I had chatted online concerning when my product would be shipped since it had been five days since purchase. The customer service representative was considerate, apologetic and offered to ship my product overnight. She was kind, fun to talk to and made my first shopping experience with FASHIONPHILE enjoyable. My handbag arrived the next day in pristine condition and I couldn't have been happier with it. In theory the concept is great with reserve payments and in person stores. However, contacting with any questions and concerns will leave you with unanswered emails or waiting over an hour to receive a call back. Shipping is slow and the representatives will lie and tell you you will receive the item on the desired date and it will not even ship by then. You would think 2 day or overnight shipping would be included but no, even paying over 1k they will ship it after 6 days via ground. Would not recommend.

Item came exactly as described, it was in excellent condition
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a big scam! They all are liars! This is my first purchase with them and they sent the wrong bag. I ordered the Antigona in medium, they sent the small bag. I panicked and called my bank and disputed the amount. Sent pictures of the bag and called customer care (which btw prepare to wait 30+ on the line, if call back option isn't given). I sent pictures with measurements of the bag and they admitted they sent the wrong bag. They wanted me to cancel the dispute but my bank advised otherwise. My bank gave my money back and fashionphile asked me to return the wrong bag to them. They gave me a $100 store credit for their mistake. At this point, I sent the bag back and asked them to hold this one bag on reserve that I wanted to buy initially. They stop responding to me after I sent the bag back. I called customer care today and they said the person who was handling my case, his name is Rae, is off for the week. He said he will get back to me.
Today, they emailed me back and said how they disabled my account for disputing the first order I made with him. Wth! What did you expect me to do? You sent the wrong item and you wanted me to not secure myself.
The account they disabled is the account with $100. This makes me think they lied to me by giving me that $100 so I can send their bag back, and once the bag was in their possession, they disabled my account. That is so sneaky and a very dishonest company. You made a mistake, own up to it. Customer will obviously have the right to dispute charges for things they did not order. Over the phone, they pressed on cancelling my dispute and I even thought about it but my bank said once I cancel the dispute they won't have control over it so I didn't.
Bottom line, they don't have good business ethics. Don't order from them. Get your stuff from the RealReal, at least they have better ethics and not sneaky like these people.
I loved purchasing my Hermes bag from fahsion phile, This is the second one, and won't be the last, but I wish they use other faster courier options for international shipping specially because some bags are very expensive. UPS delivered my bags safe and sound but they are always behind their delivery date and they never answer my calls in the Kuwait office. There are other courier companies who deliver before delivery date and they always pick up the phone. Thank you

Ordered a Celine teen red bag & got a small one. Didn't realise size was wrong as I had not seen a teen or small size Celine before so I cut off the label after checking for the condition. It was only after I looked at YouTube videos of Celine teen bag and realised it only has 2 compartments with no zipper then did I realise it was a Celine small bag instead. I have already paid the import taxes for this bag since I live outside of the US and this is really frustrating. This is my first transaction with Fashionphile after hearing so many positive reviews and I have to admit it's a huge disappointment that they cannot even get something as basic as the size of a bag correct.
