Bought a sweatshirt online advertised "free shipping", "receive by Christmas". I was in a hurry and didn't realize it defaults to paid shipping. You have to change it to receive the free shipping. By the time I realized they had duped me, it had already shipped and Shavaughn in customer service was rude and literally made fun of me for falling into their trap.

You suck

I will not buy from you again.
Your website does not recognize my email for returns, YET YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM SENDING ME EMAILS AND UPDATES TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I have no trouble logging into your site!
When I call, I get a lot of dribble recording, but no personal service except how to use your website for returns that one can't use and won't recognize my email.
This shirt did NOT fit as it should, so in order to return your going to charge me for shipping to return it which makes it not worth while to bother. CHEAP & CALCULATING!
I have ordered on several occasions from you, but your customer service is terrible and u purposely make it difficult to contact you by phone, (nothing but lengthily recordings)and no listed email.
I am done. I will never recommend you, I won't ever buy from you and I will use social media to steer people in any other direction to buy licensed material.

Don't shop here

Check the return policy before shopping here. They charge ridiculously high shipping fees for returns. You can buy the same items on other cites and not pay shipping for the item or returns.

I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0 stars.
I ordered a t shirt, they sent the wrong one, not even the right sport. They agreed to exchange it for the correct one when I returned the wrong one, so I did. Nothing ever came, I called for the second time, they then said the correct one should have been delivered "yesterday", but since it wasn't delivered yesterday, that must mean I'm not going to get it, so I should just order another one, sorry.

I ordered two Nationals shirts on 10/18, estimated delivery 11/1 (horrendous but order was already placed). Just contacted them 11/10.

1. Order not shipped
2. One item is out of stock and they have no info on when or whether it'll be back in stock.
3. I didn't get a single email about all this.

Ordered jersey 10/29. Two days later, I get an email stating that it will show up 11/13. Not happy, I needed it by 11/8.14+ days shipping is UNACCEPTABLE especially when that WAS NOT made clear to me when I ordered the item. First and LAST time I do business with FANSEDGE

Terrible business
October 31, 2019

Absolute terrible company. Ordered a Jersey that said would be shipped Nov 1st with 2 day shipping. Then got an email saying it'll be shipped the 4th and be received the 14th of November. I then tried to cancel the order but they would not allow me to.

They told me I need to wait until I receive the item, then return it. I had to pay $10 for the shipping label back. They are one of the most deceptive, disgusting, and outright unethical businesses I've seen in a while.

Yeah just don't buy from them. They sent the wrong item, it took 3 weeks to arrive, and I haven't gotten a response from them to send the correct item. Just don't, they're a complete joke.

I ordered a tshirt. It took about 2 weeks to get here. It had a very strong smell to it as well. The material was very thin. I tried to return it but they wanted to charge me $10 to print a return label. I definitely will not order anything else from here.

The purse has the stupidest design/no design for hooking up the shoulder strap to the purse!

There is no where to hook the shoulder straps onto the purse that makes it wearable. The only place to hook it is on the two zippers that zip up the purse from each bottom side of the purse and meet at the top of the purse. By putting the purse on with the shoulder strap that way (which is the only way to hook the strap onto it), the zippers at the top pull open the top of the purse to accommodate it being on your shoulder. It's hard to explain.
But I'm disappointed at the design of it and don't want to have to walk around with the top of my purse unzipped and therefore unsecured!
I want to return it. It's unused but I did cut off the tags although I still have them. Does anyone know, can they return it if the tags are there and just have been cut off?

I used the free shipping coupon code they had on the home page, selected 2 items and went to pay for it, but their program defaulted me to select high priced shipping that I did NOT select. The button is pushed to complete the purchase, knowing full well I met the discount total and put in the free shipping code. They overrode all my personal entries with their own special programming that, unless I de-selected high priced shipping when I click the complete order, I get stuck with NO discounted shipping, but instead they changed shipping to a 14.99 shipping. On top of that, there is no way to contact them. No changes to my order, etc.
Crazy bad way to stick it to your customers.

Had to give a minimum of one star but this site deserves a NEGATIVE rating! All my god child wanted was an LSU Jersey. Such a big fan of LSU so i wanted something nice. 9-4-19 I ordered and Paid $59.99 not including shipping and tax from this site to be mailed but he never received his birthday gift. Well 3 weeks later still no package. They Used the excuse the storm slowed down shipments but was due to ship in next few days. To think I almost paid add'l to expedite! Called again after pulling it up to see a label was created and expected shipment was 9-10 and to receive 10-3. Almost a month later just not acceptable. Called again and they said no ma'am that is just something we are required to put on orders but your order is in route and has reached facility in CA so he should receive by end of business today. That was last week 9-21 so gave them benefit of the doubt but guess what still no package. Called and Asked about canceling my order and getting a refund "They stated that it cannot be done sense package is in transit however, once received they can forward it back for a refund. Really people this was a gift who does that only to end up with nothing again. Ooh and by the way i did get on another website to order him something and it was shipped to him with no problems after his birthday but he did receive it within 4 shipping days! Not the jersey he had his heart set on but he still asks every day if it came :(

They resumed production that following Monday and package was shipped the very next day. Unfortunately, due to system issues when the shipping method was changed from standard to 3 business days shipping. The system still had it saved as FedEx Smartpost which can take up to 3-7 business days. The package arrived at the post office but was unable to be delivered. The package is currently being return to sender. Once our warehouse receives the package back, you will receive a refund confirmation email. I placed my order on Tuesday, September 3rd. It is now September 23rd and there is not even an estimated delivery date.

With so many other websites that sell athletic apparel (and their shopping/shipping experience is far above what I have witnessed with FansEdge), I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I will never order from FansEdge again.

I went out on a limb to purchase a new team branded lightweight sweat shirt. Figuring $50 for a sweatshirt makes sense, I'll splurge. Shipping took forever. When it finally arrived, the material was lighter than a long sleeve T-shirt. I am curvy so I got a 2XL for a loose fit. The thin shirt came and it sucked to me like a size large fitted T. I almost couldn't get it off. For reference I wear 1X fitted normally. I don't like how they don't have a review option on their site to warn other buyers regarding fit. Then, to return it's a $10 shipping fee. That's unheard of for an online retailer. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased collectible MLB cards on 7/31/19. Received confirmation of order acceptance and processing along with expected shipping (8/21) and delivery dates (8/30). Significantly longer than all other similar businesses from which i have ordered. When order did not ship as expected, I contacted Fans Edge to confirm order and ask if dates changed. CS assured me the status will be updated as soon as shipping info is available. On 8/25 order status remained unchanged indicating 'Processing'. I called CS again, asking for them to confirm with their supplier the order was scheduled to be fulfilled. Was told the request was out of their control, and told that its typical for orders to ship days after the expected ship date yet deliver as expected. I asked again for a status confirmation with the supplier, but was told this wasn't possible and an extraordinary request. Also, was advised to wait until the delivery is passed before making additional inquiries regarding my order. This evening I received an order cancellation from FansEdge explaining the supplier is unable to fulfill the request. I will receive my refund in 2 to 7 days.
What I want to know is why now, after the order has been in process for 28 days, are they advising the order is unable to be fulfilled. These are not rare cards, but the 2019 version of a repeating box set. The supplier is a major manufacturer of sports trading cards and unlikely to be stocked out on a new release. And if so, indicate such when order is placed. FansEdge makes the pledge 'dedicated to delivering our customers the kind of shopping experience we expect to have'. Is this their idea of a satisfactory experience. I did all the asking, calling, and request for follow thru. No proactive service on their part at all. Didn't offer any alternative solution such as back order or postponed delivery. Seems to me that if the customer makes inquiries that disarms the incompetent support staff of their veiled 'it's not my job' replies, lost or cancelled orders should be expected. Not a successful business model. Or at best, one that reflects managements acceptance of poorly trained customer care staff because the the ship is sinking anyway.
PS - I have all messaging transcripts between FE staff and myself if interested.
