I ordered a pair of shoes in size 8.5 as I checked their size guideline AND called them to confirm that US 8.5 was 42 in EU size. However turn out that this is NOT the correct size guideline they have. I was told that I could cancel the order (apparently they can not change the order even though I called 1 minute after I placed the order). So I said give me 5 minutes and I will confirm whether or not the size is fine - the size was not fine and I asked them to cancel... Was told that they could not cancel the order now... (5!? Minutes after they told me they could cancel). So I had to order the correct size, now the country automatically got changed to Portugal and not Denmark. So at this moment they will letterally send me a pair of shoes that I have to return, wait for my refund and they can also not change the country for the correct pair of shoes, so that will be shipped to the incorect country and then my faith is just in the mail mans hands that he will make sure to return those to them.
:( :( So I am charged doubled for shoes that I will not receive nor can return.

I purchased a Gucci handbag on Farfetch.com, and having paid quite a lot of money for this, I had the expectation that my order (which was coming from their partner store Browns UK) would arrive to me in pristine condition with its original Gucci box, Swing Tag and Authenticity cards I. E the original Gucci packaging belonging to my handbag.
This did not happen, I received my handbag, which was wrapped in 2 plain dustbags and a Gucci silk dustbag in an unmarked cardboard box, without it's Gucci Box, Swing Tags and Authenticity cards.
I have phoned Farfetch three times, and after being told that Browns located the original Gucci Box, and would send both the box, and authenticity/ swing tags I was then told that the box was lost and the one that Browns located wouldn't fit my handbag. I asked for the swing tags and authenticity cards to still be sent to me, and they arrived today, only to be a swing tag with buttons belonging to Gucci tiger print tie neck blouse.
This clarifies that my handbag, which was full price had either been used, or was obviously either returned, (but how it was accepted as a return without it's original packaging is beyond me(. If it was a display item, the tags should have still been tucked within the interior of the handbag.
Farfetch have provided the lowest level of service and not a very luxury experience at all in purchasing this designer piece. They are dishonest, and I will never be shopping with Farfetch again. I strongly recommend buyers steer clear of them if wanting to purchase new luxury designer pieces.
I bought 2 pairs Burberry sneaker shoes online. There were their mistake to post the price, it was cheap compare with another stores. Then they don't sent them to me, while they already charged my Paypal account. One week later, I called +1 *******798 then got respond to wait. After that 1days, I tried to call again, and Cátia Barbosa, customer service, told me there was wrong price, she offered 20% off. I was OK but because I need to contact my brother for the other pairs ( 2pairs, 1 for me, 1 for him), so I said to respond by next day. She agreed and send me email for written document 24 hours responding.
Next day, I called back, less than 24 hrs, she did not want to answer me instead let some guy to answer. He read the email to me, I agreed to buy but only 1 pair for me. I just questioned if I can change the model and take 20% offer with it. He asked me to wait 1 minute, then return back to me let than minute. He said My order was cancelled, he can not do anything, I have to buy at regular price even with the current model, which is I ordered. No mater of what, they will not make the order with 20% off offer.
The regular price is $472.00 so 20% off is $94.00.
HOWEVER, few days later. Customer service called me back and apologized to me. They accepted the 20% off for my next order.
The good thing here is company read review and corrected their mistake. That is how to do business. Good to be honor with customer and correct the error if it happen

I received the order and amazingly, shoe size is 10 but it looks like 12 or 13. Its whole lot of bigger than the size chat that they gave me.

They talked to me that all the designers should have different size and customers can feel that size error? Like stupid sound.
They cant refund me shipping cost even though they gave me wrong information plus didnt even notify me about the size difference.
I lost nearly $80 for shipping cost which can buy few new clothings.
This is the losing game online shopping. If you buy and right size, then yours, even. If they sent the wrong size or different measurements, you totally lose the money. They do not care about customers. They only focusing on earning their moneys.

So, I wanted to spend some money on this website.
First time I made an order, paid with my credit card, next day the order cancelled itself and they told me they cannot identify purchase and asked me to contact credit card issuer even the transaction was posted in my credit card account. (It was amex credit card)
So I contacted Amex and asked them, and they told me there's no issue with the card since it's already posted. That being said they approved transaction correctly.
I called Farfetch, asked them what's going on with my payment, they told me it looks my account locked and they need to manually review the account for another day. (For what?)
So I called Farfetch next day, I don't know what they did and they never told me but account has been cleared, I proceeded order by phone with the same credit card, and they told me the order was successfully placed.
After 3 days they sent me an email that says they need to manually review the transaction again(wtf?) and asked me to send a copy of passport and credit card. (wtf again?)
So. I sent both of them.
And next day, tada! They said they cannot confirm the authenticity of the documentations and order was cancelled.
What should I do for this?
This website is literally garbage and customer service is horrible.

Purchased a a tshirt priced at £360 expecting the same high end service to match the item for sale. Item chased up 3 weeks later to be told it was being shipped that afternoon as they had misplaced order. The company told me to expect something as a good will jesture to which I received free shipping code on my next item which are readily available online? Item arrived another week later in the wrong size complained and told to hold onto item while they shipped the correct size a week later no more heard re emailled to chase up again stalled me with another we will chase up 3 mails later I requested a full refund and returned item and yet here I am still awaiting a refund to which I have now contacted my bank to rectify. Customer services take 3 days to reply to any queeries even if you reply straight away to the poor and misleading information provided. I will never use any company under this banner absolutely terrible service lack of communication and lack of a refund thus far sums the company up if I could offer less than a star I would have!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
