.
My trees arrived healthy and ready to be planted. My small pine is already showing growth.
This was an early birthday gift for my sister. I was excited because she had wanted one for years; there was one on the property where we grew up. There were none available in stores or for delivery. When she received it, it was in the box upside down and the soil had fell away from the root ball. They planted very well but for a couple days, it was wilted. It came back but from what I hear, there will be a set back to it's growth. :(

It took very long for trees to ship out. After I emailed to get info they then shipped out. The 2 trees arrived in bad shape and squeezed into 1 box bunch of branches cracked. Not sure if the pruning was bad or from shopping but the tree was lopsided.
I paid extra for warranty and as soon as I emailed them with my concerns they stated that they would replace both trees and the missing free dogwood tree.
Hopeful they come through this time.
My order was delivered Fed Ex and received it 3 days later than what the original delivery date was. I was worried as to whether or not they would still be heathy and reached out to Fast Growing Trees. They documented my concern in case there were issues. Once they arrived, I opened up the box and all but one plant were very healthy, the other one was a bit brown, but hopefully pulls through.
I have yet to receive my order and I am wondering where it is at.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
