This will now be the third return to this company, their products have zero quality control which isn't shocking since they are printed on the cheapest thin material they can buy. If they don't care about the material why care about the print quality. Two of my shirts had the white and black fuzz poking through a peachy looking orange with globs of who knows what stuck in the print. The plastisol had cracks in it already which means it wasn't even cured correctly. I also ordered a hat that looked like it was sew by a 4 year old and it was a New Era brand which are usually really good hats. They must get a deal on the lowest quality ones. Clearly a company focused on the short term gain and not on future customers.
Fanatics just started adding a $1.99 handling fee to each order. I for one will never order from these morons again. Lets see if the new fee offsets the loss of customers. Guess the COVID-19 and fresh air fees can't be far behind.
Complete BS. The address on the site is a hotel in Miami. Can't even talk to customer service after trying to call numerous times. Ordered on December 2nd. Said they sent on the 6th. Total lies with tracking numbers that don't really exist in all their email. Disputed on my credit card. They sent an email saying there was an accident with delivery and sent a news article of a fed ex truck (even though) I had no fed ex tracking number. Then asked me to cancel my credit card dispute because they will refund me themselves in "timely manner". Don't fall for it like I did! Scam site that tried to replicate fanatics.com logo. I should have known when they don't accept PayPal.

I was having issues placing an order online trying to use codes and needed faster shipping. I called in and spoke with AJ. She is AMAZING. She was completely pleasant, funny, was able to handle my coupon issues, walked me through using shoprunner, helped give me ideas about future items I wanted and was able to get me the item is was looking for today for my son's birthday that is coming up in just a few days. Fantastic customer service at Fanatics. I will definitely be utilizing them for all my sports apparel needs for all the sports "fanatics" in my life!

Ordered two Martin Truex tshirts on 11/20 received one three weeks later and now they tell me the other is not coming until mid January. Two months for at shirt? They sure took the money from my account immediately though. So much for that persons Holiday present. He has to wait until mid January. I will never order from this company again. I wished I would have checked the reviews first.

Ordered two NFL team tee-shirts and a hoodie sweatshirt, from NFL.com. Instead of NFL, received extremely poor quality tee-shirts Fanatics.com. Quality is so poor I could see through both tee-shirts and one XXL size is equal to a medium in other brands. I never got the hoodie and Fanatics. Crap said they would give me an "order credit" for the $59 hoodie!. Tee's were $35 and $29 but not worth $3! Products are CRAP, CRAP, CRAP! Return label charges $5.50 each against my account and I will contest that with my credit card company! Bull! Stuff!

I was able to use the Fancash so for those who shop like at nascar.com and I believe some other sport sites don't forget anything you bought there (as long as you made an account) will link over to use at fanatics site also.
I'm not too keen on this "handling fee" they charge.
Do your homework, buy during special promotions and 'you can get a fair price.

This is the second time I have ordered shirts from Fanatics waited forever for them to arrive only for the graphic to be crooked on the shirt. One happened years ago on a Chicago Cubs world series champions shirt and now on a Seattle Kraken shirt that I had to wait forever for as a pre-order. Finally it came last week and the graphic is completely crooked. I swear Fanatics just tries to churn out product as fast as they can and don't even look at what they are doing.

Placed order on 9/27/16 and product has not shipped. Still showing as "new". Contacted company and they gave some story about system being updated to improve customer experience during the ordering/shipping process. Well based on my experience with this company they have A LOT of improving to do. Chatted with Angela who told me my order couldn't be cancelled but she couldn't give me an estimated ship date. Credit card was charged immediately of course. Stay as far away as you can from this company

I ordered a customized football jersey and realized that I should have placed the order for a basketball jersey. I chatted with an on line representative (live chat) within 10 min of placing the order. They would not let me change or cancel the order. I also spoke with customer service with no resolution. This is an unacceptable policy. I would have understood if I had waited longer than a day where perhaps the customized order had been already underway but this was 10 minutes. Will not deal with this company in the future and found this to be extremely disappointing as a consumer. A supervisor should have had the authority to reverse this transaction.

Excited to order 6 different items, waited through three different new shipping dates, called a few times for information, expressed willingness to continue waiting, email received cancelling all items with no explanation. Only place I can buy the Marlins gear I wanted for my wife and myself. Couple hundred dollar sale lost and clearly no care on the part of Fanatics. Best part, the items are still being sold on their web site.

Ill fitting clothing. Definitely not authentic Nike apparel. Knock offs. Ordered a GSW championship shirt and the arm holes are crooked and the shirt is not a US size. Will NEVER order again. Then you're overcharged for returns so they can benefit by keeping a large portion of your refund. Total ripoff!

On 9/29/16 I placed on order totaling about $300 and my credit card was charged the same day. The status still shows a new with no shipping information. The merchandise ordered is needed for this weekend. I have been ordering from Fanatics since 2007 but this will be the last time.

I ordered a customized shirt on a sunday, After the order completed I noticed it put two i's in my name. I called 1 minute later and they would not make the change for me. Unbelievable. Stay away, they try to rip you off any way possable.

I ordered an item on Nov 17,2016 for a Xmas present. It said would be shipped in 3-5 days. Money was taken out same day and it is now Dec22,2016 and nothing. I have emailed and called several times with no response to emails and only get an answering machine with no return call. My order still shows unfulfilled!

Super Bowl - No Shirt to celebrate the game! It is stuck in New Jersey. Fanatics do not keep their promise - website says ship on 1/26/18 then received three different emails -anticipate shipping on 1/31/18 and then merchandise shipped no later than 2/2/18 and then merchandise shipped on 2/1/18. And when I ordered the merchandise Fanatics offered 10% off for Veterans - wasn't working when trying to finalize order. Snotty Customer Rep blamed ID.com. ID.com told me that Fanatics Rep neglected to say that your order must total $40 - My order was $30. Nice trained personnel to blame the company verifying veteran status for them and a nice way to treat a Vet.

Our Military and First Responder codes are not issued by our company but a private site. Depending on which code was entered last, was the code that was applied to your order. The Military and First Responder would usually provide free shipping for the items and 10% off. Because the items were a special event item, they were due to ship no later than 1/31/2018 with the shipping method chosen. In attempt to get these items to customer by Super Bowl, the method of shipping was changed. I have refunded you the difference for the Military/First Responder discount back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Won't be using fanatics anymore. They messed up my order a few months ago. After several calls finally got it straight. Supervisor gave me $20 worth if fan cash to use. Went to make an order recently and noticed fancash was gone. Called and asked why, was told it had expired. Why does it expire you messed up not me. Asked for supervisor but always got excuse they were unavailable every time I called. All 4-5 times. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it. Not my fault you screwed up my order. Fancash given for that should never expire. I was told by operator that fancash was going away anyway. Probably because they were giving it out to much for all their screw ups. There are other sites to do my shopping from. Fanatics can you know what!
