I have officially reached my limit with this company and will never order from them again. I purchased two hats, the order was late so I contacted to have my shipping fee refunded. Customer service rep also added a 30% discount to the order without my asking for anything beyond the shipping fee. I thought wow that's amazing. Nope. The hats were too small so I contacted back for an exchange. (Website has a return/exchange button but does not explain the process for an exchange) because I received the discount on the first order for it being late I was looking to receive that price but was told they will not honor exchanges, so if you purchase something with a promo or one of their very generous discount codes and need another size you then need to pay to return the original items and order again at full price(and pay for shipping again), absolutely ridiculous. I then placed another order and contacted back shortly after realizing I made a mistake. I did not know the item was final sale(it's hidden in a few tabs down the page where you have to open all the item descriptions etc to locate) but the chat agent I spoke to did not say the item was final sale and could not be canceled… they instead said they submitted a ticket to cancel the item and I would be refunded within 2-7 days. After several days I contacted back when noticing the item did not cancel. I was told even with proof of the agent advising me it would be canceled and I would be refunded they would not honor this promise. I spoke to a supervisor who again said they would not honor it but would give me 50% off the price I paid on a reorder and waive shipping. I took it as there was no other option left for me. Guess what, price was not adjusted as promised and my order was canceled. Called again, spoke to another supervisor that advised they would not honor that promise either as they gave me discount codes (everytime there is an issue they automatically send one without you even agreeing it would be a proper appeasement) which are less than the discount I was promised to receive. If a company sends a courtesy code they should ask if that would work for you, not send it automatically and then hold it against you that they sent that especially since I will not be using them.
I ordered an Alabama ring. No where in the description did it say it was rubber. I had to get out a magnifying glass to even see the A. No way is this a size 7. Then I tried to "chat" with someone on the site only to be told I was going to have to go to another site and pay a dollar to talk with an "expert". This is a joke. I have never seen such poor customer service.
Please do not spend your money here. I paid $120 for a hoodie that showed up once as a return. The second time with the wrong logo. Sent it back ensuring I would not be charged for shipping. Told there was nothing they could do to replace. Ended up losing $20 and having zero to show for it. Super shady and terrible quality. These prices are insane for this level of quality. Shop anywhere else

Don't bother even going to the website and looking at it. I spent an hour searching out for five different clothing items. Try to get the veterans discount IDme tab was no where logical. Had to open new tab, backtrack around to find it, then it didn't work anyway. To find. Went through chat three times, - that's the only way to contact CS- I was promised a 25% off then chat person disappears. Went to check out again, no discount to be found. Tried chat twice more to be cut off after explaining issue two more times. Chat people tell you BS then just disappear leaving you hanging. 3rd chat person said, "just go through with my purchase and they'd adjust it," then they signed off. I proceeded through checkout up until actual payment and of course no discount. After checking all the complaints against Fanatics, it's just wise not to waste your time purchasing there.

I received a new hoodie today that I purchased through NFLShop.com. Cost = $90.00. The hoodie itself is the equivalent of a cheap Fruit of the Loom hoodie. The screen printed logos are already faded and not well attached to the fabric. The products provided by other licensed vendors of the NFL are by far a higher quality than what Fanatics is producing, usually at a lower cost. Really a shame that the lowest bidder gets to be the prime vendor.

Their fancash plus site allows you to get cashback from thousands of stores in the form of fancash to spend at fanatics. I made 4 orders from Walmart and straighttalk in November 2021. As of the time I am writing this, March 2022, I have not received my fancash from those purchases. I have been hung up on, talked to like I was stupid, lied to and ignored. I have over 20 emails discussing this issue with a "fan advocate". I send them screenshots proving I have not received that cashback yet, still nothing. Customer service at Fanatics is the worst I have ever dealt with. Fanatics is an awesome store... until you have an issue.
I ordered on 02/21/22, and paid for 3-7 day shipping. My money was taken immediately. It is 03/04/22 and no package. I tracked and they said new arrival date is 03/17/22.25 DAYS from order to arrival. Customer service states shipping isnt calculated from the order date, but from when the manufacturer sends it. This is very deceitful, I expected the product 3-7 days from the order and this is NOT clear upon ordering!

I entered in a gift card to my acct, verified the amount. When I went to use it on a purchase it was gone! Their chat is worthless, kept trying to purchase and finally called. Then she claims they do NOT save gift cards? So what happened to it? It was in there, the balance was verified, it disappeared, they "can't find it" I lost the entire balance and "for my trouble" they sent me a 30% off coupon---like I am ever going to purchase from a company who screwed me so bad--WOW! DO NOT SAVE GIFT CARDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT-THEY WILL VANISH! It took a month from entering the gift card and trying to order to finally get this answer from customer service-she didn't want to say they lost the entire balance but... yeah, they lost my gift card balance.

I ordered 2 surprise sports boxes and never got them then over a month later i received 2 hoodies then a message saying my packages where delivered to Mt. Laurel so im in mt holly nj so i was told to call my local post office which would be Mt. Holly but my things where sent to Mt. Laurel so called them they said i needed a US tracking number to look cause nothing came in my name asked for refund this company keeps ignoring my request
I was stressed on delivery timeframe due to my brother's memorial but it showed up right on time. However it came with the Dallas Cowboys Star off center, what could I do this late in the game, so I wore it. And then I read the reviews. I have to wear it, and once I do I'm sure it can't be returned.

I paid $47.53 for a sweatshirt. Received a damaged product. Was only refunded $30.50. Terrible service, cheap product. Impossible to get ahold of someone. Give you the runaround. Shop elsewhere if you don't wanna get ripped off for crappy product.
Ok so I ordered a ball cap for $24.99 plus $4.99 for shipping plus $1.99 for handling plus tax and I pay $34.60. The hat arrives all scrunched up in a box and I am not happy. So I do a return but they will only give me $17.00 back because they are deducting $9.99 for shipping charges. I'm getting the shaft and will never buy anything again from them! This is not a full refund.
