I purchased two lime trees was told they were delivered, I did not receive them, they were reshipped a week later FGT called to say they were not available so I requested an avocado tree planted it and looks healthy so I ordered a second avocado and a banana, upon arrival the second avocado is a fraction of the size of the first the top 18 inches is dead and the leaves are wilting the banana leaves looks sickly as well.
I ordered 3 1 gallon containers. I have bought enough 1 gal plants to know what size they should look like. Mine were in quart containers. On top of that not 1 of them were packaged properly, the soil mixture was not in the pot with the roots leaving them exposed and very dry. I don't see how they are going to grow since they were very very dry and exposed.

Ordered a number of trees. They sent HALF of my galaxy peach trees, no notification, charged full price. Had to call (3x) to complain to get a refund. Guess they hoped that when I opened the boxes I couldn't count or wouldn't notice. The website looked so promising. I won't be back, and I will do everything in my power to keep people from making the mistake I made, buying from them.

The trees were very healthy. They actually had buds on them. Not a single leaf fell off the tree. We now have baby plums. WOW!

I called Friday and was told it is due to ship in a week. Customer service helpful and apologized. Offered to refund part of cost. Promised it would arrive by the next Wednesday. Did not arrive until following week.

Was promised the refund of $99.00 and due to the suffering we all have been thru could not the order last year and was turned down the credit. Further I requested a boxwood that was for $19.00 as a way to feel satisfied turned down.

The trees I received are healthy but they're small for the price. Similar costing trees at lowe's are 2 feet taller.

Company associates are dismissive and inconsiderate. There are differences between (SAYING) thank you for your patience and actually attending to the request of the customer. My last phone call with an employee was awful and I didn't appreciate how rude he was. I consistently get inconsistent and different responses from experts some saying I can get fruit trees sent to CA., others saying I cannot. No message left by manager or director regarding my complaints. Very unprofessional and very poor follow up. It's hard to believe anyone in the company cares about customer services.

Easy shopping experience, received tree in great condition and packaged with care. It was put under a grow light since it arrived so I lost no leaves. No broken branches during shipping. Couldn't be happier. Ficus looks happy too as it already has new growth from only 2-3 weeks ago. Yay!

I ordered two apple trees. The trees were well packed and arrived in great condition. Within no time after planting in pots, the trees took off. Blooms appeared within week or two.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
