I recently placed an order for a birth certificate package but later decided I did not need it. I sent in a ticket online to ask for my money back. I didnt even expect a reply let alone a refund but I was wrong, within the hour I had a reply and my transaction was voided. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the customer service was superb. This company would be my only consideration in the future if I'm in need of a service like this. Thanks again.
Total ripoff, bite the bullet and order your birth certificate straight from the source, I needed mine desperately and still do, the only thing they succeeded in doing was getting the cash off my credit card and that's the last I heard from them, they state 1 hour response when messaging them which becomes 24 business hours after sending a message but neither matter as they haven't responded nor have I received anything.

Thank you for your Help, as you requested I am doing this rating so that I can receive my money back, I am not understanding why this is even a intermediate place to go to try and fie for any documentation when it really isn't helping, we are still having to do the foot work which is why I was trying to order online, I DONT have the time to do the footwork, so this is kinda redundant, and a waste of money and more time! But thank you for returning my money for making me fill out a 5 star review for you!
I must say I started out nervous because I wasn't sure how to file for an ein. The form needing to be filled out was simple and easy to navigate. Took less than 5 minutes.
I then learned that my partner had already filed for an ein number a few days prior so I reached out to cancel my order.
Even though the policy clearly states no refund they reaponded very quickly and because I reached them before they started work they gave me a refund!
Their customer service is quick and responded very quickly to my requests for info. I also discovered that they have the ability to do social security cards as well as birth certificates.
I would have appreciated knowing the length of time needed to receive my birth certificate

Im going to dispute the charge with my credit card company DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM

I found this site by recommendation so I know it's good, but I placed an order only to find out my husband had already ordered one. I submitted a cancellation request and within hours I received a response from a representative. I'm very relieved and impressed.

I paid their fees which I knew what I was being charged. I did not KNOW they do not have correct fee information and they DO NOT take responsibility for this. They DO NOT CARE, I asked for a refund and they will not give it. If you run a service YOU SHOULD KNOW THE FEES THE STATES CHARGES and your forms should have updated information. Please note I ordered in 2022 and the State of California updated their fee in 2021, which delayed the ordering of the birth certificate again. HORRIBLE COMPANY I have proof!

Very fast and easy to use there website. Way cheaper than any of the others sites to get documents off o. Would recommend them to everyone.
And when you try to call them they don't answer I did my birth certificate since March and now they tell me is join to be until July 22th that's crazy
