I was instructed to contact fast growing trees customer service after 30 days have gone by after the second set of trees died. I have contacted customer service; however, I have not heard anything back. Request the replacement of the additional 16 trees that's have died.

Bought two lemon trees. Even with proper care, both died within a month. Claimed my "warranty" trees but had to pay $30 for shipping. One of the "warranty" trees arrived dead and without any leaves which were loose in the box. The other "warranty" tree died within a month even with proper care and watering. My request for replacement trees was answered with "Sure, give us another $30 for shipping."

Great experience with the thujas last time. They were 1 to 2 ft and planted about 8 yrs ago or so. Now they are 30 ft approximately and healthy
I had ordered two avocado trees and two citrus trees. Both times the trees were packed two in the same box stuffed on top of each other and arrived damaged. The same happened with my lavender bush orders. It is very hard to imagine this was done without noticing. Who in the world packs a tree upside down ontop of another tree, then seals the box and ships. I will only order one at a time in order to spare your trees and plants. Please, train your packing department better.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
