Ordered 13 Thuja trees. All trees were in good condition and arrived sooner than promised. Helpful planting and product information/ videos. Definitely will look at fastgrowingtrees.com next time I order trees.
When the vine arrived it was broken and soil had spilled out. I planted anyway. After about a three weeks, I had hope. But today the leaves are wilted and limp. Maybe the shippers damaged it too much. Would be willing to try again.

I first ordered 3 trees- 2 were multi stemmed so they gave us gift cards to replace the trees- So we ordered 3 white Kousa dogwood trees and they are doing very well - We received them in great condition. Can't wait to see them bloom next Spring

Exceeded expectations. The Boston Ivy order had 2 of the 5 plants damaged due to Fed Ex not following shipping instructions. I called customer service and they replaced the damaged plants.
From the first order i placed, every thing was fine and they were shipped within a day of when I wanted them shipped. However, In receiving them, one of the two I ordered, had broken loose from the wire securing them to the box and the bag that was around the roots had broken. All this lead to the one tree sliding down the cardboard and binding both trees together and the one had been bent badly. The other one seems to have weathered the storm and only had drooping leaves kinda yellow. I've put the damaged one in a large container with potting soil plus the rest of the original soil form the box. I'm hoping it will come along. Another thing was I was surprised at how small the trunk is. I hope it lives but they are so small. Smaller than I had anticipated. If either does not make it in a few weeks, I will contact you.

I put $200 worth of paw paw trees in my cart and started the checkout process. Everything looked good. After I paid, the receipt told me that I had purchased papaya trees! Papayas don't live in Pennsylvania where I live. It took me a half an hour of desperate looking to find the correct phone number to tell them about this. There are numerous phone numbers on the website, but it was a Saturday and they weren't doing business on the weekend. I finally did get through. The fellow was nice and refunded my money, but he said the computer will switch products like that if the product you think you are ordering is sold out. What!

I was not happy at all. The order toke longer to get to me. The Cherry tree was not in good shape. Despite the extra stuff i got from Fast Growing tree to take care of the tree And fallowed product instructions for planting the Cherry tree is dying. The strawberry plant i also got that day is growing good, the strawberry's so far are little.
This website had all the plants I was looking for, great instructions and prices. The plants were packaged well and delivered quickly. They look great and are very healthy plants. I will for sure order from them again and recommend them!
Having only recently begun purchasing plants for our garden, and with the endorsement of YouTubers such as EpicGardening, I took to purchase various plants from FastGrowingTrees. However, a little patience will result in higher quality products at a lower price from local vendors.
Every plant we purchased was more expensive than similarly sized ones from local nurseries, and many of our plants were ragged upon arrival. Those that were ragged were quickly replaced, but some of the replacements were worse than the originals.
All I would've had to do is wait a month or so for local nurseries to get them and I could've saved loads of money, both on the original product and their warranty—local nurseries consistently warrant their products without additional coverage.
At this point the only reason I would purchase from FastGrowingTrees again is because the specific variety hasn't shown up in local nurseries over the course of multiple years.

Ordered 6 3gallon containers of Nellie Stevens Holly to begin working on a privacy screen for the back yard. After an incident with the shipping company, I was a bit concerned with the plants arriving a day later than expected, but they arrived in fantastic condition. The roots on these plants are not compacted, but rather very ready to plant and thrive.
Methley plumTree has not bloomed yet. I've taken great care in planting, I'm expecting good results.
After researching and talking with the people at FastGrowing Trees several times, I purchased 4 -- 3year old plants ($80 each) as I was looking for larger specimens. When they came they were completely dislodged in the boxes and quite badly damaged. I called the site and was told to see if I could revive them myself.

Our first shipment wasn't up to standard. Sent a pic and a replacement sent right out! We were very impressed with them!
Boxes were semi crushed and the trees took some damage. Branches were broken and leaves were torn off. Came in 2 shipments. The second shipment took over 5 days to arrive. Trees in that box took the most damage. They were dried out by the time they arrived. We had to cut them back too much.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
