The shopping online is good and usser friendly to just buy what you want. The shipping process I do not like. You have to remove that signature required to the feature and also if the person is not home it gets ship back to the shipper.

UPS had to reattempt delivery 3x because i always miss them. Im not allowed to customize delivery by changing the delivery date or options for UPS storepickp instead. I asked help from Fashionphile agent and FP cant change the delivery options on their end either. Its a total waste of UPS carbon footprint having them attempt to deliver to me 3x when i can just pick it up at store or schedule it when im sure to be at home. Also its 95 degrees outside for UPS to waste their energy on all this.
Not sure if it was the shipper's fault that the delivery was delayed. Also, it didnt come with original box and pouch so im not entirely sure if this item is authentic.

The item I purchased looks as though it has never been used. They noted very minor marks but I can't find them. I had a question and it was answered quickly by the person at the location where the product actually is. My item came quickly, I think in two days, so that was a nice surprise. I do wish there were better pictures, especially ones that show any damage or wear they have described. It might make me buy something that is rated "Good" or "Very Good" rather than only "Excellent".
