Frank Gay services has got to be the most expensive, most untrained, and just plain don't care about there customers in any way.
I know of a home on Eggleston in Orlando that Frank Gay Services remodeled with it being full of black mold, they buttoned it up called it finished, then never said anything to the home owner Doug. If you know Doug on Eggleston in Orlando please have him contact me here.

If by chance your headed to Florida for bike week in Leesburg Florida, do yourself a favor and stay away from the Sleep Inn at Leesburg. Bed buggs and roaches the first night we got there. Along with fleas and many more problems. Again brothers and sisters do yourself a favor and stay away. You might want to also stay away from the comfort Inn down the road same employees
