I ordered an e-gift card for the hubs for Father's Day. Told him about it and then both promptly forgot about it, until he wanted to use it several days ago. Neither of us could find it and realized it had never actually been sent despite receiving a confirmation with a delivery date. Trying to chat online was a disaster, however, it was suggested that I reach out through Twitter. Within a minute I received a response from a customer service rep (Peyton) and it was less than a half hour before the gift card was emailed to me!
I ordered a jersey, they said it would be sent a month later because they charged my credit card, but were out of stock (no mention of this until after the item was sold). I was temporarily willing to put up with this. Once the ship date came, I check on the item, and they had decided to pretend that it would take another month. How do you take my money for an item that you do not have, and then continue to not deliver this item? I do not know when I will get this item, because there shipment dates are pretend labels used to string you along. This is not how money should be exchanged, buyer beware.
Read the reviews first! We ordered a Youth Fanatics Branded Mathew Barzal Royal New York Islanders Home Replica Player Jersey Size S/M on 16th November 2020 which was shipped to Australia. It was too small and we posted it back with documents on 23rd December 2020.
We reordered the jersey in a bigger size through Paypal on 30th November 2020 and received it.
I have emailed so many times and have never received a response about the returned item and no refund. This has been 8 months, still chasing!
Beyond awful. I paid premium for next day delivery. It took 3 weeks and 11 emails filled with bare faced lies before I eventually received me FAULTY kit.
I don't know this is possible, but they store the kits in a way which leaves them with permanent creases which don't even come out after multiple washes.
Not only these issues, but their customer services team is a disgrace. Do not shop here. Also, be careful, it's not always listed as fanatics as they plug into some teams official stores. You think you're buying from your club but you're actually buying from these rats!
I PLACED AN ORDER ON JUNE 14 FANATICS SPLIT IT SO THEY COULD SHIP ONE PORTION AND GAVE ME A EXPECTED DELEIVERY DATE 30 DAYS OUT. I HAD TO CALL THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS AND LEARNED IT WAS LOST. I was trying to get a Notre Dame shirt personalized for the widow of an old football player from Notre Dame for his celebration of life ceremony. They won't make it because his last name is Koon and they said the word is derogatory, seriously, it's the man's last name! I asked if they could override it and they refused. Purchased a VERY last minute gift for my dad. I was able to use a free shipping code but still pay the additional $9 for overnight shipping - I thought that was cool. The shirts I bought were really nice, pretty much what I expected. Prices were reasonable. (Both on sale.) However - the women's 2XL shirt I bought for myself FITS MY TEN YEAR OLD! It was a sale item so I'm not going to bother sending it back.

Bought a pair of shoes for my Hubby's bday. They sent the wrong size, so I sent the item back May 17. Shipping is at my cost, I am in Canada so I had to send to the Canadian Return Depot... It has been over a month and they have not acknowledged receiving the package or updated the status of the refund. I have received confirmation from the courier that the package was received. I have been trying for weeks to contact someone but conveniently for them they have been busy with other clients and there is no other way to contact other than the online chat. Today I finally get to chat with someone and am told I have to contact the UK website for the international returns... I AM IN CANADA NOT EUROPE. So I try the UK website and guess what, their customer service online chat is busy with other clients! WTF!

I made an order with fanatics and paid for expedited shipping. The item did not arrive and then I received a notification that I was getting a refund. When I called back they had cancelled my order but had still charged me. When I tried to make the order again their computers apparently weren't working and I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. When I called back today I spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to speak to someone who could actually help me and then when they said they had helped me and left. I had received a refund to an egift card not my original payment. I've never been treated like this by a company and I can't believe they are still in business.

I ordered a Phoenix suns shirt and hat on 1 July 2021 and payed for next day shipping and now was informed it won't come till 12 July and the reason why is because it's a special order but when I bought the product I was never informed of that information. Worst company i've ever dealt with. Ordered 2 shirts for Euros which will soon be over. Order still showing as processing, not even dispatched so no chance will get them before it ends. Asked to cancel my order but they refused saying the order has to be shipped and then returned which would cost me money as no free returns. I do not want this order as it is now useless. There is no reason you cannot cancel an order not yet processed or shipped and refund me my money! Complete cowboys. If I had read the reviews first I would never have gone near this company!

This may not be a fair review because I don't know if it's Fanatics fault or Fed Ex's. I ordered something for a birthday present with a "promise" date of 6/2. Then the date changes to 6/3. Then June 6 and now 6/8. I would have received quicker if it was shipped USPS! AObviously pkg didn't make it for the birthday and I'm so upset! I will NEVER EVER order from them again!

My son received a $38 customized t-shirt for his birthday. It arrived late, likely due to customization. He wore it only a handful of times before it began falling apart. It was washed properly and cared for properly. We have no pets. After chatting with customer service, the 3rd response typed by the agent was quoting their 90-day policy for replacement, followed by a 30-day policy to report damaged merchandise. His birthday was 105 days ago. This was a gift so I had no order number. This was a $38 t-shirt, not some $10 clearance item. They still refused to offer any remedy.
Fanatics.com has an Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. I guess this doesn't apply here. How convenient.
Here is their response after finding an email submission form buried on their website. I did get an email asking for more information and upon sending the requested information with pictures, below is the form email response I received. My guess is that this could have been the 91st day and I would have most likely received the same response.

Made a sneaker purchase via on-line with sportswear fanatics middle of April, 2021, the original order stated, delivery between 2-3 weeks, the date came and went without any status email, I sent them an email which took a few days for them to reply which read another 2-3 weeks for delivery which came and went, I sent them a third email on which read, my order was shipped on April 28,2021 and would receive the items on June 1,2021, no delivery ‘nothing"!
I continued to chase down the purchased item
Recommendation: do not order anything from this company as customer service is non-existent

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
