They refuse to accept or even acknowledge a return request.
I have an unopened package that arrived late that I had tried to cancel. They said it had been shipped when I tried to cancel. This was a lie. I left them a bad review as a result of their lie.
Now, the won't even acknowledge my request to return.
Do not do business with this company.
A friend bought some items. She returned them all, as they were junk. Very, very poor quality at very inflated prices. Fortunately, she didn't leave a bad review before returning the junk.
I didn't receive my Tennessee Titans Hawaiian shirt and they won't refund me or even give me in store credit because it is past their 90 day policy. Sorry but due to covid and Christmas I just suspected slow delivery. Wow did I get screwed.
Terrible experience. I placed my order as a Christmas gift on Nov 15,2020 and it should be arrived on Dec 3,2020. However, they sent me several emails which said my order had been delayed. Until Dec 8,2020 I got an email from them which said my order can't be fulfilled because is out of stock. Don't know why it took them 3 weeks just to notify me. I had to order something instead (different website of course) and it is likely my gift can't arrive on time because it always take longer to be delivered around Christmas time.
Rarely do I write reviews but in order to help save a person from frustration, I will write this saying avoid ordering from this company and by no means, pay for expedited shipping. I have ordered from here 3 years in a row for Christmas. I'm apparently a slow learner. $16.99 for expedited shipping in the beginning of December is no guarantee and they have a different excuse each year. This year, it's not their fault due to Fed Ex being behind. When I finally got a human on the phone from 6000 miles away, she said it would be delivered tomorrow. She can't send me updated tracking so I have to trust her. Save yourself time and order from Amazon or not at all.
We ordered a Tottenham Jersey for a Christmas present on November 9th to allow time for shipping. On December 15th we called to get a status and we're told that the order was canceled on November 30, with no communication of the cancellation. We ended up paying $50 more to get one expedited to (hopefully) arrive in time. When I called, they apologized but said they could not do anything except give me 30% off my next order. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them- unreliable and do not accept responsibility for errors on their end.
Watch out guys, this company appearantly takes the money and does not deliver goods. Happened to me - problem with their own courier - and they refused to take reposnibilty. Placed an order, never received, was denied my refund

I ordered a custom Vikings jersey for my son for Christmas on November 27th. I have called several times to check the status and i keep getting told that i would get it by December 14th. Well i called today and they told me that my order has been delayed because they are out of stock. It was not out of stock when I ordered it. I asked for a manager to call me and she hung up on me. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

I ordered my wife Rutgers University sleep pants, 3 weeks later University of GA pants arrived. I called and they said they ran out of Rutgers pants and now they want me to go to Fedex during a pandemic to return something that I didn't order. What kind of bait-and-switch company is this! Crooks!

Received an Eagles "Welcome To Our Home" sign 4 my best friend 4 Christmas. Cant give it 2 her tho. Badly damaged! Looks like someone dragged it across concrete bc of all the scratches. Also looks like someone splattered paint all ovr it. Paid $35 for it! U'd think that for $35 u'd get an undamaged item. Shame on them! I give them a zero rating! & i recommend that u do NOT buy from them! They ruined my Christmas!

We ordered 2 NHL Blue Jackets jerseys clearly labeled as authentic on their site. However, one came with a tag labeled "LNH", clearly not authentic. I contacted the company who said they had another in stock and could ship immediately. However, after 3 weeks so Jersey so I contacted again. They told me although in stock they cannot ship for another month. So maybe it will ship 6-7 weeks after requested and is IN STOCK. When I said I would not return the first jersey until the new one arrives I was told then they would not pay for the shipping. I'm truly disappointed in this customer service and no longer believe items from this company are authentic. We will not be using them again.

I purchased an item on their website. It says FREE shipping. So I continued with my order. I notice immediately there was an additional $15.99 shipping cost. I emailed immediately and advise not to process order# with $15.99 shipping. I ordered item on the 10th they say ill have it by the 16th. So, thats 6 days for $15.99 or FREE shipping at 3-7 days. I emailed these guy twice with no reply. Now at 0600 morning they want to tell me its already mailed and there's nothing they can do about it. Basically no help what so ever.

Fanatics has a serious problem, and based on their "Reviews Score", I am not alone in my thoughts.
I ordered an item on 5/21/2020 and have still not received it seven months later (12/11/2020). I am done with this business, they can find other people that will loan them their $$ for an extended period and then just offer a refund.

We received an email with order number but when we call the very poor customer service no one can find it but they have taken the money out of my account. Very unhelpful and now I need a refund but again no one is able to help me. Im tried of calling and getting work ticket and no one calling us back

I ordered a pullover er for my grandson for Christmas in October. Received an email delaying it till. No big deal still time for me to ship from Fl to Wa. Then another email on the 17th, delaying till the 10th of Dec. They provided a link if I wanted to cancel. I had to do it by the 2nd which I did immediately as I would not get it in time to send and they received by Christmas. So I bought another gift. Then I receive an email saying they shipped it. So now I have to return it in long lines at the post office during Christmas. Not happy. And they could careless.
