I ordered a couple items, one that was in stock and one that wasn't. The item that was in stock took a few days to ship. This is what got me, I'm here in Jax with the warehouse and we are staring week two for the product to be delivered. I still don't have it but according to the web-site, I should have it next week.
Fanatics has lost a customer and they don't seem to care! I ordered a birthday gift for my boyfriend a month and a half ago. The first order got stuck in the "information sent to FEDEX" stage for weeks. After the expected ship date passed without any gift, a customer service representative re-shipped the item. The same process happened yet again. They also refused to expedite the item because now it had turned into a late birthday present. It's been stuck in the "information sent to FEDEX" for 5 days now. The customer service representative I just talked to could only suggest to keep checking back and hopefully the system would update. The item was supposed to be delivered and was originally expected on Saturday (two days ago). Because I was tired of waiting and nothing being solved on their end, I just requested a refund. Ordering through this company is an absolute joke and their customer service is horrible. Order anywhere else but from here! It's just going to be a headache and let-down guaranteed! What started out as being a cool birthday present ended up leaving me empty-handed and the birthday person let down.

Ordered 4 T shirts and it's clear they are just rushing designs. 2 are placed crooked and either aren't straight or are off center of the shirt. Quality of the material is actually better than I expected but poor workmanship and clearly a company with no Qualiy control in their production from my experience

So we start by saying that this was MAJESTIC tee shirts MLB FROM MAJESTIC in Pennsylvania. So u buy out the company, go thru there remaining inventory, then provide HORRIFIC TEES from GUATAMALA! Labels are cheap as can be, and peel right off the shirt, which is $35.00. STRAIGHT GARBAGE. Only reason is to buy Majestic. Not mass produced $2.69 Stamped from GUATAMALA tees.

Bought jersey on draft day waited 3 months to get a jersey with screen printing. I paid over $100 for a Jersey I could have bought at the flea market. Should have ordered one on EBay ($115) that has sewn lettering and logos. Probably the last real Redskins Jersey I can get and its a dud. Poor products slow shipping. I check today and the same jersey is $59 I'm pissed. Punt don't don't buy from these guys

I ordered face coverings on May 14 to be shipped no later than July 9. Instead of holding my payment until the order shipped, Fanatics charged my card. On July 9 half of my order was cancelled. On July 13 I contacted Fanatics and they could not tell me when the remainder of the order would be shipped. At that point, I cancelled the order.
They held my money for 2 months and didn't even try to rectify the issue. Extremely poor business practice. I have spent quite a bit on Fanatics and they will never get another dime from me.

I ordered a package almost a month ago. The delivery room very long so I followed up with customer service, which is a nightmare to deal with, to no avail. Almost a full month later, it said it was delivered and signed for at the wrong address over an hour away from me. I am waiting on a refund but not overly optimistic. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. A month of waiting and no concession of any kind on their part for the massive inconvenience, just a promise of a refund in 3-7 business days, after weeks of waiting and someone else in a different city getting my order. I will never use this company again, and I hope they fail.

Purchased a travel mug as a gift. The top slide came off, no abuse or damage, slide groove fell off - right after the 90 day defective merchandise policy. I learned of the poor quality 6 mos. After purchase. Fanatics refused to talk about the product or provide any manufacturer information for warranty contact. Was not able to speak to a supervisor?! They do not provide any warranty, only a Return policy. They don't care if they sell terrible quality items.

The return timeframe for Manufacturer Direct items is 30 days, not 90 days. We apologize that you were misinformed on that. I ordered an nhl jersey from fanatics. I got it in the mail and the quality is appalling. The numbers and name bar are very visibly glued on. The overall fabric is extremely lightweight and cheap feeling. They were missing details that the on ice adidas jerseys have. I will not be ordering a jersey from fanatics ever again.

I am in the process of cancelling an order that was made without my permission, but the website does not list a contact email anywhere. When I enter my email and order number, they say that no orders exist for my email even though they sent the confirmation to that email address! The website has me going in circles with no helpful information whatsoever. Absolutely infuriating.

Do not buy the 3 pack of Norte Dame masks! What a disappointment they were. The quality for the price was awful! Don't waste your money because to send them back, it will cost you 10.00... not worth it and they know it. Thin, cheap nothings... the cost was 19.99 + tax and I paid for shipping!

Had a problem with my recent order. They resolved my issue and everything is fine now. Eventually I received my order but was very worried when they never sent email confirmation or an email saying my items were shipped.
I ordered a college coffee mug and the next day I received an email confirming that it had shipped, but wouldn't arrive for a MONTH! Where is it coming from, Pluto? I needed this for a present and now I have no way to cancel. Well, I finally received the mug. I bought an Indiana University coffee mug. The mug itself is glazed but the "Hoosiers" on the inside in nothing but stickers that will come off eventually. Cheap crap. Never will I ever purchase anything from this thieves again.
