I realized shortly placing my order that I no longer needed their services. While their policy says no returns the company was understanding and prompt to respond to my email.
I am more then Pleased with the service that I received in getting my Birth Cir. I can NOT say enough about it. I would recommend them to anyone needed to get the job done in a fast curtties professional manner with Awesome resultes. Simply one of the Most OUTSTANDING services/sites I've ever received.
So I needed to order a new birth certificate I follow the prompts and did what it said anytime I had any questions or concerns they were great and calling me back they told me they would call me back within 24 hours I called three times and they called me back within an hour I highly recommend anyone that needs a birth certificate and you don't have all of your documentation and you needed very fast this is one of the number one site to go to I will definitely recommend it to family and friends the gentleman that I talked to was very friendly and helpful
I had questions regarding an order and they were very quick to respond and help. They keep the communications active until they resolved the issue and made sure I was ratified with the end results.
I paid for services in early March, for both my birth certificate and my social security card, I waited over 80 days to only receive my birth certificate and not my social security card. They failed to do my order in complete and refuse to refund me for their mistake. Would not recommend this service IT IS NOT FAST OR ACCURATE.
I had a problem with my order and the customer service was excellent. I have nothing but great things to say about them. It was nothing less than a treat to work with them to resolve my issue.

I was really in need of a birth certificate so I gave this place a try. Bad idea. You fill out all the info thinking your going to get a birth certificate and it's not the case. I take some blame for not scrolling down and reading all the terms/conditions, got complacent with the standards we all agree to all the time. Well after completeing order I get the email that says they will send me forms to fill out along with Instructions and where to send the forms and payment for my birth certificate. I was under the impression the money I payed was for a birth certificate not just forms I'm sure I could have downloaded for free myself. I ordered late sunday night and canceled within 5 min, as soon as I got the email that stated I was paying for paper work and the typical processing time once I turned in the paperwork for a birth certificate could be 6-7 weeks. Customer service is a joke. It was basically a reply of you accepted the terms so your outta luck and included a copy of the terms. The second reply from them was simply another copy of the terms. This company is simply not up front with the services they provide and make money off of people like me who made a mistake in believing what they implied. Hopefully somebody reads this before making the same mistake with the morals lacking company.
This site was incredibly easy to work with. The most positive customer service experience I've ever had. So grateful for the ease and efficiency!
