I bought a leather jacket from farfetch blk dnm. It dident fit so i returned it. Well after 7 days they contact me by email saying the store wont give me a refund and will be shipping the jacket back to me becouse apparently it smelld smoke and had been worn... NOT only do i not smoke i only wore it ONES! This is unaccepteble. I am thinking of making this a legal matter. Its the worst experience ive had with online shopping. Ive orderd from many different stores outside of eu but i have never been treated this badly before. Also i recived a bill from dhl for 200 dollars for shipping that i was under the impression that it was free... They told me that i had to pay for it becouse shipping to norway is ddu. Also not true as this is the first time ive had to do this even though ive order from the us and outside of eu before.
I made my order from Baku, Azerbaijan. Shipping was too fast. Placed my order on 4th of December, received it on 11th. Item that I ordered was the same as on photo. I'm satisfied with my order :)

Made my first purchase with Farfetch and rec'd an item from Paris in three business days! Happy with my Valentinos from Biondini... Cheaper than what i wouldve pay at the states.
I never write reviews but I feel the need to write my experience with Farfetch so others are aware. I was sent the wrong color of the an I purchased. I returned the item and re-ordered the same item with the hopes that it would be the right color. I received an order confirmation. I was told by the customer rep that they would ensure that I was delivered the right item the next time around. I never received the item. Instead I had to contact them to ask where my item was only to be told that it is now out of stock. I was told I need to wait up to 14 days to receive my refund and offered no alternative. I called, and I spoke to Kat who was extremely rude and condescending. I have purchased over the years high end quality clothing and have never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was 'told' my item was not confirmed as they have up to 48 hours to confirm; however, I never received an email after 48 hours indicating that the item was no longer available yet the money was taken out of my bank account. Be aware!
Very fast delivery, goods were very nicely packed. Sizes were according to sizing chart and goods looked same as picture. Very pleased with my shoppning experience.
Appearantly it is normal for them to get the money and you never receive what you paid for. Its not just that there is an issue with the order. The order simply never arrives!
The order proces went smoothly. Bit of technical problem with shipping costs, they were added twice but once I called they were anle to solve the issue

DO NOT TRUST THEIR RETURN POLICY. I innocently bought a jacket from them and when it came, the material was not as described and was a little bigger than I expected so I decided to just to return it and no harm was done. All the tags were still attached and everything was exactly as it was given to me. A courier comes, inspects it before he collects it then ships it back. I then receive no contact for a while, and the return order disappears from the website. I call customer service who put me on hold for 45 minutes. Only to tell me that the item was received damaged despite a courier checking the quality of the shirt before taking it from me. THIS IS THIEVERY, THEY NOW HAVE MY MONEY AND THE JACKET. IT IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM A SITE THAT IS A PONZI SCHEME.
The item literslly shipped within 4 days across the world! Super fast shipping and the iten was as expected! I usually never rate my buying experiences but i was really impressed.
You had exactly what I wanted and I received it promptly. I love what I ordered and couldn't find the brand in my size anywhere else. I have absolutely no complaints.

This online store us very good because it is very fast and there are any Brands of. In this shop in over the prices are low and accessibile. Very good
I had read plenty of bad reviews on Farfetch and I was a little concerned about buying from the site but after a through read through of the sites FAQ's, shipping and returns sections I felt confident. I feel many of these negative reviews are coming from the buyers own misunderstanding and lack of online shopping.
Farfetch kept me information of the progress of my package and it arrived with in 5 days of my order. I love my shoes (Valentino Rockstuds) and would HIGHLY recommend Farfetch to all my friends but as a online shopping veteran I will give you a few tips: (these should be used when shopping online at ANY store)
1. ALWAYS pay with Paypal. It's easy to sign up and verify your details. Your details are secure and your money is safe should the package not arrive or be a fake (Farfetch does NOT sell fakes, this is more for Ebay)
I had noticed a few comments had stated Farfetch had asked for a copy of ID or proof of credit cards – This is a normal practice, MyTheresa and MatchesFashion can do it also, if you pay via Paypal there is no need for this because your details are already verified during the paypal set-up process.
2. Get the package delivered to a place you know will be manned during working hours e.g. If you work full time, get the item delivered to your work (provided it's safe to do so e.g. you have an office) because it's couriered, they need someone to sign for delivery.
3. READ the FAQ's, shipping and returns section before you buy, ALL the information you need it there.
Of course there will always be disgruntled customers and mistakes will happen but Farfetch is great.
Customs and clearance wasn't mentioned to be excluded from the total amount!
Have received an order of which customs and clearance are equal to the total order!
So disappointed!

I have last week (week 2 2018) placed two orders W7VS6U & RMK3BK (international orders). None of the items were available for purchase, however, the order amounts were deducted my credit card immediately and the last order still not credited my account one week later.
One thing is that items are not available for purchase - other websites seem to have this in order - but another thing is that Farfetch deduct the order amount from the customers credit card before event knowing if the item is available for purchase and before shipping - also contratry to the practice of other international websites and not in accordance with EU-regulations for that subject.
New customers be warned: Farfech deduct the order amount immediately for items not available for purchase, and you have to struggle with them for the reimbusement - and wait for it - afterwards.
Farfetch must really have a lot of frustrated customers and surely - Farfetch NEVER again

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
