My order was cancelled with NO notification. I cannot get any response from this company nor their help line! Display says "refunded"--the only indication company took any action at all?!

I ordered on Sunday, paid ($25) 2 day shipping. Received an email that my items shipped Monday morning, which means I should receive them on Wednesday. I went to tracking, it said due to arrive Thursday 8:00pm)! When I called customer service the girl fumbled around her response saying shipping dates didnt include the processing time. (But it shipped on MONDAY)So she refunded the $6 DIFFERENCE for shipping. Lame. Now my husband gets to open a picture of his jerseys, on his Birthday. Avoid fansedge.com... so may other sports apperal sites to choose from.
Horrible company! I would rate them a ZERO if possible. They do NOT offer an exchange if the size is incorrect. And my Credit Returned was way less than what I paid for on the product. I will NEVER order from this company again and I will also share with my friends NEVER to order. On top of that, they do NOT provide a phone number for Customer service.
Says item ships withing 1 day and seven days later never shipped yet. This was meant a birthday present and now I think I'm just going to apologize to the person since its already past and order from a different site.
Worst customer service ever! Unclear expectations and communication regarding shipment of products. Its been over two weeks and I have received 1 of 3 items with zero clarification as to when I can expect my additional items. Simply check back on your order. Shipping should be free if they cannot give a date as to when to expect order.
Customer service rep stated that I spoke with someone back on the 20th which I DID NOT. Then apologized saying an email was sent. This email was sent on the 19th with ANOTHER notice of display. I will not ever order from fansedge again!
Ordered a shirt for our big game. The ETA on the shipping would be way before our game. The order arrived two weeks after our game. I spoke with their customer service agent four times with no apology or solutions. Disappointed with this company and will be their best advertisement to NOT use them in the future. Disappointed that you never tried to even make it right. I felt totally ignored!
Not only will they charge you return shipping for using their provided label, but they will not refund your original shipping either. As if they didn't already mark up the products an obscene amount, they will gauge you for every cent they can. I ended up getting refunded less than half of my order once all the shipping charges came out. They claim all of this is in the return policy, but it's really at the bottom in the fine print.
I ordered an MLB jersey online on Sunday, and arrived Thursday in Canada without issues. I was able to track the jersey all the way through, from beginning to end, using the landmark and Canada post trackers. The only thing I did not like was the state tax applied on the item, but other than that, spot on

Steer clear of this place! I placed order and suppose to ship within 7 days. Said it wouldn't ship for two weeks. Called to cancel order, said they couldn't cancel because it was custom ordered... which is absolutely false. Then they could only cancel one item and charged me twice for tax. This site should be shut down. Dishonest and false advertising. RUN AWAY from this site.
Ordered four shirts (2 hoodies, a long sleeve, and a tshirt) from fans edge last fall. Both hoodies other were larges and I received a smalls and a 2x. Spoke with customer service and she said to use their return label to send the items back for which I would see credit of $5.50 return to my account in the next 30 days for use on a future purchase Credit for returned hoodies never showed up on my account so I called again to see why. CS claimed another glitch and said to wait two more weeks. I must have made ten calls before they agreed to mail me new hoodies. Overall process to two months. Strike two, ordered two t-shirts, 30 days and still no shirts. Called to see where they are and told that this can happen and to just be patient. 60 days out and still no shirts. Told maybe out of stock or didn't have the size I ordered. No record of ever being sent and also I never saw my $5.50 credit on my account from previous problem. Finally received shirts at day number 72. Third strike, prefer for t-shirts; two long sleeve, two short sleeve. I received half the order about 13 days out but one shirt is the and I had ordered it in black. Called CS and was told maybe black was out of stock so we just sent you red instead. Also your other happy of your order won't be shipped for another 11 days even though their web site said in stock and available to be shipped within three days. She then suggests that I send in the red one and they can hopefully find me one in black but in order to do so I need to use their return shipping label again for a cost of $5.50. I swear this is the last time I am ever ordering from them again even if I was to get free overnight shipping for life. This company is so poorly managed, if I was a board member I would fire every last manager and send it's CEO packing.
I ordered a shirt as a birthday surprise two MONTHS ago, paid for two day shipping, and the shirt wasn't even shipped within 7 days and still hasn't even arrived. Now to report that the item is lost you HAVE to report it in the first 90 days but LITERALLY and I mean LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE time I try and report the missing package their "convenient live chat" is closed... EVERY single time. And the hours and days its open convenient change and rotate to being closed or unavailable every time I try and report it. In fact just yesterday it claimed they would only be available from 4:00am-8:30 pm EST on Tuesday and Wednesday. And low and behold today, within that exact time, they are once again closed and now their ONLY available chat hours are on Wednesday. Any guesses what going to change tomorrow when I try to report it like I have been for the PAST MONTH? You guessed it! It's magically going to change again. This is a garbage company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER! AND SPREAD THE WORD! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.
I ordered two shirts that had a note that the item shipped within one business day for a tailgate party I'm hosting this weekend thinking it would be plenty of time for the items to arrive. However, a week later the items are still showing Pending on the site.
Products have always been great but this time shipping was over 14 days for an item that on the website states ships in two business days but took over a week. Great when it's a gift. I guess Amazon it is from now on.
Do not waste your time and money. I have put an order 3 months ago and have yet to be issued a refund or the item I ordered! I have called about 3x a week and went around in circles with them for no reason. I am contacting my credit card company now...
Placed an order for a hat from the online store and went to pay with paypal. For some reason when I logged in to paypal, the system took over and finished the order without even confirming with me if the information was correct. Wouldn't have had a problem with it, but it had an old address I don't even live at anymore. I also never got an order number which made things incredibly worse.
Contacted customer service immediately and gave them my email, name and address that the order was registered under. Took about 30 minutes because there was no order number created for my order. The lady made a ticket to change the address connected to the name but couldn't do it herself because of department crossover. The next morning I get an email saying my item had been shipped and that it was being shipped to the old address (so basically wasted 30 minutes of time for nothing). So I called customer service again and had a guy on the phone who couldn't spell to save his life. Took me about 45 minutes talking to him only to hang up frustrated because he couldn't figure out how to spell my information even though I was spelling it out letter by letter. So gave up with him and called a different branch of customer serice to explain the situation. Long story short, this lady told me that there is absolutely nothing they can do. I was told that I would have to figure out how to get it from the people who currently live at my old home. I'm sorry, what? I don't understand how a company will not help its customers with a problem that was caused by their website. Best way to describe it is selfish. As of now, I am basically 25 dollars shorted with no way of getting my order because this Fansedge customer service can't do anything about my order.
In summary, I refuse to buy from this website again. No order number, no customer service value, no help.

I ordered a baseball cap and it came double the correct size. They don't allow to exchanges under any circumstance and told just to return it and then place a new order AFTER you pay $6 extra shipping for their error. I'll simply return it and buy from someone else.
My title says it all, before I bought anything from Fans edge I did the review because I firstly do not want fake NFL and College jerseys and shirts. Secondly I dont want to spend my hard earned money on a store that wont deliver my goods. According to a lot of feedback this is what Fans Edge has been portrayed to do.
So I ordered a Patriots Rush Jersey and a UK Wildcats T-Shirt.
First problem encountered and resolved - The site told me i was eligible for free shipping but at check out it wouldn't recognize it. On the website there is a chat function, I chatted to the lovely lady who apologized and explained why it did that and then proceeded to refund my shipping fee once I provided her my order number... this was processed in a few days and the shipping fee has been refunded and received.
That my friends was the extent of my bad experience, the rest smooth and effortless. Purchased on Sunday, Jersey Shipped Monday - received in KY Thurs. Tshirt Shipped from another location on the following Monday and received Friday.
No hassles no fuss, if I wanted the items over night then perhaps an issue but seeing as though i didnt then it was not an issue at all.
Thanks to Fans Edge for a great transaction and you will receive my repeat business for sure and I will recommend you to friends and family.
I ordered a bunch of items for my son's nascar room. Great selection, Items were shipped within the week and arrived at my door ( in Canada) a week later. Offering was easy and I got everything exactly as ordered. Got a little worried after reading the reviews but everything was great. Will order again through them!
