I ordered 2 endless Summer Hydrangeas. I revived 2 puny plants, each with 1 main stems and all the leaves had fallen off. I planted them both, hopefully they come back. I found the same Hydrangeas at a local nursery that were full, multiple stems, covered with leaves and flower buds. And they were $10 cheaper than what I paid for the bare stem plants I received.
I think my pictures of the product would describe it better, However, It took a week and over to receive my plants( I had 2 boxes shipped)... All leaves were DEAD with branches that were busted /broken in the shipping (I hope an not originally sent like that)My Lilac bush the only branch it had with a couple of sprouts was packed in between the two lids. Whole top of it died... I still don't see leaf sprouts. So I'm biting my nails and that's the way it was with the other trees I ordered from them just not as bad. I don't recommend ordering from this company especially if you live states away for shipping. I was told NO help until till 3 weeks or a month have passed. I hope the plants come out of it, I hate going around with people when I trusted their product.

I ordered around 60 items and was hoping to get them within a week but it's been three weeks so far! Should probably remove the two day delivery from the site so you don't confuse people that really need them that fast.

Received 1 of two trees in good condition. Fast Growing was very responsive to send a replacement for the damaged tree. But the replacement tree arrived in worse shape than the first one.

The shipping and packaging were done quick. Wasn't really happy that two 7' "trees" were in a skinny box, one at each end. Yes the box was beat up. Box said to keep flat, obviously it wasn't. I was hoping for the price, the trees would have branches and leaves. Nope. Pd $300 for sticks. Hope branches and leaves bud out.

Hello. The shipping was fast and packages were excellent however 1 tree was beautiful. The second tree was damaged. Several branches broken and did not look half as good as the first. I called you all and requested a call back where I never received one.

We ordered a tree, and it arrived in shock, the leaves a sickly crisp green. We planted it anyway because we hoped against hope the tree would somehow make it. After almost 3 weeks, there was no new growth. I had already contacted the company 3 times, but they did not respond, so I called. I got a wonderful person on the line, and we discussed the issue. They found the emails I had sent with pictures of the leafless tree, and immediately sent me a replacement tree that arrived today in good shape, looking just lovely.

I purchased dwart Alberta spruce and Hinoki slender cypress and both trees arrived in a timely manner, well packed and in good condition, and the right sizes. Planted both and hopefully, they will grow well. My growing zone is zone 8A.
I was very happy with my trees. They are recovering from the shipment. I will order one at a time from now on. I ordered 2 trees and they were sizeable and stuffed into one box. I had a bunch of broken branches and I'm still not sure how my one plum will make out. The trees themselves were beautiful. I hope the packing doesn't cost one of them to die.
This order was a gift from my daughter, because I was re-landscaping our front yard, she wanted us to order new plants, the order we send was only five plants, well, the picture of the plants on the web were much prettier and grown, what I received was, instead of a tree a couple of twigs, broken, one of the gardenias, all the dirt out of the container, broken branches, the other wasn't as bad but the whole box was upside down, part was not your fault, the handler was not cautious, but if the handling instructions were more visible, maybe they can pay more attention. So, I had to call back to get one replaced( the worst one) but the others I was disappointed because for the price we paid, I could've had better plants at a regular store. Sorry to say but I don't think I'll be ordering plants on line anymore.

We ordered 10 holly trees to be planted and used as a privacy hedge when they mature. They were all fresh great looking trees. Within a month of planting they are already sprouting little berries! Couldn't be happier! Will definitely buy more products in the future.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
