Bought two fruit trees, one does not have much root and start dying, but it's replaced very quickly
Really hate to give negative review but somehow the product I received was not good. Customer service is excellent with replacing my papaya tree when I sent pics but I hate to complain and then wait to get better one.
Also my ruby supreme guava is so bend and dull leaves/ broken leaves still looks dull.
Monstera also had issues. Other than Forever Goldie Arborvitae rest not so nice experience.

I received my three Haas avocado trees a couple weeks ago. They were a little wilty from being shipped in boxes but that was to be expected. I left them inside for a week and babied them. This is the first week that they've been in the ground.
I planted them with the best gardening soil I could find in a sunny area and put the irrigation system on them for 5 minutes four times a day to keep the leaves watered w/o overwatering the soil.
So far they haven't showed signs of recovering from the shipping - leaves are still sad. I've been checking on them twice a day expecting to see some form of life kick into them but nothing yet. I'll post more in another week or so.
Weather has been beautiful outside so I half-expected the leaves to perk right up. 75 degrees and sunny with a light breeze for seven day straight. I don't know what else I could do for them besides putting them in bed with me at night.
I ordered an avocado tree which pretty much arrived dead and they are sending me a replacement! Great customer services.
Emailed and got no response. FedEx damaged and got return. No refund or response.

I was pleased to know that there was such a tree. The family that i gave it to was very excited to receive it and to plant it.
I love our new trees! So looking forward to seeing it grow and bloom into a full tree. My experience was incredible and a wonderful staff helped with being fully satisfied with all their help.
A plant arrived broken a half dead. After finally talking to someone they said i would need to pay for shipping to get a new plant AND wait 3-4 weeks. A broken plant is not reattaching itself in the world that i live in. What a disappointment and to think that their prices are actually high.

The 2 pear trees were left standing vertically and did not look good on arrival. We planted them anyway with fertilizer and daily water. They appear to be dead.

Was not pleased with the 1 gallon tree. The receipt stated if I did not receive 5 star experience then call representative. I asked representative if I could return the 1 gallon and pay for a 3 gallon and will pay all delivery fees. I was told the restocking fee is 25% of the tree cost. How is this a 5 star experience?

I was extremely pleased when I received my 3 gallon size rosebush. It was very healthy and full of flowers and beautiful new buds!
Ordering was easy and item was shipped as promised
The bushes were delivered in two boxes by FEDEX and both were left outside upside down. When opened the single plant had sustained a lot of damage with several of the branches snapped off or torn form the main stem. The two plants in the other box also sustained some damage, but not as bad as the single bush. I have reported it and sent in 9 pictures showing the damage, I have yet to hear from the supplier.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
