I have to say that I was very hesitant to use an express service to order my birth certificate after reading so many horrible reviews. However, I could not wait due to my pending license renewal. I took my chance on this company and wow... I had my birth certificate on my doorstep in 4 days! I placed the order on a Saturday morning, quickly faxed them my notarized statement and there it was on Tuesday when I arrived home from work!

I liked the website. Thought it was convenient and easily accessible. I will say however that, there needs to be more information on not being able to cancel. There also needs to be more information on what exactly the website provides. I thought that I could get my birth certificate overnight when in fact I could only get an application.
I didnt realize how long shipping it would be when I processed the order. I am in need of it sooner so I requested for a cancellation so I can drive down to collect a Certificate in person instead. Plus it would have been helpful if there was an option for an overnight or Express shipping on the process. If I wasnt in such a hurry for the certificate, I would have continued the process. I would use this online Business again.

Placed order 8 days ago and now want more Identification. Requested refund since they are not able to complete request in a timely manner. This company refuses to refund me... emails from them were very terse. I would not use them.
Fast birth certificates. Lied in there response. They never called me nor did they explain anything.
Fast birth certificates kept my money of over $90 and spent it on animal waste and sent it to my home in Florida.
If you chose to use these people yourself then be aware.

We sent away for it explaining to the proper city about what happened, they sent me the certificate. All I paid was postage.
Please do not use this company. Instead of fast track is slow stack. I pay for express on 03-19-16 and i still having got it. They have bad customers i contact them and they said we didn't guarantee you it would come and 5 days. So i ask them for a refund and they want give it to me.
Unfortunately this company has decided to lie and state I did not order from them after I would not accept their offer of a refund in exchange for removing my review. I have all my email exchanges with them as well as the private messages they have sent me on this site. Not sure how a company thinks this is in any way ethical.

Let me preference this by saying that I do a ton of online ordering. Because of this I rarely write a review as it would be overwhelming to keep up with. This is hands down the worst service I have encountered in years. It took over two months to get the birth certificate and during my inquiries about the progress I was made to feel it was my fault. In email correspondence the staff was rude and condescending. There was a point at which I gave up, ordered from Vitalchek on May 27th and received it in the mail on June 1st. WOW! A company has to do pretty darn bad to prompt me to share as I believe we are all human and people deserve some leeway to make mistakes but this is way beyond that. In my opinion they have two choices, greatly improve their customer service or eventually be out of business.
These people take your money from the rip. They get all your information and place the order as if they were you and then double charge you to pay for the birth certificate from where you ordering from and their fee on top... they will not contact you via phone just by email it's all a scam do not use them
They were great with the quick same day refund! It was so fast I even got an email confirmation that the refund was returned to me :) I hope this is a positive enough review to return my refund per the email. Thank you!

I needed birth certificates for my self and my daughter after looking on the states web site I was overwhelmed so i googled other options and found fast birth certificates ordering was so easy price was fair and handling and shipping was super fast took less then a week to have both birth certificates i highly recommend this company if you need a birth certificate fast.

I ordered a birth certificate from the site without realizing it is not the official Illinois government website. When I asked for a refund/cancellation, i was promptly contacted and the reversal was made immediately. I was very happy with these results.
When I lost my son's birth certificate, I was in a panic. The ordering process was fast and easy. When an issue did arise, the customer service team was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. Will use again in the future.
And when you try to call them they don't answer I did my birth certificate since March and now they tell me is join to be until July 22th that's crazy
I ordered in error, thought this was site to order copy of birth certificate, however it was site to submit for new birth certificate. Charge was refunded on same day. Thank you for refunding, so understanding. Thanks again
I was a little apprehensive when a friend of mine recommended this site to me, but the process was so easy. I was kept in the loop via email through the entire process, and within a week of submitting my request and payment I had received a notification that my birth certificate was in the mail and on the way. I'm so very pleased with my entire experience and i highly recommend the use of this website.
This is not a company I would recommend. First of all it does not do anything than mail you an application for your birth Certificate application. It took 10 days to get the applications and come to find out another 7 weeks to get the birth certificate. I could have printed this out online for free instantly. Instead I paid $35 and still had to do everything myself and it lengthened the process instead of speeding it up. It might have been my mistake and i did not fully understand but when I contacted them they made me beg and plead for a refund. They told me to return the application and I would receive a refund. I did this and now they are refusing me and making me beg and plead again. I literally mean beg and plead. I have finally given up with no refund because no matter how many times and how nice I ask they keep toying with me. Don't waste time and money just go online print up the application yourself and mail it off.
This individual has been very aggressive and accusatory, and as a company that believes in mutual respect, we do not negotiate with people who are abrasive, aggressive, or rude. We have told this individual many times that if she changes her approach, we are happy to accommodate her request. That is still an offer that is on the table.
