I ordered sneakers for my girlfriend for her birthday. They said the sneakers would arrive before the 27th of August I waited till the 26th call them because I saw no movement in my package it wasn't even picked up. They told me it was being picked up and would be to me by tomorrow because there partners where close by. I waited nothing on the 27th, I waited nothing on 28th so I call back and they keep telling me to wait or I can't get my money back will they finish their investigation. I don't get why I have to wait for them to resolve there problem with the shipping partner who knows they didn't not even deliver the package according to there tracking number it's so stupid the customer has to suffer for a mistake on your end my girl still hasn't got her gift and I don't have my money never again will I order from you guys I'll just stick to ssense I have never had that problem! They even had the nerve to put deliver after I been calling and the tracking at ups says under investigation it didn't even make it to the truck on the way to my hour so whyyyyyy

Order and received an item while overseas, but would like to return the item from another country. It was the worst experience ever. All information confirmed by the customer service is incorrect, they admit no mistake and blaming the customer with make up information. 1) The contact us web page doesn't send any confirmation even the "thank you" has displayed, they claim no request was received. 2) Confirm twice with the customer service that I only liable to the export country, but ended up paying over $300 import duties by the destination country. 3) When spoke to a rep from Farfetch, she first mentioned there was no documentations provided with the package, right after I clarify that apart from the documentations gave to the courier, another copy were placed inside the package, she then accused the doco is invalid because the original country is different. Interestingly, they email me the invoice and return slip to include in the package, and later they claimed that it was used to identify the sender? WT! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
