I have purchased ysl wallet and on the picture it showed that the color of the leather is grey. I am surprised that when i recieved it the leather was black.

I had bad experience with farfetch especially for the shopping it said take 2days to ship and it charges me the shipping fee but it takes up to two weaks to deliver and right now the DHL told me the package is delivered but I can't find it and they don't take any responsibility any more I don't know what I can do

My dress came from L. A.(USA)to Portugal(Porto) in two days and everything went perfect. Farfetch, has by far the bigest choice of items when compared to similar websites.

I purchased a pair of shoes from farfetch some time back. Outer soles started to split form upper of shoes even though shoes were supposed to be Blake constructed. It was at this point that I realised that shoes may be fake.
I contacted farfetch, but received some boilerplate answer about never selling counterfeit products and invited me to visit the deisgber's boutique. I did just that, and staff at boutique were of the opinion that shoes were not genuine.
Despite this, farfetch refused to process a refund and instead is pushing liability to their partner, and even asking me to seek recourse from Dolce and Gabbana itself, which is patently ridiculous since I had purchaed shoes through their farfetch. Not sure what are they trying to do there because that is just plain silly.
I do not believe that Farfetch intentionally sells counterfeit products. However, I believe the shoes may have been swapped to a counterfeit by a customer on a return order. However, farfetch refuses to do anything about this.
I suggest you do not make any purchases from farfetch. There are various websites to make purchases from which are far more reliable and credible. I am honestly appalled that despite having acknowledged that the shoes may be fakes, they refuse to do anything.

I placed an order on 10 April and paid through credit card on the same day. According to my bank record, the payment was made successfully. However, a day later, Farfetch canceled my order saying that they couldn't verify my payment details, and have arranged a refund to me. If they weren't able to receive my payment, how could they arrange a refund to me?
I have double checked with my credit card provider and have confirmed that my credit card was functioning absolutely fine. I tried to place the order with Farfetch again, but found out that the price was increased by 3 times.
Throughout the past two weeks, I have been in contact with their customer service staff, but they kept putting the blame on my credit card and didn't try at all to resolve the problem with me. Under clause 7 of Farfetch's Terms and Conditions, legal title of the product has passed to me as customer once the payment was accepted. This is a clear breach of contract. Such behaviour is not just unethical, but also a dishonest trade practice. I warn everyone not to place order from Farfetch again in the future.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
