I bought a clementine tree to have indoors, and immediately put it in a south facing window. As I live at altitude, the tree got scorched so I loved it and ended up overwatering. Fast growing trees worked with me to save it, and when that ultimately failed, they sent me a new one! I learned from past mistakes and this one already has new growth! Can't wait to get fruit eventually!

I had a shipment get lost in transit then was asked to prove it which I don't know how you prove that you did not get something then I was told they could not send replacements and would only give me store credit for plants I ordered in bulk and received a discount for which I find very unhonest if it was not my fault plants were lost why would I not receive my money back, you did not deliver on something I purchased from you? I think that warrants a refund. Then the plants I did receive they all had broken branches all looked ill I was so very disappointed and now I have multiple plants that are not doing well which makes sense since they didn't look great when I got them. We'll see if I receive replacements or refunds because so far the this company has just been a gross disappointment I definitely would recommend people not to order here even though I am being forced to again because I have a large credit for money they will not give me back.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
