It cost me $9.99 to return a shirt that was too small, doesn't seem fair as the shirt wasn't described as "athletic fit". Done with this company!

They did not even give me a tracking number to track my order! They did not even let me link my Email to a fansedge account! I ordered a 30 Dollar tennese volunteers Visor and it was suppose to come last monday and it still has not been delivered! Try to avoid in the future because I know I will!

I returned a jersey that did not fit. Was truly annoyed to have to swallow the loss of the original shipping cost of $9.00, but figured it was cheaper than having a jersey in my closet (total purchase price of $79) that doesn't fit. Size charts are clearly questionable as well. Then they tried to take an additional $9.99 for the return labelno where does it state this is optional and that you can send it back on your own dime, cheaper, and you're already keeping the original $9 shipping fee anyway. Seriously! I never would have agreed to lose nearly $20 on the return of $79 order (that's 25%!). I told the customer service guy, whom I could barely understand, that their return policy charges are so badly worded they verge on fraud. I suspect this is intentional, what a scam. I asked for a supervisor and they decided to give me a one-time courtesy' adjustment for the $9.99 return label. Gee thanks! It will be one-time only because I will never buy from you ever again. Terrible shippingusing 3rd party vendors with terrible tracking thru USPS. I spent an hour on hold with USPS trying to figure out where my return package was. Overall a truly pathetic experience. I wish I had read the reviews first. Enjoy the $9, might keep you in business for another 5 minutes.

I ordered two college t-shirts for my daughter graduation and didn't them at the time expected. I paid almost $19.00 for two day shipping and then told it ships out in two days instead. The customer service rep gave me the run around. Hopefully, the company gives me back my refund for the shirts. Very disappointing!

I recently purchase the Washington Redskins t-shirt for my father for Father's Day it's already been shipped however I couldn't figure out my bank account with solo well I just went and checked and there's a $15 shipping fee that is unknown at the time of purchasing you don't see it until after it's shipped so once package arrived here I'm returning it to the sender and getting my money back

I'd I could give a zero rating I would. I returned an item which was received last week. Not only did I have to pay for shipping back but I also have yet to receive confirmation from fans edge about my return. USPS tracking said it was delivered. Now no response from the company. Save your money and frustration. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a shirt in the early hours of 5/16/19 and looking at the delivery terms knew I would be fine receiving it by the end of the day 5/24/19 (today), which would be 7 working days. Needed it for a graduation party on 5/25/19. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this business! With all the competition out there today, why would they take so long to process and ship an order? This company is totally missing out on the conveniences of today's world and it does not appear they have any consideration for the customers needs whatsoever! Wish I had read all of the negative reviews before ordering.

Today, April 13th 2019, FansEdge's website said 25% off ALL ORDERS using code "TRAVEL25." when I put in that code, the response of, "your item is excluded from this promotion," popped up. False advertisement is a serious issue and this should be dealt with.
