Over a month ago I ordered two customized t-shirts for our engagement photos(Last name, and wedding year), My fiancé is a major football fan and I wanted to implement his love for football in our photos. I ordered the t-shirts more than enough time so we could have them in time. After two weeks passed, I called and they told me one of my t-shirts are already on the way and the other was shipped that same week. THEY NEVER CAME. I called back and then I was told that I signed and received my package, which I DID NOT! After investigating myself, calling Fan Edge and Fed-ex back and forth, Turns out that Fan Edge put the same shipping # on two different packages and entered my address information incorrectly with FedEx and a man in San Francisco, CA received his package. I was told I would receive an email in 3 days about my order and I should receive my money and a new shipment. NEVER DID! They refunded my money after I continuously called but never replace my order after I expressed how important the shirts meant to my fiancé and I, AND! We had to take our photos without our shirts. MAJOR MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I have ordered many things from different companies and I have never encountered a situation like this. Usually if the company is wrong they would make it right especially for a monumental occasion like getting married. NOT FAN EDGE!
My name is Joseph, and I have had nothing but problems with FansEdge.com. I ordered two shirts for my mother and got them. Okay fine. Okay. Both times one of or both of the shirts wouldn't fit her correctly. I called FansEdge customer support and they said to fill out the return slip and send it back to us. A couple of weeks go by and I finally received my refund it was for a partial the amount not the full amount I had paid. I called customer support again and they told me that there was an $5.30 charge restock fee that I was never notified about by any representative. I was stupid and reordered both shirts again ( in a bigger size of course.) because the representative said I would receive my full amount I had paid. A couple more weeks go by and I received both shirts again. Okay. I kid you not. It's like a representative from the return center took my order and stuck a bigger size label on both shirts and sent them back out to me. Please at all cost avoid this website.
Ordered a jersey on Monday and said it will be shipped no later than Thursday. So I called Friday night and asked when it will be shipped. The lady I talked to said it will be shipped tonight. Saturday comes around and got an email stating that my order was canceled due to my request. I didn't request to cancel the order and now they said that they dont have those jerseys in stock.

Ordered a t-shirt. T-shirt arrived on time, but part of the graphic was missing. Figured it was a mistake, spoke to customer service, and they sent another one out. All fine. Package arrived, and it has someone else's order in it, an entirely different purchase. Spoke again to customer service, and they inform me they cannot ship me the correct shirt, as they've now tried twice. I'm sorry, but I don't think shipping me someone else's purchase qualifies as attempting to ship me MY item two times. Will never place an order here again, waste of time and money. Incredibly infuriating.

I placed an order on Monday of this week and there was a cancellation, not initiated by me. I re-ordered on Wednesday thinking it was an honest mistake. I received an order number, but it has since been in a 'pending' status. I first attempted to use their garbage customer chat and was immediately directed to call. When I spoke with the representative, she explained to me that someone (not me) had called in and cancelled the first order and that they could no longer ship to my address. I asked how the company verified this mystery person and was told they ask "certain things". Uh, ok. I have placed successful orders with this company in the past, but am now grounded from having items shipped to my home. Should I move?

I would like to give Fansedge a "0" out of "5" actually. Ordered two items at separate times this month. The first said it would be delivered for Father's Day, it's now 2 weeks later and still not here. Ordered a NY Yankee jersey and paid extra for 2 day shipping, was just advised by CS that my order may ship in September which is 2 months away. Of all the companies out there selling sports gear, you are better off with ANYONE else!

A year ago there was a computer glitch that invalidated a bunch of accounts including mine. My orders are regularly cancelled. My last order was in December and was told things were fixed now after going through a bunch of gymnastics to to get the order through. Today, I was once again told the order was cancelled due to the glitch that occurred over a year ago. I'm supposed to write in care of my name and then fill in the name and address underneath and it should go through. I'm not going to bother and never order from FansEdge again.

Payed for three day shipping, didn't get it until 6 days later and they still made me pay for shipping. Item said that it shipped in one business day which was also a lie. Called to see what was the problem and no one seemed interested or cared.

How do I receive and email confirmation, I receive an email from paypal, but the company has lost the order and now after a week of waiting on the item it NEVER shipped! Totally awful company! Too many other options to waste money here!

I purchased an item, paid for 1-3 shipping and after several days was told that I had to wait another week. I wish I would've purchased from another company and oh... fyi the shipping company that they use is even worse than fansedge... rude and they claimed they lost my item.

I placed an order and paid extra for 2 day delivery in order to get it in time. They shipped it, but for delivery after the promised date. They said I paid for expedited shipping. NO I DIDN'T. The site stated 2 DAY Delivery promotion (with code and extra $5). The product was in stock and would ship immediately... why would I pay for a faster expedite on my order. There isn't much faster than the next morning. All they would say was "sorry for the inconvenience". Of course the promotion had ended and was no longer posted (on the front page of their website). I won't use them again and you should beware.

Web site would not accept my card. So i called them up and they blamed me for my card not having web access which i told them i did and have used it before on other websites. I asked if i could do it over the phone they said no. And then they again told me my card may not have web access and told me to call my credit company. Again i asked them can we try it over the phone they again refused. Now when i called them the option is this to place an order or not. I said yes (pressed 1) so they must be able to do it. After the second time telling them can we do it over the phone and gave up. Went to fanatics 5 minutes later put the order in and it worked instantly.
So it was their problem all along yet they would not let me resolve it with them not even try to. And that is what bothers me. Try to troubleshoot the problem instead of blaming the customer for the problem

I've bought a lot of stuff off this site over the years and never had a problem. Now that they use this godawful LaserShip service, don't even bother paying for expedited shipping, cause your package will get lost/stolen in Virginia.
Seriously - I paid $30+ for overnight shipping. It's two weeks later and my package is still "lost." Save your money and don't do business with anyone who has contracted LaserShip.

I placed my order on Sunday 6/4 and was told that it would ship by Thursday 6/8. I reached out to them today (the day it's supposed to ship) to confirm it would be shipping. Well they advised that it will be shipping on 6/15! They said that was what was mentioned when I placed the order and it definitely was not! I was hoping to have the item before I went on vacation next week but it seems not. They take your money quickly, say the item is in stock but it takes almost two weeks just to dispatch a tshirt? I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to placing my order.

I placed an order 2 days ago for a customize jersey. Chatted with 2 different people from FansEdge today to cancel my order, because I wouldn't be receiving by the date I needed it. I found out that the 15 days of processing, does not include shipping.
The first person (Crystal) immediately disconnected the chat when I asked if I could cancel my order.
The 2nd person (Darren) proceeded to tell me that he could not cancel my order because it was customized. I told him I only placed the order 2 days prior and that if it was already printed, then it shouldn't be sitting around for 2 more weeks until they ship it, and that if it hasn't been printed yet, then they are able to cancel my order. He never confirmed whether it had been printed yet or not, only that he couldn't cancel it. But he did say that it takes 15 days the "carefully customize and print" my jersey.
I finally told him that I work with screen printers and cloth decorators, so I know, for a fact, that it does not take 15 days to print on anything, and that I don't appreciate being lied to. And again, he immediately disconnected the chat.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The only thing I got from these people was a lesson! That being: READ ONLINE REVIEWS BEFORE purchasing anything online. These people are crooks in every way, shape and form. How they are still in business is a mystery to me. I bought my 10 year old son a Max Domi Jersey. He said " where did you get this"? " Max never played for the Coyotes when they had this style of jersey." So I went on to get the return label and I was going to order him the correct one once the credit hit my account. I waited approx 2 weeks... I could never get anyone on the phone ( convenient for them) so I chatted on line. She informed me that " it was considered a custom order with no returns I said then send it back to me, I will pay the shipping and then she said they had donated it to charity! Are you kidding me?!?!? Which I don't believe for a minute by the way! Now they have my $108.29 AND the product! I told her then send me the info so I can claim it as a charity donation on MY TAXES. She never replied and left me hanging. If this isn't a SCAM I don't know what is! I beg you... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I contacted FansEdge customer service about a shipping/delivery issue. Their online rep could not have been less helpful. She had no interest in offering solutions--only roadblocks. Their customer service pales in comparison to companies like Amazon, Zappos, Dix (spelling changed to avoid censor) Sporting Goods. It's been a long time since I've encountered such a bad experience. I'm taking my business elsewhere. And, it's their loss because I've been a steady customer for a long time. They don't deserve my business any longer. If you get "Julia" on the real-time chat, shut down and wait for someone else. Maybe that will work.

Ordered a sticker for my wife's vehicle price was right took about a week to get it but it was better than the ones that you can buy in the store I would I would shop again from fans Edge. I read all the bad reviews but figured everybody deserves a second chance got my item and was very happy
