I've been buying luxury bags from FASHIONPHILE for years. The descriptions on the listings are always extremely detailed and accurate. Anytime I've needed to contact customer service they have responded promptly and offered great support. I also love the layaway option available and have used it multiple times. The bags I've purchased are always exactly as shown, and never disappoints. Their prices are also very fair compared to other similar websites. Not to mention their collection is impressive. I've found coveted and unique pieces- most of which look brand new despite being gently used. I've also bought bags with the original tags in tact. I will always buy from FASHIONPHILE. If a new bag comes out, all I have to do is wait a couple months and I'll get it for an incredible discount instead of purchasing it brand new from the designer or department store. This allows me to have an extensive collection.
Always had great experiences until recently. The last item I purchased did not ship- so after 10 days I called to inquire. I was told I would get a call back. Instead I got a message telling me the purchase was cancelled. Not sure how long I would have waited had I not called. For the inconvenience I was told I would be emailed a gift card. That still hasn't happened despite asking about it once.

I selected a unique purse, a Christian Louboutin with embroidery and pink stones. It is gorgeous and in good condition. I had no issues with shipping. It arrived timely.
I really enjoy shopping on Fashionphile. However, I was a bit bummed when my item arrived and it was the wrong color. Listed and black, but midnight blue. The original tag even stated the color. Made me wonder about the authenticity process.
