I ordered shoes about a month ago and I am still waiting on the delivery. Order was done in 2023 and now it's 2024 still haven't received anything. I honestly think the service is not up to standard, I would rather order from shein cause they deliver their stuff on time never had an issue. It's also frustrating because this was my first order with them so already did not trust but I went ahead anyways. All in all if they can't deliver then it's best they close it. Completely disappointing.
Don't get me wrong the outfits are perfect and then girls are stunning... but in every picture it's just women who have big boobs and a big $#*!... I know they wouldn't care if they saw this comment but I have an $#*! but am a A36 and it makes me feel upset that there just advortizing women with like the perfect boobs $#*! and curves.
The worst customer service. Their size chart are erroneous. Then it's strictly online from there. Website itself is also not friendly and directs you to the company's desired outcome and your frustration.
As of lately I've loved everything I've purchased as to before I couldn't never find anything to fit. I'm tall so the tall girl section is EVERY THING to me BUT, FN Shipping is HORRIBLE EVERY TIME I purchase they send me a message saying order delay, I buy things within enough time so I can wear my clothes based off the date it's supposed to arrive then the date comes and go & I still don't have my order… it's like you have to purchase overnight shipping just to make sure you get your things before hand and even still sometimes my package doesn't come overnight… I'm fed up with shipping this company needs to ship through another carrier or something! I purchase clothes from fashion nova I am aware that once let the warehouse that they have know control of shipping but when it brought to your attention you have to make it right saying that I purchase merchandise from fashion nova estimated date received were 15 of March that day came and left week later still know idea were my merchandise so I emailed fashion nova they beat around the question you ask they don't want to refund your money and when they do it not the refund you paid for make it make since if I brought 133 dollar in clothes how you only refund 33 dollar back I wasn't math major in school but even I know that not right saying I had outstanding balance which was a lie just to keep from refund my money back lesson learn I know my voice not going to break are make fashion nova but it is my last time buying merchandise from them they say no shipping fee that a huge lie alot time we don't look at our receipt you are being charged for shipping

I wanted to return an outfit that was not what it appeared to be online, and paid $46 for it. I tried to complete the return online and it was not a smooth process. Going back and forth with customer service, I finally was able to start my return on the portal and had to go to a carrier to purchase a shipping label for $15. Fashion nova was only alotting $32 for store credit. So paying $14 for shipping and $15 for return. I basically spent $60 for an outfit that I'm not even keeping. Will not purchase from the store again. There are so many better stores with reasonable return policies and fashion nova is not one of them.
I understand automated responses can be helpful but that it all I have received. Their system is "unable to process a return at this time" which has been ongoing since 12/27. The clothes were delivered on 12/21 and it was a Christmas present. I started the return on 12/27 but kept getting the same response. So I reached out to their customer service (which is almost impossible to figure out) then I kept getting the same response from their customer service team and then was told I couldn't return it since it had been over 14 days even though I have been trying since 12/27. They eventually gave me $15 store credit when the dress itself was $50. They are unable to generate a shipping label for me and in the end gave me the same exact automated response telling me how to do a return. So PLEASE BEWARE of the items you may be wary on as this may become an issue for you.

Fashion Nova has no real customer service that you can talk to which makes it really hard when you need to reach out to someone. Their customer service is also bot-like. However usually, when you do email them which is the only option to contact them, You do get an email back pretty fast depending on your issue and how busy they are. Some of the clothes are made of chemicals and things that are known to cause Cancer, Birth defects, and other serious issues. Since they get all their stuff from China Wholesale it's made with cheap materials of bad quality. Not everything is bad but I would definitely recommend buying things only without the warning tags. If you do end up buying something with a warning tag then make sure you wash it first before wearing it.

I had to return all but 2 pair of jeans because of their incorrect sizing chart! One of those jeans I ended up getting altered.
This store would be better if their return policy wasn't so awful. I bought a sweater and some other things that didn't turn out to be as described and they want me to PAY to return them. I shop A LOT and have never had to pay to return something. Also, did you know you can't cancel an order? Even if it's one second after you place the order--nope! I placed an order and realized that it would arrive after Christmas so I called to see if I could change the shipping page, and would pay whatever it cost. They said they couldn't. So I said I'd have to cancel the order then and they REFUSED. They said for me to just return it once they shipped it. So, basically they are wasting packing supply, shipping and labor to get something to me that I don't want and then want me to be wasteful of exactly the same and PAY them to send it back. They responded within THREE minutes of my inquiry to cancel and said it was "ready to ship" so they couldn't cancel it. We all know that no order is ready to go in three minutes...especially when you just told me you can't ship it until after Christmas anyway. I only shopped here for my younger sisters who like it, but I'd rather pay three times as much for them then deal with this stupidity.

Come on! It's a scam that they make you pay to return what you can--and if you buy something for $10 and it costs $8 to ship it back, you know it's not worth it to get $2 bucks back and they force you to be stuck with it.
Most places will give you a return label... We'll not here at Fashionnova you have to pay for your own label to be returned and the item was not of good quality

So let me tell you about fashion nova! I ordered a pair of jeans from them and loved them so I went back to order more items and when I went to change some items in my cart, it was empty! Plus I couldn't do anything on the app. It wouldn't let me search out pieces or add items back to my cart. So I trued it in the browser after deleting the app! I picked out some sweaters and went to place my order, only for them to tell me that my card declined! Now mind you, this is the same card I used to purchase my jeans and I had just got paid! Fashion nova is a joke and they knew what they were doing and it was all done for no reason at all. I tried to reach out to someone, that was blocked off from my access. I don't know what happened and don't really care! Don't order from these people. I have my beautiful jeans and I'm happy with them but I'll never use fashion nova again!

Fashion Nova has some really cute clothes, but unfortunately you have to weigh whether or not you are OK with dealing with the world's worst customer service. I had been a loyal customer of FN for years, but the past six months, almost every one of my orders arrived with at least one damaged item. My experiences with them when trying to get them to help with damaged items was awful. I sent in photos of damages and described damages with item numbers, etc. They ask for more photos. I sent more photos. They ask for more angles. I would send more angles. You go back and forth with them and they fight with you about it. I just wanted to return the damaged items (without paying for return shipping bc I don't think it's fair to have to pay $8 to return an item that the company sent damaged). They either would not let me return the damaged items, or they made me pay to return them with no refund (only store credit). I understand their policy is no refund and instead store credit, which I am completely on board with. My problem is when the item arrives damaged, ethically, the company should either issue a refund to your original form of payment OR at least let you return it (with a prepaid shipping label at their expense). The last time I ordered from them, and got 2 clearly damaged item (a dress with a broken zipper and white heels with a big ol' black mark on them that I could not get out), I reached out to customer service. They sent me an auto email accusing me of "wardrobing" (umm.look at the tracking people, I literally had the items delivered to my doorstep the day before I contacted you)! At that point I was just too exhausted to want to fight with FN customer service and insulted that I was sent their "wardrobing" email after years being a loyal customer. Bottom line is, you can get some really great items at Fashion Nova. However, you have to go in with the mindset & understanding that they don't really care about keeping their customers happy and understand that the customer service experience is similar to buying from an online company in China. Just for reference, I am loyal customer at Lulus, Shein, ThredUp, Forever2, Anthropologie, The Real Real, Revolve, etc. I buy a ton of clothes online. I never have customer service problems with any of these other companies. By far, Fashion Nova has the worst customer service out of any vendor I do business with.

I stopped ordering from Fashion Nova for a long time because when by their delivery persons faults I don't get my items and they give me a hard time. You can't call them and their online "help" app just goes in circles. Horrible company I should've stayed away like I did for over a year! Im so mad right now.

I contacted them because I did not receive an order that says it was delivered. I followed their steps and all I receive is an automated email response basically stating that it is in the carrier's hands as to where my package is. They can't help me so I can't get a refund or replacement but they send me a coupon code to use for my next purchase. What? No thank you. Will not be ordering from them ever again. Plus the quality of their clothes is nothing great.
Fashion Nova sent me a damaged item and after asking me if I'd like a refund or credit for it, I chose refund and they sent me a credit anyway. Part of my order was used with a credit, but more than the refund amount was paid with my own card so why give me the option to begin with and not honor it? I'd have to spend way more money to use the credit and get free shipping than being given my money back for an item they sent me ripped? I'll never be shopping with them again. This is why they don't even give the option of being able to speak to someone on the phone, you're only able to email. Their reps would be cursed out all day by how poor the customer service is. Spend your money elsewhere.
The dress i ordered was so darn cute, but it was damaged. There was a tear in the seam, and they have not responded or even tried to rectify the situation. Because of the poor customer service, I will never order from them again.

I ordered from this site for the first time and it was definitely a disappointment. I thought I was getting a good deal because I caught one if their bogo free sales but that's only the case if the clothes actually fit which come on that's 50/50 when you're shopping online. Their return policy sucks. You can't exchange items so you have to pay for a shipping label AND repurchase so you actually end up spending more money. And if you buy anything that was on sale they don't give you the full refund only half. So I'm most definitely never shopping from here again. I'll stick to shein.
