I bought Calamondin tree. When I got it, it was not in the most healthy state. But I still waited for a month. I potted it with the rocket fertilizer on a bigger pot. Unfortunately, it's still not healthy and the leaves are slowly drying and falling. I thought i can wait longer to make it healthier but I believe it was not happy during delivery.

Boxes had been cut in half and taped together. Trees were sticking out the top of the box. One tree had no leaves or buds on it anymore, the other had a couple left. Both had split branches and branches broken clean off.

The container of plant food I ordered had ripped and was leaking everywhere. The small tree branches were broken off and looked bedraggled. The plant in its container had cracked and dirt was spilling everywhere and plant was helter skelter. Very disappointed.

The tree is absolutely beautiful. I was worried when the box arrived because the UPS driver did not read the large instructions to place the box on a certain side. He placed it standing up, leaning against my house instead. Thank goodness the tree was not upside down or it would have been broken.
Overall it was a good experience. The tree is already thriving due to the root starter and soil mix that I had also purchased. Thank you!

I've ordered more than 20 trees from fast growing trees and they have always been Exactly as described. I did have an instance where FedEx dropped the ball and had them for five days so I contacted FGT and they immediately replace them. I will always do business here
Talked to you the day plants arrived, about their condition. I was asked to give them a chance to recover, I was in contact again a few weeks later stating a couple looked like they would make it, others were in doubt. Talked to someone two days ago and again sent pictures. One is going to be fine one has a strong possibility of making, it another has an outside chance and the rest look like they have no chance. What upsets me most is. I started using your company, within the last 6 months and had been extremely happy with the plants I received, they arrived healthy and are thriving, that is why I chose to to spend the extra money and order plants from you this spring. However, if I had known that I would be require to try to nurse sick plants back to health, I would have gone to the markdowns at Lows or Home Depot, and paid far less, for a plant that might not live.

We ordered 2 trees and 4 potted plants. They were all shipped together and moved around a lot during shipping. The buds on the trees were broken off and quite a few branches broken from the azaleas. I would not recommend ordering trees and potted plants at the same time.

I was so excited for my plant to arrive, but the experience was not great. First, when I place my order, it said that it would be shipped on 04/04/21. When I didn't get a shipping notification, I checked the website and suddenly changed the estimated ship date to 04/21/21. I had to contact customer service and it ended up shipping out at the end of the week. Nobody could tell me why the website was wrong or why my item didn't ship on 04/04/21.
When I finally got my item, it was a bit of a let down. My plant was tiny and sparse! I was expecting a much fuller bush. Plus some of the leaves had holes in them and there seems to be sprayed with something that makes the leaves white and filmy looking.
Adding up the entire experience, I just was disappointed with everything and won't be recommending this site or product. Also, when I bought my item, they were listed $10 cheaper. While I was waiting for my plant to arrive, the site did raise the price of this item, so beware of prices fluctuating when you order.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
