I ordered shirts on a Sunday afternoon. I realized as soon as I hit the complete my order button that they went to the wrong address. I immediately tracked down their online chat button. They told me that it was too late, the package had already gone to shipping. I then asked them to cancel the order. Again, too late. I asked how that was possible when I literally had just ordered. They were no help at all. I called the 800 number. Lady was nice but same info, except that I could open a ticket to fix the address, but that would be in 24-48 hours, and in the meantime she could see my items were shipping the next day. Big help there... if they weren't shipping til the next day, she should've been able to cancel. Their solution was to contact them in a week telling them I never received the order and THEN they'd ship it to the correct address. Really?

In the last month I have ordered 2 different shirts and it takes at least at least 10 to 14 days to receive! I will never order from this site again! I shop a lot online and this is by far the slowest shipping process I have ever encountered! One shirt was a gift to our son to wear at his making into the Army party (DID NOT RECEIVE IN TIME AND HAD TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE) the other was a birthday present to my husband and we are still waiting almost 2 weeks later! There are plenty of other websites to shop on the ship much faster without an extra charge! If you order from here, please be prepared to wait for what seems like FOREVER for your stuff!

I placed another order, against my better judgement and once again got hosed by Fanatics. I pushed the button on the order and it sent me a confirmation immediately. As soon as I reviewed it I saw a mispelling on a custom item. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I contacted them and they refused to fix it, sent me the one that cannot be used and charged me. I am disputing this with my credit card company. This is twice this company has proven that they have Zero Customer Service. I will not EVER use them again. As a SportsBar owner I had a big need, and have spent more than 1k this year alone on items, guess they don't need the income.

So they guaranteed my products to get to me by a certain date or they were going to be free, I was hooked with that promotion and never got a refund, called them and they said it was only on selected items but it never said that the products I was ordering didn't qualify for that and didn't get them a day after I needed them. The jerseys that I ordered had color issues such as minor dark colored areas like whole jersey had dark areas when it was all supposed to be the same color. Cannot return it cause my dumb self ripped out the tags without checking it first-_-

My custom, $50 t-shirt not only arrived damaged and looking nothing like the description online - the design of the lettering and the coloring looked nothing like my team.
I contacted Fanatics for a replacement, which they refused saying this item is out of stock and they have no idea when it'll be back in stock. Yet it's a customized item that requires a blank t-shirt and a printing press so this sounds like an excuse for me.
After my review they indicated that they'd make this right by refunding my original amount, so I'm updating this review from 1 to 3 stars.

First time and last time shopper of this site. Take your magnifying glass and read where it says "some exclusions apply" the letters are so small you about can't see it. Bought $140.00 worth of merchandise, what a waste of money. Bought an NCState shirt and the 2nd time wearing it, the letters are already cracked. Bought another NCState white T-Shirt, washed it and dried and it went from a XXL to a Large. Horrible quality of clothing. The promotion said my order shipped in 3 days and by Friday or it was free. This was a Monday. A week and a half later my order arrived. After reading a form in my box that stated 100% customer satisfaction I called. The lady told me some of the things I ordered didn't qualify and that I should have read the exclusions rules that I never seen until she pointed the small fine print out on the phone. To resolve the issue she said that she would send a 10% off coupon in an email... to this day a week later have not seen it. Completely horrible experience and do not recommend anyone waste their money on this site.

I bought a Cleveland Cavaliers t-shirt for $36 and the material is so freaking cheap. I can see straight through this t-shirt. I'm not going to return it but I will have to wear a wife-beater under it. (Never Again)

I ordered a Steelers T-shirt with Antonio Brown name, before I ordered I made sure that the name and number where screen printed without false stitching, I even contacted support asking if it had false stitching and they told me it didn't had false stitching; Today I received the T-shirt and it had false stitching, I immediately contacted support and send them photos of the T-shirt, they told me that I was right and that the item doesn't comes with false stitching but mine had it.
At the end their solution was that I needed to send it back for me to get a refund, Im not from United States, I have a PO Box on Miami where they ship my items and then they are shipped to my country, if I want to send the item back it will cost me more than the actual cost of the product, I told them that I was going to the United States on August if I could return it by that time and there answer was, no you only have 30 days to make a return.
In conclusion Im stocked with the T-shirt that I won't use and I lost $32.00 USD

On the top of Fanatic's website, there was a giant red banner with a Promo stating that selecting 5 dollar two day shipping at checkout would make sure that my merchandise would reach its destination by Father's Day or it would be free. Based on this bold guarantee, I ordered two shirts for Father's Day under the impression that they would actually be here in time for Father's Day or they would be free.
I selected two day Business shipping for 5$ and placed my order on 06/13/2017. The order shipped the same day, but I still haven't received my order. When I look up the tracking information, it states that the order will not be delivered until Monday (06/19)! HAPPY FATHERS DAY LATE DAD!
I called to see about getting this situation resolved, and actually dealt with kind and polite customer service representatives over the phone, but they were unable to honor the guarantee that the order would be free if it didn't reach its destination by Father's Day. They stated that I did not fall under the promotion because I didn't enter a promo code which was not displayed anywhere that I saw. There was however this promo code:
Free standard US Shipping on Orders > $30 with code: 30Ship or Get it By Father's Day w/ $5.00 2 Bus Day Shipping
The rep told me that I should have entered the promo Code GTGT and pay $4.99 for 3 Bus Day Shipping on Orders > $30 - GTGT by 6/16 (before Fathers Day)
Since I paid 5$ for two day business shipping rather than 4.99 for 3 business day shipping, the rep stated that my order would not be free as indicated by the humongous red banner on the top of the website.
The rep stated that she could only offer 10% refund on the order and a shipping refund. So It is noteworthy than 10 dollars off of my order is better than nothing, but It is absolutely ridiculous that they did not hold up their end of the bargain.
I told the rep that she should be able to override this and include me in this guarantee. She even agreed that I should have been afforded this, however, the computer system would not allow her to do this for me.
It needs to be shouted from the rooftops that the guarantees they provide atop their websites are worthless!
I have been a very satisfied customer for over 10 years! I think they have the best selection of items. The customer service has always been great! I am not one to take time to write reviews but I was saddened by the low average score. If I were not familiar with this company and I googled them, I would not do business with them. That would be sad because I would have missed out!

Placed an order for two shirts and intead of free shipping paid for three day shipping. Spoke to chat person and was told if shipped by tuesday i would have in hand by Friday.
Received tracking number and checked status today and said Wed july 19. WRONG!
Contacted messenger and was told it was scheduled by 8pm. It is 8:14 and i do not have my package. Piss poor customer service. Lost a customer

I recently wrote a review for poor customer service. They sent a follow up to it saying they would like to help. It is now 3 weeks later, with no contact at all. I feel they have computer generated a response to negative reviews to make them look like they are resolving the problem, when they have no intentions to. I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service with Fanatics. If they had genuinely tried to contact me to resolve the problem, they might have won me back as a customer. Instead I find myself making another negative review. Such a waste of my time!

Stay away! I bought and received team house shoes that cost over $40.00. After less than 4 months of normal wear, the right side on the right shoe became completely unraveled and unwearable. Customer service stated that because it was past 60 days, there was nothing that they could do, not even a partial refund. Bogus!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
