I truly wish that I'd read the reviews before making a purchase online. I placed an order 6/08/20 and received message saying my order would arrive by 6/20/20 only when I called just to confirm 6/18/20 I'm told order would arrive 7/08/20. That's so unprofessional and I'll never recommend your site. Just refund my money and you guys truly suck.
Finally spoke to a real person, Eddy. He was very helpful and quickly rectified my problem. Put me at ease.

I placed an order for face masks 5/31-never recieved any info-called on 6/14. Said wasnt going to ship till 6/30. I was talked down to and hung up on 3 different times-had to call 5 times in all. Cancelled order-of course they take money from you in seconds but they say 2-7 business days to get back my money. They have lost my business going forward thanks fanatics-for being professional jerks

I ordered cubs facemasks May 8. Every day I logged on it said pending. And it kept saying pending for well over a month! Finally today it tells me probable ship date June 30th. THATS UNACCEPTABLE! I've gotten orders from China (Wish) is less time! Their website is insane to find things. Whenever I logon I have to keep proving it's not me. Click the items that have trees, click the items that have crosswalks. Why do I have to do this multiple times?!?! Insane! I don't even have to do that with my bank account for crying out loud. And if you want to talk to someone it don't let you it sends you to a chat where you talk to a freaking computer and it gives you the same answer over and over again ( the wrong answer mind you!). I literally had to switch over to the desktop version to find the phone number. But I will say the girl that I talk to was the sweetest kindest person that I've ever talk to About something like this. We was talking about our kids and everything else at the end of the business call. That's what I like, real life people and you don't see this enough you just see straight up business like rude people. But back to the business at hand. The first two people that I talk to you did not say this was a product that was not in stock. The lady I talked to today said they should've told me that which they didn't So here I am today over a month later and still Do not have what I paid for. So I cancelled the order and requested my money back. Which they say will take 2 to 7 days. Ridiculous! It took you 30 seconds to take my money but a week to get it back. What a shame! So tomorrow my order from Amazon will be here and I will make my own Cub masks. Thanks for nothing Fanatics!
Placed an order 2 months ago and have not heard a word on any progress or estimated delivery. I call the phone number available to cancel and after 10 minutes I was told it had shipped where I knew it had not. Minutes later after making me wait, miraculously my order could be cancelled for a full refund. We'll see if that ever happens. If I don't get my refund in 7 days I will get PayPal involved.
This company sent me the wrong size mask - it wouldn' fit an infant. When I tried to return it, the charge for the label was almost as much as the mask. Rip off. Do not trust them.

The Material is POOR QUALITY. I have a #99 JJ Watt T Shirt that is Extremely Wrinkly out of the dryer 'compared' to all my other T Shirts, and it 'Shrunk 2 Sizes' in just a Dozen Washes. It went from JJ Watt to David Spade! Literally. And i have a Daytona 500 Shirt that also has the 'wrinkly' problem and Shrinked and Faded in just a Dozen COLD Washes...

I purchased a shirt from the website when I got it home it was too small so I wanted to return. They would not give me a return address and wanted to charge me $10 shipping and handling which it only cost them 599 ship to me. With most websites you pay one way they pay the other way on shipping if return. And then they do not describe the item as a Dri-Fit I thought it was cotton. This is a sheisty website
I purchased a woman's Tshirt Online that was On sale for $29.99. By the time I finished the online purchase the cost was $47.06. I wanted this tshirt for a Bday present so I completed the order because this shirt was Close being sold out.
As it turned out I needed to return this tshirt.
My return credit was $23.08. In calling Fanatics as to why I didn't get full credit the representative told me there was a $9.00 service charge for a returned item. I felt deceived and taken! This is not a good policy. They are making money on return shipping and now on a service charge! This is robbery! I will
Never do business with this company again!

Worst pos I have ever purchased. Not only was my corn hole decal a "window decal" when it arrived, they're poor adhesive process wouldn't even seperate from the plastic without tearing. Totally unusable. Nothing to return but strips of S!#&.

I paid $15.00 to get a one day shipping. I didn't receive my item until 4 days later. I placed the order on Friday Afternoon, after I paid for expedited shipping it arrived on Wednesday the week after.
Elysha responded to my inquiry of a shipment lost by FEDEX. She responded promptly, kept me updated, and got me a replacement shipment in a timely fashion. Thanks. See a lot of negative reviews for FANATICS. A bunch of sour grapes! Fanatics provides awesome merchandise and amazing pricing and deals and GREAT customer service! They provided me with my own personal sales Rep I can contact to place orders with and submit question about orders and merchandise. I get a reply within hours!

I was 2 days past the ridiculous 30 day return policy and was told I was pretty much out of luck since the representative could not print a label. The shoes are extremely narrow and would not fit my husband's feet, so I would definitely not classify these as UNISEX shoes. I ordered ahead of his birthday to give ample time for delivery but I guess that was not a good idea with this site. The fact that there was no way to work with me to get a credit to purchase something else on the site baffles me. I will NEVER purchase anything on this site again.
I ordered a jacket for my son it was on " Sale' the total was $30 higher than the cost. My item was over $100 and they charged expedited shipping $13.99. Finding a phone number to talk to a human being is net to impossible.
