A few days ago I was on here saying how horrible fans Edge customer service was. Well I finally got ahold of somebody who was very very nice his name is Daniel and he was relentless in trying to find my order. He found my order and the next person I spoke to was Bianca she is a supervisor she was so good she made sure my order went through she even had it Next Day Air so they did take care of me those too otherwise God knows what would have happened thank you Daniel and Bianca!

Do not order!

I wish I could get this company a zero. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! I placed an order and a week and a half later I received the package, but it was not the items I ordered. When I tried to contact them they told me they no longer have what I paid for and I would now have to ship the item back and wait over two weeks to be refunded my money back. This is right around the holiday time and this was a present that now I am not going to be able to give. They gave absolutely no explanation as to what happened nor did they try to fix the problem. I have ordered from this site a few times and the items I have recieved in the past came wrinkled and with a factory smell to them. Please do not waste your time ordering from this company, they are absolutely terrible! And if there is any complication with your order they will not rectify it.

Ripoff fansedge

I ordered two hats from them on black friday but i still didn't received its when i called they gave me a run around. They gave me a track number but the package never sent out. What do i do now?

Surprised after reviews.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews here AFTER I had already ordered. Like anyone would be it made me really nervous as I don't have a lot of money for Christmas gifts but really wanted to get my boyfriend a few small things. I ordered 6 Ohio State items on a Monday (11/28/16) and they were to my house on the following Sunday (12/04/16)! I was pleasantly surprised that it made it to my house on a Sunday. Normally I would have to pay extra for a weekend shipment!
The only thing that would help more would be if the website specified when the items were set to ship. You need to either wait for a shipping confirmation email or contact them. I contacted them via chat and the rep was very helpful. Informed me when my order was scheduled to ship and I got a confirmation the day she said it would ship (12/01/16)

Update on last review

I wanted to update my last 1 star review. It seemed I was not going to get the jersey and only found that out after calling the company. I got 2 different responses- the online chat lady said she'd refund me. The customer service on the call said to wait a few days that it may still arrive. And it did! Munson opened it today and was so ecstatic! It was exactly what he wanted and even cheaper than I thought. So I wanted to be fair and update my review. Giving 5 stars even thought they could have done a better job communicating the status of the delivery when it was delayed. But it was cheaper than any place I could find on Black Friday and it was authentic. They are not a scam. One thing I would suggest to the company is to get freakin shorter order numbers. To have to try to repeat 20-30 numbers on a automated phone prompt was beyond annoying

No Shipping Confirmation

So when I placed my order I received and email saying that my order was received and that I would get a confirmation email in a few days. Its been over a week and still have yet to received the email. There is no contact information on the email and the only order number that I received was in the Subject of the email. Trying to reach out and contact the company now through a live chat... had to wait 7 minutes and now its telling me that I have to wait anther 10 before I can chat with someone. Very frustrated and doesn't seem like I will get to chat with someone.

It was great

It is unfortunate that so many people have negative reviews on this website because I almost cancelled my order after reading all of the troubles people had. But I placed an order on November 25th and received a confirmation a few minutes later, throughout the week I tracked my order several times and it was here by December 2nd. Very easy to use and the product was exactly what I ordered, and in perfect condition. I would use this website again and recommend it to everyone as well

So far my experience is the same as all I've been reading. Placed my order, my money has been taken and nothing on the shipping at all! I sent the email as suggested and got an automated response telling me to go to the website and click blah blah blah ~ which of course I had already tried first and that was why I was sending the email. It tells you nothing of where my order is, when it will be shipped and if it will actually be here for Christmas. So frustrated...

I am very upset. I ordered some Florida State pants for my husband for a Christmas present from Fan Edge on November 16,2017. $$ have been taken out my account. Today is Dec4,2016. To this date I haven't received a tracking # or date when item will be shipped. Unable to contact anyone to find out the status of order. Poor customer service and communication with customers. Very disappointed, never again will I order from them. They didn't hesitate to get my $$$ immediately but can't communicate when or if my item will be shipped to me.

I had ordered a New England Revolution anthem jacket on Monday. It is now Saturday and I have not heard anything about my purchase except the fact that I was charged! They have not sent me a tracking number or anything. I even emailed customer service and still no response. Very disappointed.

Ok so I ordered an OBJ jersey. Right after I decided that I did not want it. Problem #1, I have to talk to someone through a live chat which takes forever for someone to connect to JUST TO CANCEL MY ORDER. Why do I have to talk to someone? Why is there not an option to just put in my order number in somewhere so I could cancel? Wouldn't that make EVERYONE'S lives easier? Problem #2, After finally getting in contact with someone through the live chat they said they would refund my order. I also asked MULTIPLE TIMES if I would receive a confirmation email and they said they would within 24-48 hours. I was like okay cool maybe the reviews were wrong about them and their customer service. BOY WAS I WRONG. No confirmation email saying I did not want the item. Just got an email TODAY saying it is being shipped. I mean my goodness how hard is it to provide proper customer service. Please do not order from here just go to NFL's website, you will be better off there. If you want to buy something sports related just avoid this trash of a company. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering and now I hope YOU will make the right decision to avoid this website until they actually do something about the problems this company has. As I wrote this, I got in contact with someone on fansedge through the live chat. The person told me that NO ONE had previously reviewed my order. I showed them proof as I screenshotted the chat I had previously and now since my order has shipped, it can not be canceled and I will have to return the product myself. She did however send me a confirmation email saying that my order was refunded. Otherwise, Thank you fansedge for providing the worst possible customer experience one can give to me. It provides me with real joy that I was too stupid to look at this website before ordering. Please just avoid buying from here just not worth the headache.

It's been three days since I've placed my order and no siting of shipment. Website doesn't seem to provide a phone number to actually contact anyone, only an e-mail. My order still says "payment" but it's been taken out of my bank account. Certainly getting worried as most other companies would have shipped by now especially with the holidays. Also, while I'm back on the website it advertises 65% off but there no link to 65% off items. I went to search my Notre Dame Irish and things were discounted but not 65% so I read the details and it said up to 25% off Nike, UA, etc. with free shipping over $40. I am very confused. Where are the 65% off items?

On 11/23/16 I called customer service to find out whether the item I wanted was in stock. The lady (not very friendly) said that the item was in fact "in stock". So, I placed my order. I received a confirmation email with an order number later that morning. Well it's been 9 days now and I haven't heard anything so I looked up my order on the website and wouldn't you know it..."something went wrong" is what the site said.
So I called Customer Service and was told that the item was cancelled b/c it was no longer in stock. The agent told me that they really don't know if an item is in stock but if the website says it is in stock. After expressing my displeasure he said there was nothing he or a manager could do. Eventually he offered me a lousy $10 credit towards my next purchase. LOL Why would I want a credit for a future purchase that I will never make. Absolutely poor customer service... first time and last time I shop at this site.

I tried to order on Sunday and when I clicked submit the screen stared at me saying 'processing' F O R E V E R. So I waited til the next day to attempt to order again, this time I actually it went through. On 11/30 I received a confirmation of shipment. It's the end of the week and I can't track it. Fed Ex says the package info has been submitted to them, but it hasn't been picked up?! I get online to find the phone number they list is one digit too many, so I go to online chat. It tells provides a wait time, which decreases and then goes up. Their estimated wait time was about 5 mins longer. Then all they could say was we can ship it out again, my question is didn't it already ship? The 'supervisor' says it takes 3-7 business days for arrival. By next week I'll be calling. My experience was like so many other reviews I just read... OMG had I known... but NOW I do!

We have processed a replacement and upgraded the shipping so you should receive the item early next week. It is possible that the original package may still show up, as it is not uncommon, especially during this busy season, for ground-service level package to go a couple of days between updates. If you do receive the original and the replacement, please just send the extra one back using our prepaid label that is included in the package. Single mom upset

I order 2 shirts 1 week ago and now I have no clue what is going on... I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered... these are Christmas gifts for my kids and now have no clue if I'm going to get them... I a single mom and worked very hard to get these for my children... just wish I would have done more research before I ordered... now I don't have the extra money to get them anything else!

I'm a bit disappointed

I ordered a bunch of items from the site on Tuesday. These are presents for Christmas as well as some surprise items for my kids. My boys play flag football and I ordered them hats to wear for the teams they were put on. I chose Fansedge because I liked their merchandise and I could get two day shipping so that my kids would have the hats in time for Sunday's game. I could have used Amazon Prime where I could have gotten the hats in one day - now I really wish I had. I paid $16 for two day shipping specifically with that in mind. I tried to look up my order but kept getting no information other than the items on the order. I finally called the number listed in SiteJabber (thanks for that!) because the number can't be found on their website. The lady I spoke to said that my order wasn't due to be shipped until at best Friday and it would take two business days for me to receive my goods. I was upset by this. I really wanted to give my children a nice surprise for their games. Although the customer service rep was very apologetic, she did nothing to help problem solve my situation other than to say we could cancel the order. I may still do that but based on some of the things I read below, I may not get my money back any time soon. Not sure what I will do at this point but I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
