After reading some bad reviews about farfetch.com, I have to admit that i was a bit skeptical about buying from this website. However, I decided to buy a pair of shoes that I could only find on their site. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the site, the customer service, the quality of the product i purchased and the super fast shipping from Europe to the US. Everything went very smooth; the shoes are amazing and authentic in mint condition; and of course, I could not believe how fast the shoes came from Paris to Los Angeles ( i ordered the shoes on Thursday night and they were here Monday morning!).
I am very happy that I found farfetch.com, that gives us a variety of products from all over the world. I wish they would provide the customers with a phone number though, in case something goes wrong. Other than that, they get a A+.
I ordered a $900 bag as a graduation gift, but due to the couriers negligence someone STOLE IT. Firstly, Farfetch did not even contact me to say my package arrived. Secondly, DHL did not even ring my doorbell to alert me to pick up my parcel. Thirdly, the delivery man just left my parcel in the apartment lobby near the mailboxes. I contacted them for a solution and after weeks of waiting, they just tell me to contact the local police as it's not their fault because they delivered it. They stated that they would not be held accountable for the loss because they delivered it and are not responsible for what happens to it after delivery. I am so disappointed as this was my first time shopping there. Now I've lost $900 and someone is walking around with a bag I paid for. Farfetch AND DHL will not help me come up with a solution.
I bought the T shirt for my brother birthday present. I really satisfied with the material, cutting for the shirt, embroidery so nice and more importantly is the size as mentioned are fit to the actual size.
I placed 4 orders over the past 1.5 weeks. 3 orders got cancelled due to out of stock. However when I clicked on the item I bought which suppose to be out of stock, they are still selling on farfetch at a much higher price. I have never got my order cancelled from other designer online shopping site, but 3 orders got cancelled by farfetch.
Never used Farfetch before but was impressed with the service overall. The girls that helped me with the order were super knowledgeable and friendly. My shoes got to me to SoCal from Padova Italy in a matter of three days! The Marsell derbys were as hoped. A+
I have a massive weakness for designer bags. Farfetch has a better selection than Luisa viaroma, mytheresa or other sites I tend to look at. The packaging of their products is very very secure- it's taped ALL the way around (one site I had bought from only taped the front of the box). Their boxes are also made with sturdy cardboard, ensuring that your bags within will not get squashed. The few things that Farfetch doesn't do that other sites do is: not enough free shipping days and some of my bags come with a dust bag and some don't, which is really annoying because ALL leather bags should come with a dust bag.
The jeans I ordered arrived in quick time and I had no issues with ordering. However, they did not fit and I am now in a return loop emailing with customer service.
There is some process by which you are supposed to click on the 'return' button get an RMA # from 'my account' section on the site. Well, there is no such 'return' button on their website, or if it is there it is not an active link. Also, they are only available Monday-Friday for customer service and one apparently only has 5 days from receiving the order to return it with the unobtainable RMA #.
Not thrilled thus far and hoping that they will find a way for me to return the purchase and be credited for it. I won't shop with them again and would never recommend them to a friend.
I'm very irritated indeed that, as a customer in a non-EU area neither you nor your suppliers deduct EU or Swiss sales tax at source. It is lazy not giving them a procedure to follow. If I were to order again it would only be because I couldn't source the items any other way, rather than buying from you as a matter-of-course.
I dont know how everyone has bad reviews about farfetch, I ordered about 8 times this year, from about 6 different boutiques from mostly Italy. Every single time it was quick, easy and exactly how i expected it to be. Onlt positive words about farfetch clearly!
BTW, i also had 2 returns, that was quick and easy too, used the chat which the customer service provides, and they helped me amazingly!

I ordered an item, got the cookie cutter/template email confirmation saying that within 48 hours, I'd get an email confirmation from the merchant with updates. Never got that second email. A week goes by. No email. No product. They had charged my credit card and so I call Farfetch and they told me sorry product sold out. So I asked if sold out - why did they charge my credit card? Now I've got random fraudulent charges on that credit card. Maybe Farfetch didn't scam me but surely they are doing a lousy job with the sellers they are allowing on their site. Stay away - no deal is worth the headaches and frustration of fraud and scam!

I purchased a fairly expensive item and when I rec'd it, it was all wrinkled and looked like it had been hanging in front of a store boutique for quite some time considering the discolouration of the dress. As far as I'm concerned, the item should have NEVER been shipped to a consumer in that condition. Trying to get some answers, but only offer apologies.

My package arrived empty, the enveloped had the glue intact and they said the currier confirmed that they have sent it because the weight was correct. They never sent photos of the weight DHL mentioned! Farfetch would not only not reimburse or send me the item but did not even send the photos to prove DHL actually sent the item!
I just had my first purchase with Farfetch. I was a bit nervous since no one I know ever bought anything from them. I ordered a Salvatore Ferragamo trifold wallet (for men). It came within two days even though it had been shipped from Italy (I live in Los Angeles). It looks amazing! It came in a Ferragamo box with all the tags. Better than on photos! I couldn't be happier!
There is no customer service email contact address on their website. Problems with orders should be documented by emails, no phone, which is on the otherside of the world with a different time zone. I was sold a damaged bag (again)! I wish I could easily find an email to ask for a discount. Do they do this on purpose? I notice here, they just offer a UK phone number. Thats a fail.

Do not think all companies are equal when it comes to returns. Farfetch makes it very difficult to return items even when following their website instructions. First, to find how to return is difficult and then the website cannot find your purchase, then it is too late to return.Then when I go to upload my pdf invoice, of course their website would not take it. I do shop online and make only a few returns with ease, but this company is difficult to deal with returns. I will shop with other companies that are easier to communicate and more caring to their customers needs.
Over all it was a positive experience.
My item was shipped from Texas to Maryland and the shipping cost was $10.
I would have liked if shipping was free since the item was over $100 and the item didn't arrive expeditiously despite it was "UPS 3 Day Select (standard)"
I placed my order on a Friday and it was at my door the following Friday. So it took a solid week for domestic shipping, so because of that I think no shipping fee would be more appropriate.
I will probably buy from Farfetch again in the future but if while browsing I find the item I like with shipping included from another vendor, guess where I'm going to buy it from?
So after reading all the horrible reviews, I wad really expecting the worst for my farfetch experience. But despite all of the negative comments, I was pleasantly surprised. I got an email two days after ordering that the shoes had been shipped fr Italy and four days later they were at my doorstep. I prayed and prayed that they would fit an they did so I didn't have any experience with the farfetch return policy. The shoes were packages in a nice box and in pristine condition! They were cheaper than if I tried to buy them in the states too! Overall, happy costumer.
I ordered two items from 2 different stores late on a Friday evening and they were with me by Tuesday morning which I thought was amazing considering it was the weekend. I decided to return one of the items, and within a few days it was refunded to me, really straight forward!
Brilliant products, brilliant website. The shoe box was shipped in a protective outer box, meaning the shoebox wasn't damaged in the slightest (unlike previous orders off of other websites). For all of this i thank you. The whole experience really raised the bar for me on the quality that products can reach.
I ordered a Palm angels tracksuit and it said the purchase had been done and that they only had too confirm, two days later I get an email saying it has cancelled. I talk to my bank and order the pants again, and after two days the same story. This is pathetic.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
