Bought Lady dior and chloe Faye bag, excellent condition but graded as very good which is a great surprise and 50% discount going further so grabbed it due to competition, having said that there is peace of mind with the 30 day return policy. Also not sure if its due to the carrier that duties are reasonable, uses Fedex, duties are lower than expected! Definitely my loyalty goes to them!

I purchased one Chanel and two limited edition Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 bags, and am completely satisfied with my purchases. The descriptions were accurate, as were the pictures of any flaws. They even document any odor the bags have, so you know in advance: does this have a perfume scent? Was it owned by a smoker? Etc. Very satisfied. A trustworthy retailer in second-hand luxury goods. I will be purchasing more!
I selected some Chanel boots and put them on layaway. Once paid for, I received the merchandise and they came in a number of protected dust cloths including Fashionphile's dust cloth and Chanel dust cloths for each boot and the Chanel box!
The boots had only the scuff mark as showed on the website and I have already gotten that repaired! $2K boots for a fraction of the price and I paid on my own terms with layaway! Thank you Fashionphile... great product!
I bought several bags from them but one was not in very good condition as described so I send it back, they refunded 100% tg, but they blocked me (on eBay) I wrote 2 times asking why they blocked me and no one answered. So I leaved a bad review explaining what happened and they contacted me in about 5 minutes, apaologizing and stated that they never blocked me. I'm still blocked and eBay eliminated the bad review as they always do. The bag I bought, Alexander wang Rocco black is still there and is not in "very good condition" as the description says.
I too was kinda skeptical about buying from a pre-loved website but i have it a shot and bought a louis vuitton neverfull bag. I was very nervous up until the delivery. I used the layaway because i like alot of people don't have 1,000 bucks all at once. So i did and i received the package on time just as stated. I got it just this past monday. And omg its absolutely beautiful. It's flawless. I don't even see how whoever had this bag ever even used it. It was 100% exactly what the pictures showed. It's very real. I have a other louis vuitton but i didn't but those my ex boyfriend bought those from the store and their the exact same. I would definitely recommend this website again. I will be using again. I had a couple questions and got responses very quickly.

Seller beware! If you sell your handbag, etc to fashion phili, be prepared to fight for the offer price. They deposit the money and charge YOU the PayPal fees. What a scam! Trust me, you are better off selling your bag through eBay yourself. There are less fees!
I've got to say, at first I was skeptical about Fashionphile.com because after researching them and reading a couple of other review sites talking about sometimes people would see fake bags on fashionphile.com but so far, the ones I purchased from them, are all authentic and they are in better shape than described most of the time. I made a total of 4 purchases from them (2 from my account and 2 from my sister's account) and those beauties are well shipped, well packaged and arrived quickly... (although there prices are a bit on a higher scale compare to some of their competitors but it's well worth the money when you receive the item (or at least I did because the ones I purchased are the ones I've been trying to find for such a long time and I missed my chances of obtaining it when the limited edition came out).
They're great on communication... I also called them a few times and all of the times i called them, they were professional and very polite, answered my questions and if/when they have the item you're having questions about in the store, they will actually put you on hold and go get the item to see and answer your questions (which i've noticed took time and that also showed they care about their costumers)... overall, I'm happy with my purchases and I hope to find more great finds from them...
As for my sister's most recent order of a PRADA Saffiano Lux Small Double Zip Tote Nero Black for $1,495... she was so excited to have gotten it but when we unbox the item, there was pealing of the trimming on the top near the zippers on both sides which was not mentioned in the details of the bag so my sister contacted them and they were super amazing about handling it and asked us to have the item ship back (With a prepaid shipping label from their website). Great return policy.
I've ordered a few bags from this website, and I had a good experience overall. There was a little miscommunication about getting my refund check, but the manager called me and let me know what was going on. The bag was in good condition and so was the box it was sent in. Sometimes the bags are a little overpriced so it's worth waiting for a good deal.
