Fanatics and NFLShop are the same SCAM company. They advertise "next day delivery" but apparently that means they will process the order next day and deliver it whenever they feel like, even if you pay $30 to have an item shipped overnight. They give you the REAL delivery date AFTER you have given them your money, and if you try to then cancel the order they tell you it's "too late" because it's ready being "processed," but you can return it. When you go to return it they charge you $10 for doing so. I'm eager to see if I will even get the remainder of my money back after they receive the return or if they will find a way to scam me out of the rest of it as well.
I ordered a limited medium eagles legend jersey and received a random xxl team shirt. Extremely frustrated, the jersey I ordered isn't even listed anymore. Was very excited to buy my first jersey in 15 years, only to be extremely let down. Hopefully they can reach out and make this right, because when my girlfriend called(she ordered it on her account) they told her the jersey was sold out(didn't say so on the site) even though when I ordered there was nothing to show that any sizes were sold out. I'm beyond frustrated

Washed a jersey once, and the name plate peeled off. Awful quality, and when I contacted them, they gave me the middle finger. Very poor company.

Spent over an hour putting together my sons Christmas gifts, Placed my order, payment processed, confirmation received, followed up immediately by an email saying the order did not process. They said they couldn't validate who I was! I don't think they have the products they are peddling available. I see my pending charge for the items I ordered so why the failure to authenticate?! They are worthless. Called the number to ask what happened to my order and they said I ;d need to authenticate who I was. Seriously! Have order online for years and never encountered this kind of problem. Wothless website!

I found out I had ordered the wrong size watch band when I gave the gift to a friend. I contacted Fanatics to exchange it for the correct size. I was told because it was sent directly from the distributor that I only had 30 days to return it. There was no exchange available through Fanatics. I suggest you do not do business with Fanatics.

So I bought a jersey over 2 weeks ago and apparently it takes that long to "process" my order. I called to cancel my order they said they can't cancel since it's gone to the "warehouse". So now I have to wait to get my jersey to return it. How stupid is that? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.! Wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a quarter zip for my son's birthday. It said that it ships the next day. It now says it will arrive Nov 9th. That is 2 weeks from my order. Needless to say I didn't have it on time for his birthday. Very disappointing service. Was not even notified of the delay!

I purchased a fan box from fanatics, which included a gift card. Nowhere on the car didn't say there was an expiration date nor did it explain that anywhere in the contents of the box. I'm now being told that the card that they gave me will not be honored. They put something in the box that can't be used.

Just buy resell cards. If your package says delivered and its not, good luck trying to contact someone. Company is does not care about customers. Live cvhat never working. Beyond disappointed with this site. I ordered a 3X sweatshirt for my boyfriend. I wear a medium, and could barely fit in the sweatshirt. Size does not run true at all. Then, I went to return the a sweatshirt I spent $40 on, and they only refunded me half of it because they charge an extra $10 for a return policy for something they messed up on. Never will be ordering through them again.
I purchased and item on 10/19/22 and I waited until today, 10/28/22 to check on it. I was told it was delayed, but no one bothered to let me know this. I just chatted with their customer service and I requested a refund. They of course told me that someone would contact me within 72 hours about this. I get the feeling i won't ever get my money back, but it is a lesson learned. I have stupidly shopped here multiple time and have always had something happen that left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never shop here again. Avoid them at all costs
Live Chat is constantly down. If you call them there is at least a 45 min wait. There is no email to contact them. I purchased lots of item from them, but after this last order, I will not be shopping them in the future.

I've ordered 3 shirts for myself and 2 for my significant other and they have been great! I didn't need to size up as much as I did though. Also, I found out they are located in a small town next to me. I like supporting local businesses.

I placed an order Thursday October 20 around 1pm. Both items said they'd ship within 1 day! I then paid $27.95 for one day shipping. First one package shipped. Then mysteriously the tracking number was invalid. Called them they blamed it all on UPS whom I work for & I Could see that we never had received the package. 2nd package shipped Friday. Yet here today is Saturday & my packages are not arriving until Monday after 7pm. How us that next day shipping? This company is a joke and so is their customer service. Will never get my business again..
