The experience is being great so far but I have to return the bracelet because it did not fit. I need to see if the return process is good too, because I thought the returns were free but they are not.

Great experience, the bag was listed in very good condition, it is actually new! Really impressed, got a 5K bag for 3. Only thing that I did not like is that it did not include box and care envelope, receipt, etc as a bag this expensive or this tier usuually comes with.
I had been searching/dreaming for a Chanel Boy in a specific deep red color with gold hardware and Fashionphile had it in excellent condition and at a GREAT price! The listing had great photos and through information which was really important to me as you can't ever really tell a true color from a website.
